Unbelievable! After paying the highest insurance they had, I got in a hit and run in the freeway , cops were there, reports were done. They NEVER wanted pay my medical bills! Kept me hanging for almost 3 years, I got infection waiting. They called me a lier, totaled my car, played me pennies for a collectable car after taking the car and stealing EVERYTHING from inside my car! And made me get a attorney. And still a woman who gave no S#!÷ about another woman, said cause I didn't run to the hospital, they won't pay the medical bills, surgery I must have, infection that happened after waiting so long, I can go on and on! These guys are liers and thieves! Do NOT waste your hard earned cash cause when the time cones, THEY ARE ONLY THERE TO KICK YOU INTO YOUR GRAVE! I am in bad shape cause of them. Also forget the over 400 bucks a month for a 20 year old car! My car payments were cheaper than what they collected from me! Absolutely sick people! They aren't human! There for you my A**! My mother, J. Heite, was sold a home owners policy about 20+ years ago. Never has had a claim. Now she's 98 and needs repairs to her roof for damage from some kind of rodent. The claims department tells us "Oh, no, that policy only covers damage from bears and deer !! Has anyone seen a bear in Orange County, CA in 100 years?? I know she should have been more savvy. I know all about "buyer beware" - but she was half blind and barely can hear us unless we shout. This was unconscionable, for heaven's sake, and their claims person says, "Oh, we sell these policies all across the country," like they're proud of their deceptions - Just cannot believe a giant company supposed to be reputable sinks this low . . . read more

State Farm has provided business insurance for my Doggie Daycare, Boarding and Training facility - Sunny Dog Place (Habor City) for the last 3 years. They have different types of coverages and plans to choose from, and offered far more than the general liability coverage plan I had previously, at half the price. Chris takes a personal interest in his clients and gives excellent advice and service. Let me start by saying that I have NEVER written a review. Not good, not bad, never!! I have felt compelled to do so in the past but have never gotten around to it. This time, I feel so strongly that I can't not. Recently my insurance increased so I was forced to shop around. I switched to State Farm insurance and chose this office (Torrance, Chris Gorden) due to location. I have had little to none communication with Chris Gordon, however I have had A Lot of communication with the assistant in the office, Samantha Meza. Not only was she prompt at returning messages, completely prepared when returning calls, she always answered all questions with complete knowledge. I insure myself and two kids. I have had several changes over the past few months, a very stressful time for me. One of the biggest changes was that I recently moved out of state which meant that I would change policy again, putting one of my kids on his own policy in Calif. and my daughter and or my daughter and I one another policy out of state. Samantha has helped me to relocate even though It does not benefit her in anyway. I would say that I have left messages, and spoken to Angela almost everyday over the past month. Samantha has always been upbeat and gracious and provided me with the information that I need to make my life easier and give me back my time. I recently made the decision to put my my daughter and I on separate policies in another state investigating other companies. Just today, I spoke with Samantha and explained that I may be switching insurance companies again. Samantha didn't even bat an eye. She continued helping me, emailing me, and providing me any and all information that I had requested and needed. Clearly I may be going with a different company altogether but Samantha never gave that a thought, she was there to help no matter what. That is the best customer service that I have ever experienced. I wish every company had a Samantha, life would be good! I seriously could go on, and on, about Samantha Meza.
