Absolute thank you to local Marketing Manager Jake Linger and restaurant the General Manager Tiffany for taking the time to make this special appearance by Chuck E. at his special needs school Arrow Mountain in Joppa. All of the children and staff were so happy about this, and I could not have pulled it off without the cooperation and generosity of Jake, Tiffany and most of all Chuck E. Amazing experience! Customer service was great! Location was very clean in dinning, bathroom, and play areas. Food came out pretty quick. Someone from the kitchen saw me taking multiple pizzas and stepped out to help me bring the pizzas to my table. All games worked. A ball got stuck in one of the games and someone came to fix the game within 3 minutes. My kids loved the ninja course. There is no trampoline at this location but ninja course was enough fun for my kids. Food is priced pretty high, i did not like that but did find a lot of value in signing up for the monthly membership, it takes 30-50% off of the food and up to 250 game plays per visit. With my family of 6 it made sense for us, i think it's played for itself in our last two visits. read more

I absolutely love those Chuck E Cheese! Everyone is so friendly and customer focused. Occasional something might happen with one of the games but management and staff are always so helpful when that does happen. The Kid Safery check is always 100% and I feel that's very important. The food is great and love the new dance floor. I could spend hours with my son there!! This year the summer pass is a must and such a great value! read more

We had a great time at CEC this past week. Not only was the store super clean, but he staff were polite and attentive. The food came out hot and delicious. I love the new card system instead of coins and tickets. Makes it easy on us parents. I was also happy seeing the managers out on the floor engaging with customers and helping staff. There was no one to check us in when we arrived. We had to wait 2-3 minutes. Someone could've left with someone's child in that amount of time. The bathrooms and tables were filthy. This place is under staffed. They need to hire someone to clean. read more

I had a bad experience at the belair location. About 10 of my game points were eaten by machines of games that did not work, the candy and mascot never happened (October Halloween stuff), game pieces were missing and some were on top of the equipment, the water squirt gun didn't work, some games didn't even have any instructions, the bathroom stalls are way too small & sinks are not kid friendly for it to be a kids place! read more

Pizza in the spray game... that also barely worked. A lot of the machines were broken and only one of the ticket counters worked! The kid we brought won a lot of tickets though and got a gumball machine, and food came out fast (though their large was NOT worth 20$... and barely got any fries.) read more

These places are horrible on the weekends. Staff tries their best but the family places with kids are just hellacious. Parties are over priced, short (1.5 hours) and don't include much. Plan on spending a ton on birthday party to appease kids with enough tokens. Best time to come is during the week when it's not busy. Food is surprisingly good. But bring Tylenol... Decent pizza good salad bar and fun for all ages took my 2yo grandson but my 16, 18 and 21yo boys wanted to come too so we all went as a family including my daughter and hubby we had a great night and my hubby surprised me with cotton candy from the fresh cotton candy machine for 2 bucks it was fresh and yummy. Your never to old to be a kid Here at chuck e cheese! Don't forget to check the website for coupons no need to print them out they scan them. This Chuck E. Cheese is probably the worse ran place on the planet. Most the games don't work or have something wrong with them,then if you find a game that works it's out of tickets. When you tell the people that work there it's empty they kinda just walk away an pretend like nothing was ever said. Then the amount of bums with bad attitudes that work there is just the final straw to just never go back or come to this place. read more

You don't go here for the pizza. Even though it is suppose to be new and improved I am glad I missed out on the old pizza. It was ok...not a lot of sauce but plenty of cheese. But we ate most of it. Of course I was there with my grandsons and they are not really that picky about pizza. We had a coupon and it was a good deal. We got the large pizza with a topping, 4 drinks and a number or tokens which I realize were like a pirate finding buried treasure. You can play and play as long as you have those tokens. And that is what the boys did. There were plenty of things to keep them busy. We were there for over two hours and they bowled and played basketball, pushed buttons and make things spin and dance, and just ran from one to another. video game They carried their tokens in little plastic cups and held on to their precious tickets they got for points on the games they played. There were a decent amount of kids there but it was easy to keep your eye on them. I loved their security system. When you check in they stamp you and the kids you are bringing in. When you leave it shines when they put it under a wand, Yours must match the kids you are taking out of the establishment. Anyway it was fun, fun, fun and a great place for the kids. I was surprised to see older kids there and some teenagers but they seemed to be having a good time too. There were enough levels of video games they could participate in. After all the tokens were gone. No more were bought as I had to put my foot down sometime, so we went to cash in our tixs. We had 400 to spend. Wow thats a lot I thought. It was for the kids who walked out with some plastic dinosaurs, vampire teeth, etc. Just like the junk their mom collected from playing games on the boardwalk at OC so many years ago. This is a great place to bring the kids when it is so hot outside....as it was on this particular July Friday. I would definitely take them again. Love this place! We go often and always have a great time. Usually one of my girls loose their ticket bag or can't find a card and the staff is wonderful and understanding. Any question or concern is always taken care of in a professional manor. Our go to family spot! As a military family they offer great packages! Overall great place!! read more

Went there last weekend. As expected, it was extremely crowded. What was not was the number of unsupervised children and poor behavior from both children & adults. I spent just as much time trying to protect my kids (other kids pushing my younger kids off the games or stealing their tickets). My children and I have enjoyed going there in the past, but wanted to leave 10 minutes after arriving. Not sure if we will go back. read more

I've had my daughters birthday party here now for the past 3 years. We've never had a problem until this year. This year our hostess for her party was not very attentive and I had to go out of my way to find her for things on multiple occasions. That is the only complaint I have that really involves the staff. I don't know how kid friendly I would call this place anymore, The other guests were extremely rude & almost every adult you walked by smelled like drugs. I also witnessed a drug deal outside!!! After my daughters party time was over our hostess put her coat at another table and put reserved for us. When we went to find the table other guests had put my daughter coat on the trash can and when I asked them if the table was reserved they said they didn't care, got up and threatened to "Beat my A**" !!! In front of numerous children. When I went to management about this, I was made to go to a different table & these other people were able to stay and stay at the tables that were reserved for my party. I don't blame the store on the guests behavior but I do blame them for not doing anything about it. It's unacceptable and I will most likely not be taking my child back because she shouldn't have to witness any of that nonsense. read more
