You get your choice of unlimited teas all which tasted exquisite. They have different menu options. We chose an option with 1 sandwich, scone and dessert. The chicken salad and beef sandwich were delicious. The scones came out hot and tasted fresh. They even provided cream and jelly. The desserts were perfect size and scrumptious. My wife has been here plenty of times with friends. It was my first time. There are plenty of areas to take photos, different hats to choose from, and nice decor all around. Stepping in, you feel like you entered The life of Alice in Wonderland, with mirrors and clocks decorating the walls filled with vintage armchairs and floral decor. Joined two friends here got Sunday tea and sandwiches. This is such a charming tea room!! I'm so happy we went. Was greeted by the owner and he seated us soon after arriving. We received an extensive menu of teas, sandwich choices and anything else, such as sides that you may want to add to your to tea experience. Each table is set with cute teacups, saucers and a small plate to put your items on. My friends chose the wild raspberry tea and I chose the lavender rose. Both teas were served in beautiful tea pots. Next came purchased that comes with the meal...mixed greens, topped with feta, blueberries and walnuts served with a balsamic dressing on the side (great idea). Soon after our sandwich service came. Two of us ordered chicken salad sandwiches and smoked salmon, one gal ordered the salmon and a turkey sandwich. We all agreed that the sandwiches were incredible AND filling. We also received a an awesome scone with clotted cream and jam and a nice sized plate of mixed fresh berries. For dessert we had a choice of a chocolate chip cookie, a lemon lavender petit four and something else. We also got a refill on our teapots (bottomless pots!) Service was outstanding, food was over the top and the shop is adorable. BTW...the owner purchases the baked goods from local bakers and he makes the clotted cream for the scones himself!! So we went back and checked out the menu again. The decor looked absolutely luxurious and elegant. The service was friendly and helpful. The young woman was a delight and the man with the Mad Hatter hat was cheerful and helpful. We tried the Afternoon Delight! This meant endless pot of tea as long as you kept it to the same tea blend. The three tier tray included one sandwich cut into halves, fruit, mixed salad and a choice of desserts which included shortbread, lemon bar, cherry bar and one other dessert which I forget. Each one was delicious! The scones were perfect!! Great flavor and top had a light crunch which is exactly what a scone should be! The chicken salad sandwich didn't have those weird hamburger pickles and the person who ordered that sandwich LOVED the flavor!! The salmon and cream cheese plus the roast beef with horseradish and cheese was very good, but the plus in all the sandwiches was the bread was NOT DRY and the fillings were delicious!! This price for each tea service is very reasonable and worth the money!! This is a wonderful place to just chill and enjoy the afternoon by yourself or with a friend or two! They do have specials, but really don't need to because to be honest, their prices are very reasonable. Brentwood is privileged to have a tearoom as good as this. Their prices, their food and the huge selection of delicious teas is worth every penny!! As a community, I hope people will discover this gem! Having found an afternoon tea place in Brentwood was so exciting for me. Though the tea shop is located in a plaza that one would not connect with afternoon tea (typically afternoon tea shops are located in more posh area of town/city) , the interior is truly whimsical and cozy and reflects the spirit of afternoon tea. The owner was very friendly and attentive. We all ordered the $40 per person afternoon tea. This combo came with a salad, two choices of sandwich, fresh fruits, a biscuit, a dessert, and of course bottomless tea. I am a Rooibos tea drinker so the owner recommended their special seasonal apple and cinnamon tea which comprised mix of rooibos. It was excellent and very smooth and the cinnamon and the other spices did not overpower the tea. Through my 20 + years of visiting various afternoon tea shops all over the Bay Area, this is the first time I was able to finish the entire pot because it was that good! I like that the teas served here are not teas I can easily find in the local markets or on Amazon because I feel going out to enjoy tea is all about experiencing unique teas and this place delivered! The food portion is the most generous that I have seen at the price range. I have never felt so full after a tea brunch because most tea shops are not generous with their food portions. The owner definitely made us feel we got our money's worth and more. I really enjoyed my chicken salad sandwich. The sandwich was not only big in size, had plenty of chicken, but also rich in flavor yet not too heavy. I also chose the smoked salmon sandwich. The flavor was good but a bit too salty for me. I like that the sandwiches were made with different types of bread to keep things more interesting. The biscuit was a twist from typical scones served at tea houses and I enjoyed it. We also were served a lot of fresh blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, blackberries and grapes!! The variety of fruits given is unmatched! Dessert I chose lemon tart. The lemon filling had a good balance of sweet and tartness and I love that the crust tasted like a graham cracker crust. The service staff was attentive and not intrusive. They seemed to know just when was the best time to come and check on us. All in all we had a terrific experience and I will definitely bring more friends back! read more

Sort of dirty smelling. Very dark and hot. Was there no AC? Didn't feel like it. Lovely tea cups and such though. TEA: it was sooo good. You can't call it "bottomless tea" though if you just pour hot water over the already-used tea bag. Please don't pretend this is what bottomless tea is. It's free hot water is what it is. First pot of tea: pink and tasty! Second pot: free hot water. Sorry--but THIS was the nail in the old coffin. I can never go back here. Potential? I suppose. Going to have to spend some money though. What an amazing find for Far East County in our Brentwood. The decor is whimsical and very Tea House. Tables are set with china and looks proper for the Tea Room. The menu has different tea services offered. We went with the Dee-Light which consisted of one tea sandwich, of your choice, listed on the menu, a scone and fresh fruit and if that's not enough a delightful dessert. I had the cucumber sandwich that was delicious. The fruit, scone and lemon bar. Decorations are very cute. The air conditioner was broke and it was too warm in the restaurant, so we only had an iced tea. There was only 1 small fan to help move the air around, which was not enough. The server made us feel very awkward, and was a bit confrontational. This person could be a detriment to his business. I would like to return, but not with this person as the server. For this reason, I am giving 4 stars. read more
