Had pizza and a salad delivered on a very cold night. The pizza was so good, thin crust, flavorful sauce, piled in toppings, smothered in cheese and amazingly still warm. I was pleasantly surprised by the salad. I expected to get some wilted iceberg lettuce. This salad was green with lots of toppings and great dressing. This new Savoy just opened recently, even during the pandemic. They have takeout only from this location. We called in our order from home and timed it to get there when they said to. When we got there, it was a few more minutes to wait as they were very busy. The server asked if I wanted some free wings for the extra wait. I was floored as I didn't think that waiting a few minutes was any problem at all. We received the pizza and wings and went to a picnic table to eat. The pizza was absolutely wonderful. It has lasted for at least three meals. The bbq wings were good also. I have to say that Red's Savoy is definitely on our "frequent dining " list. read more

New location for a great pizza! Take out or delivery ONLY, even in the non-Covid times. No indoor seating (ever). We tried the EASTSIDER, since the original Savoy was on the Eastside of St. Paul. Their red sauce does not disappoint, the toppings all fresh tasting and delicious cheese! I've been eating Red Savoy pizza for 20 plus years and the quality is as good as it gets. I love their pizza and highly recommend it to anyone. My biggest complaint is how slow this location is. Ive ordered pizza at varies times and days of the week and I've never had a order delivered in less than an hour. That and their prices have increased as well so thats why I've given them 3 instead of 5 stars. read more

This was my first time here, and I have to say that I was really impressed with their pizza. Not only with the friendly people who work here, but also with the pizza itself. I ordered the Eastside pizza, and some chicken wings. I really liked how their sauce really added to the pizza. Of course I just couldn't get enough of it's flavor. Was really looking forward to trying this new location, but really bummed at what happened. 1. Called for delivery and girl indicated 120 minute wait, which she proceeded to say was only an hour and a half. Nope, I don't thing 120 minutes equals and hour and a half. Wether 120 or 90 minutes, felt a bit long so we opted to pick up. When we arrived to pick up our pizzas, we caught them searching for one our pizzas. They couldn't find it so whipped one up and threw it in. They said it must've gone out with a driver on accident. While pizza one of two is cooking, the other is getting cold. After the pizza was done they handed us our pizzas with no apology. When we got home, the second pizza was wrong or not even ours?! Shame on us for not checking, but really dissatisfied with this locations service. Won't try again. read more

This is the first time I've ordered from this location. I ordered their Reds special with extra cheese and double sausage. I got neither of the extra items, however the pizza was still very good. Terrible customer service. My family loves the food, but you better have an hour or more to wait for an order. The site says your order will be ready in 35 minutes and call when you are in the parking lot. We go to pick up and call and call and call. I can see the girls chatting by the phone! So I go in to wait, get cut off in line and then told, "oh, it won't be ready for another twenty minutes". The whole reason I am not ordering via door dash is because the restaurants have to pay a hefty percentage. I am trying to save the restaurant money. BTW, I paid ahead and added a decent tip because it was raining and I thought they were only doing curbside. Their food is okay, but the service stinks.
