My niece loves this place. The service takes long to serve the pizza and fries Etc. But the food taste well made including their warm chocolate chip cookie pie. The staff is friendly and accommodating. I had lots of fun playing the games and everyone was observed having fun. I didn't see any inappropriate behavior. The children were all having a great time. All the games were functioning properly. There's a large area for birthday parties with multiple tables. Chucky comes out every 30 mins to greet the guest. The only downside was exchanging the tickets for the prizes. They only have one person at the counter serving multiple families and you can see the distress from both the staff and the customers. However the young man behind the counter was calm and helpful. My only suggestion is having at least two or three staff members at the counter when there is multiple customers waiting. Free cotton candy for the kids. A stable location in the Bronx for kids to go to and have fun.

The last time I was at Chuck's it was my nephew's birthday party, we had so much fun and when I saw video games I was the big kid, I was supposed to be watching the kids but the kids were watching me. LoL It was a great day .

My pizza coupon, and some abandoned tickets & a token I found while looking around.

OK, so neither the arcade nor the pizza are "God-tier". BUT, that doesn't mean CEC isn't good. If anything, I'd give Chuck E Cheese's a lot of praise for setting an example for the basic concept of a family arcade. And given their consistently low prices, and frequent freebie/discount opportunities, CEC is great in that caters to those who like to stay on a tight, frugal budget. And even with better arcades & pizza out there, CEC will ALWAYS have a place in my heart. :) P.S. If I know frozen pizza, CEC pizza is NOT frozen. It's better than Pizza Hut, I'll give you that much. ;)

Staff is very friendly and welcoming. This location could use more games as well as games with more action. Nonetheless this location offers a fun place for you and your kids to spend some family time together. Please keep up the good work! Continue to be welcoming and approachable. Remember customers will appreciate more games at this location!

    Gross establishment

How can I give this place a 1/2 star .machines are broken and everything is by card sometimes you swipe two or three times game never starts. THE BATHROOM IS DISGUSTING no toilet paper and or hand towels ,each toilet has either blood stains or poop stains -walk-in bathroom flooded and poop in the sink notified manager on duty took hIm 20 min to send someone to clean the bathroom .The young lady comes with a dirty mop and degreaser I told her where is the bleach

I chose to have the birthday party at 12:30pm which was a great time because there was barely any people.

This location is not the cleanest but its in a convenient area which is why I think its still in business. This Dave & Busters main issues are 1. the machines not working properly and 2. the attitude of the staff. Not everyone is mean but the majority of them are. It gets irritating coming here which is the exact opposite feeling you should get before coming into an arcade. This time around the machines took my money without the games actually working. The staff doesn't have a solution for this, they simply swiped us to play 1 extra game but it didn't make up for the credits the machine had already charged. Eating was also a hassle as the lady in the front had the most terrible attitude and the entire time I ate I was being stared at by one of the workers who I actually assumed was the manager of the area. The food is delicious and I love everything on their menu but the staff really needs to be replaced or trained on costumer service. I'll give it 3 stars mainly because the food is delicious but I would give it a one if it weren't for that.

I like that they have an area that you can rent for your own personal party. So you could have a party and hang out with your adult friends while the children are entertained by the games. I personally wouldn't let my small child walk alone and play by themselves, but Middle school age, I would. The service could have been better, felt like they could have given the children seconds. Just a good all around family experience. Not giving any thumb up, but Happy Yelping!

Even better, they have the deluxe versions of many machines while some arcades only offer the stripped down versions. For example, at The Bumper Factory, their Godzilla machine features the building that crumbles to the ground as it gets destroyed. That's pretty cool, and certainly adds to the fun. If you are a good pinball player, you will certainly find the pricing model to be vexing. I do enjoy going to a place where all the games are set to "free play". But $15 for 30 minutes, even in Manhattan, feels steep. Largely that's because I am a good enough player that a few bucks can keep me busy for over an hour. That said this is a great place, and a great price, to teach younger kids the game. And that is exactly what I did with my nephew. What I discovered was that on Monday, despite the hours posted on Yelp, The Bumper Factory was still open. However, the games were not set to free play, and instead of taking the admission fee I was able to simply use quarters to play. Woo hoo! I had one of the best games of my life on Guardians of the Galaxy. One ball alone was kept in play for the better part of fifteen minutes. Had I been paying by the half hour, that victory would have been tinged with sorrow. One other small ding against the place is that the Stern machines which feature the Stern Insider Connect feature were not activated. This is always a bummer, and also why I wasn't able to find this really nifty arcade on the Stern Pinball site. Most of the machines are new and in great shape. The space is pretty small and cramped, but it is NYC. From the arcade's website it also looks like there is a $35 all day rate, which I think I would much rather pay than $15 for 30 minutes. I'd have to take some breaks for coffee and pizza, but there are nearby options for both. More than anything, it's great to see pinball making some kind of comeback and salute the good folks at The Bumper Factory for putting in some machines in a space where kids can discover this great game.

I suggest coming on a weekday if you do not want to wait a minute or two for each game! You have 45 minutes for unlimited game access, with about 9-10 games to choose from. Each game only lasts 2-4 minutes tho, depending on the game. When entering, they provide a locker for any bags or items you want to place. They give you two wristbands (one for game access and the other for a locker of your belongings). The staff was so friendly. I was running out of breath and trying to rush to get our last game in and he told me to relax and have fun! The staff also takes the time to explain each game in the beginning and although it was busy, they definitely made the experience so much more fun. Some of the games are a bit complicated, and hard to understand even after the game explains it to you! My favorite was the grid. Me and my boyfriend made a tiktok about activate and it went viral!
