I would like to post a review of my interactions with Jeff Biddle and his State Farm Insurance Agency. I was covered by another insurance agency when I asked Jeff for a quote for coverage of my condo and the two cars in my family. Jeff asked questions about my current coverage, identified gaps and enhancements, and suggested additions to make my coverage more comprehensive. Jeff came back with a quote that was $1,200 a year less than I was paying, with better coverage. Jeff is very friendly and knowledgeable when I interact with him in person and is always quick to respond when I reach out to him with issues via text, email, or phone. Been using Jeff for about 3 years now, he's never missed a beat. I own several rental properties, so Jeff services over 50 policies for me. Super detailed and very knowledgeable and surrounds himself around a great staff. I was using another State Farm Agent, but they were making too many mistakes, so I decided to make a change and found Jeff. What a difference!! I have been with State Farm for over 10 plus years and one of the main reason is because of Mo (Monique). Mo from day one she came off as genuine, compassionate and understanding. She made me feel like she really had my best interest at heart. I got the feeling of family from her from the start.
