That happiness only lasted 2 weeks until the photographer we hired informed us that she had lost all of our wedding photos due to a memory card error. I was devastated to say the least. My husband insisted we do a re-shoot so that we had pictures to hang on our walls. My husband did extensive research into wedding photographers in Orange County. Chris is the most unprofessional photographer I've ever worked with. I booked Chris over a year in advance of my event and gave him a deposit. He did not write down the date of the event and about 6 weeks before the event when I called him to touch base with him, he said he forgot about my event and already booked another one and couldn't help me. When I said he should honor the first contract that he signed, he said he wouldn't be doing that and will be doing the other event instead (I'm assuming the other event paid more, since the professional thing to do is honor the first contract you signed). Thankfully, he did refund my deposit and offered me the phone number of another photographer, however I ended finding a much more experienced photographer at a better price. read more
