I hate to say this as the food there has been pretty spot on, but tonight's meal was a complete disaster. The stuffed avocado had zero flavor. It was literally a can of corn, tomatoes and some lobster meat (not enough to find) thrown on avocado halves. The Caesar had no dressing; it was completely dry. The scallops were overcooked, drenched in so much blackened seasoning and so salty that I couldn't eat them. The sprinkled Gorgonzola made them even worse. Who puts Gorg on scallops anyway? The mashed potatoes, which we thought were plain, had so much uncooked garlic in them - literally, I was disgusted. The prime rib was a decent cut, cooked medium but the au jus, it was the worst. The bill was $140 for food and they can keep it with my poor review. I'm sad to hear that the previous owner has recently retired, but I will say this, he took pride in his meals.
