We finally confirmed a date for May 2nd, and she emailed saying that "in order to secure the date, I need to send a deposit of $500.00." I asked to have a phone call before I just Zelle money to a random person, but she said she doesn't take phone calls from clients because she's too busy. She then said there is someone else wanting May 2nd and for me to hurry with the deposit. So I went ahead with good faith and Zelle'd her $500.00 on Friday. She sent me her contract Friday night, which was Passover, so we were busy with the family holiday and didn't get a chance to fully review the contract until Sunday morning. Which at that point, she emailed me saying that May 2nd is no longer available, and the contract had been canceled. I sent the deposit with the confirmation that it was to secure the May 2nd date. There's no other date that works for my family, so I asked for a refund since she can no longer honor the agreed date. At first, she said no, her policy is no refunds on deposits. She then said, okay, she will refund me but it will take 3 business days. And now she is completely refusing to refund us, and stopped all communication, and said she's reporting us to her bank as fraud! Like, are you kidding me! She blatantly stole money from us! It's clear this lady is a professional scam artist and does this shady stuff often. I should have known when she refused to speak with me on the phone. Red flag! We honestly don't know what to do, or how to get our money back. As a client I would beware of this lady! It's so sad how dishonest some people are. I believe in Karma and I know karma will do its job with this lady!

He arrived on time and worked his camera tirelessly for almost 10 hours capturing our entire wedding. He even kneeled on the ground to take many of our photos which to this day we are still amazed by his professionalism. Great work ethic as well. You would think for a 10 hr event, many photographers would take several breaks but not James. He took so many photos and urged us to take more pictures. Communication was fast, responsive and stress free. We were very comfortable with him on our big day as well as for our engagement photos. The only thing I would mention is to practice poses ahead of time, some were a little repetitive and lacked the "instagram wow" feel but if you're someone not good with posing, James will give suggestions so don't worry. The best part is you get to keep all of the photos not just the selected edited ones. I now realized not all photographers will give you the entire gallery which would be a huge disappointment for your big day. I like his editing style which is realistic and authentic with enhanced color. As many mentioned, turn around time was super fast.
