They left a scratch on my chrome trim where it looks like their knife slipped. They can't even cut film right. Corners are jagged and film is bubbling all over the car. They say they will fix your tint or refund you but Robertow will stop answering your calls and give you the run around. He must be hard pressed for money since he's running a SCAM operation. He says "I DON'T DO REFUNDS" and stops answering phone calls. Does this seem like a business you want to be dealing with? UPDATE: The above has been confirmed. Roberto is a con artist. I had his tint removed and tested. He charged me $300 for ceramic tints which I wanted at 20%. The tint he put on tested at 15% and it's NOT ceramic. So he charged me $300 for a tint job worth $150 and he didn't even give me the tint % I asked for. WHAT A LIAR AND A CROOK. I called him out today on it and he told me to "stop harassing him". Well worth the money. Walk in the door they have two couches for seating and tv to watch while they tint you car. Process is simple tell them the percent you want and the quality of the film and go from there. Personally I have had cars tinted with many of different types of film and I am impressed with the type of film he carries. The process did not take long at all. In and out service and the price is way cheap for the quality of film used/quality of work you get. Check them out and you will be happy. read more

On my first round I went to him (Roberto) to get my tint done. Job was mediocre at best. I had to return to get several dust bubbles out on all 4 windows. He did do them over with no problems so I did appreciate that even though he still couldn't get it right. In fact I took it to another shop after the second attempt so they could examine it. The other shop was ready to write me up for a redo until I informed them that it wasn't their work. But after 2 times and at $125.00 I decided to let it go and chalk it up. I honestly kind of felt bad for the guy and didn't feel like the hassle anymore of going back up there. Sometimes it really is a case of you get what you pay for and it wasn't something I guess I couldn't bare. Being he was professional on handling everything I regretfully decided to give him another shot at painting my calibers and putting on the decals for $200.00. Originally he had said he had a place that he ordered the decals from but it would take too long to get to him so he recommended one's off of Amazon. The decal situation never occurred because he said that he couldn't get the ones from Amazon to stick. So I ordered new ones and would come back to him to complete the job once they arrived. After getting home I noticed that there was over spray all over my rotors and shocks because I'm guessing he didn't let them dry properly. Once again I found myself having to go back up there to remove all of the paint. After he cleaned them up I told him I would contact him next week to put the decals on to complete the job. I contacted him several times and haven't heard anything back from him on finishing the job that I paid him for. And now to make matters worse I'm noticing that my rotors on my NEW CAR are rusting from all of the paint thinner that he applied. Which will probably end up costing a lot of money to fix the damage that he did. I will definitely see the damage done when I take my vehicle in to the dealer along with contacting the BBB with any other damage done! If you value your vehicle, time, money, and expect a job to be done correctly and professionally then I recommend you stay away and spend a few more dollars elsewhere!!! I took my car there yesterday 1st in line for any service I should have driven away then he was over an hour late opening on a Saturday morning u asked for 50% he said.that it'll be like having nothing I then said 45% .well he gave me 20%. Went back and after having it fixed my tint started peeling and coming off. Zero Professionalism. AWFUL experience with this tint place. But from the looks of his comebacks to other reviews. He will have some EXCUSE. My husband Justin wanted to get his tint done for his Buick. The first time we scheduled an appt was a month ago for 2 PM. When we get there a bit early for our appt, we are informed they won't be ready for us until 2:30. (Okay that's fine, we can go to McDs and come back.) We get there before 2:30 and waiting a couple minutes AFTER 2:30. We decide to leave. He calls us and tells us he is done now when we are already going home so we decline their service. My husband decides to RESCHEDULE his appt for 9AM today. WHICH I hated cause of the previous experience but I go anyways. I get there before 9 and a man gets into a red car that I GLANCE says TAG and TITLE, points at THAT shop and asks me if I need help. I tell him no. Come to find out Tint Doctor sign says they don't open until 10..... I call the store #s cause I don't get how you can make an appt before the store hours!!!! after calling and LVM and finally reach the SAME man that drove away. He tells me he works for both stores by "himself." He has awful customer service. Tells me it is not that big of deal, claims his appt schedule must be out of wack, WAS NOT AWARE HE EVEN HAD AN APPT FOR 9, constantly over talks me, incapable of having a conversation, where there was no point in talking to him. If I could this place negative stars I would. The dealer that I purchased my car from recommended this place. Big mistake. Do NOT take your car to this place. I have had to bring my car back three times. If you have any issue with the work that the owner did he will NOT fix it. Then he will tell you that it's normal to have bubbles in your tint (I have had the windows tinted in every car that I have owned and NEVER had bubbles). Then he will get an attitude and yell at you in the parking lot. I'm sure he wouldn't have treated a man that way, but because I'm a woman he found it acceptable to behave this way. Service was fast!! I called ahead of time and he answered right away, even waited on me to get there after he was closed.I pulled up in the garage and he got right to it, but it wasn't professional. He ask me what I wanted, didn't give me a choice of any kind of tint. All he had was 1 type of tint I guess in 3 different tints But I will not be a return customer because there wasn't a selection of tint at all... He only offered me 5,20and 35% tints available so I picked 20. It looks good but there's one or two spots on my 98 civic where the tint isn't all the covering the window. Place is terrible, went there and paid $300.00 to tiny my whole car. When I leave I noticed water was on my touch screen radio and my radio was not working! I called him he told me to come back tomorrow which was Sat that he sub contracts the tint out I did they both met me their then they tell me to come back on Monday dry to let it dry out when I go on Monday he tells me that he doesn't believe me even though I showed him pictures. Went in to get tint removed and re-done. We had scheduled an appointment for 0900, and I sat outside waiting with no answering on his phone until 0930. He showed up on his phone, cursing and yelling at whomever was on the other end, very unprofessional. Despite this, I let him do my tint and it came out ok. "You get what you pay for"! If you need fast and somewhat affordable tint, then this is your place. If you don't care about gaps in the side cuts of the windows, or if you are ok with lint bubbles, then this is the place for you! Finally, if you extra cash to have your car's interior detailed after a visit from the "Doctor", then this is the place for you. The facts: - There is a gap on the driver side back door window, where the tint was not precisely cut. - There are lint bubbles on the driver side window and throughout the other windows (meaning these are not going away with time, there is lint in there). - There are is a fold on the rear windshield, and now that the tint is starting to settle is becoming more visible. - There were dirty solution streaks on all four doors, and it appears that no protection (cover) was placed on my power window buttons, and the rear leather seats had hand stains from the dirty solution. - My entire car smelled like a dirty rag (which is probably what was used during the installation). - I was offered a "touch up" (errr to fix the problems); however, I don't want to spend another $40 to get my car cleaned and detailed after this "fix". I have decided to go to the place that I should have gone to in the first place, which guarantees quality and excellent customer service. I will have this tint removed, and re-installed by real professionals who care about quality and customer service. It will cost me $99 to remove this poor quality tint job, and another $180 to re-install, but when you prefer quality that's what you do. Lesson Learned! read more

Everything about this place is terrible. Me and my dad made an appointment to come here and have our windows done. We get there on time and he starts and takes 2 hours longer then what he said it would be. A couple days go by and I notice a bunch of bubbles and scratches on and inside the film itself we call him to get them re done he says come in Saturday at 10. We show up at he says come back at 2. We show up at 2 the place is locked we call him and he doesn't answer. We call him 6 times he doesn't answer. He then calls me back and said he's out at lunch and he forgot there was a appointment at 2. He says he will be back in 20 minutes. We wait 30 minutes!! And he's not back yet. So we leave. He then calls and says come in on Monday at 10. I go in Monday at 10 he's 10 minutes late to open. I then tell him what's wrong with the windows he then starts making excuses that he wasn't the one that did it which I don't care about. I want it fixed. He then says that they are messed up because of how tight the window frames are on "new Volkswagens" is this not your job and your profession?? He then asked if I was "trippin" over a bubble on the window. Yes. I am because i want my money's worth. He fixes 2 windows says it's done I go home. A week later I realize there are so many smudges from his finger prints inside the film and there is literally a hole in my back right tint. We call him to get it fixed. He says come in at 10 we go and it's locked no one is there. We leave AGAIN I then put on a review for google saying what happened and he called me called me a liar said he's not fixing my windows anymore. We argued on the phone for 5 minutes. Then he says "man whatever" and hangs up. He then texts me saying "My tint guy said a Lexus (my dads car) pulled up at 9 almost 10 I open up at 10 I got to shop 10:05 he was outside sometimes people come few minutes late it's normal....So if u want your window fix you can come if not then that's Kool too...." I said I want my money back because you called me a liar when I didn't lie you weren't there. He then says..."That's Kool but I opened up 10:05 so u can leave 10 comments it don't matter do what you fill I tell customers all the time that every business not going to have all good comments....You will never stop anything or anyone for coming if they want....I make over 250,000 a year u think u going stop that" horrible customer service.
