Ive been here before and didn't have the best experience but we decided to come again to watch the Fifa game and give it a chance. This location is not the cleanest but its in a convenient area which is why I think its still in business. This Dave & Busters main issues are 1. the machines not working properly and 2. the attitude of the staff. Not everyone is mean but the majority of them are. It gets irritating coming here which is the exact opposite feeling you should get before coming into an arcade. This time around the machines took my money without the games actually working. The staff doesn't have a solution for this, they simply swiped us to play 1 extra game but it didn't make up for the credits the machine had already charged. Eating was also a hassle as the lady in the front had the most terrible attitude and the entire time I ate I was being stared at by one of the workers who I actually assumed was the manager of the area. The food is delicious and I love everything on their menu but the staff really needs to be replaced or trained on costumer service. I'll give it 3 stars mainly because the food is delicious but I would give it a one if it weren't for that. read more

Dave and Buster is an entertainment place for middle schoolers and elementary children. A good option if you want to hang out and bring your children along. The food here is very basic. I like that they have an area that you can rent for your own personal party. So you could have a party and hang out with your adult friends while the children are entertained by the games. I personally wouldn't let my small child walk alone and play by themselves, but Middle school age, I would. The service could have been better, felt like they could have given the children seconds. At to a kids birthday party. The birthday boy is having a good time with the friends. The food is what you would expect for this type of thing. The service is also okay. My girlfriend and I took my daughter here so she can play some games! We bought the eat and play package! We decided to play first before eating since we weren't hungry yet! It was pretty crowded but I expected that since it was a Sunday! A lot of the games were broken which made our choices limited. Since it was crowded, it made it a little difficult to play most of the games that were operational. We played what we could then decided to eat! We ordered blackened chicken Alfredo, double smashed cheeseburger, and grilled salmon! Surprisingly, the food was delicious! We came with a few friends to catch up & play games pretty late at night around 8pm ish was nice and empty sat down had a few drinks happy hour drinks are $5 which I thought was pretty decent. We had a bite to eat prior to coming, so we only had drinks and dessert. We weren't really hungry. The staff was very friendly and gave us great recommendations I had the peach Bellini, drink, which was not part of the happy hour, but it was very delicious. Highly recommend. The rest of our friends did have the happy hour drink drinks, which were all also very good. The bartender asked if we wanted anything to eat we let her know we weren't really hungry. We wanted something from the dessert menu. She recommended the brownie with the ice cream. OMG I highly recommend it, it was so delicious and it was really good portions. Three of us could split. I really hate to do this because I'm in the restaurant business as well, for more than a decade but this place is a disaster. Came in around 10:30pm on Sunday, they close at 12am. Went to the bar and it took 5 mins to get greeted, over 10 mins to get my first beer. Over 20 mins to get my second and last beer only bc customer service is non-existent here. Literally I'm not sure if these people are trained on their steps of service based on what I saw tonight. At the bar there was two African American girls, one on each side and a Hispanic guy at the service bar. Neither of these bartenders look at the bar to see if their customers need a refill, nor do they even bother to ask how you're doing. They do a great job at NOT making eye contact. Honestly they suck. The server congregate at the bar high tops and are too busy with their convo to possibly be giving their tables a good experience. They didn't serve me so that's all I can say. Lastly there were 3 managers I saw tonight. An older white lady with a floral top, a Hispanic lady with a fendi sweater or whatever it was. The sweater was brown and black, and a black manager with a red or burgundy long sleeve. Each of these managers never took the time to greet people or ask how the experience was. Like I was literally sitting there for several minutes and they didn't even bother to ask if I needed anything. I know these people are busy assisting their employees with comps, voids, and whatnot but they didn't even do the bare minimum. Honestly I will never come here again. This is the place where everyone goes out of their way to ignore you and they can get away with it bc it's corporate and it won't hurt their business like a mom and pop place. Quite literally the worst experience I've ever had. Don't go here. Based on the reviews, my experience wasn't unique. They apologize when they reply to the reviews but nothing changed. After having eaten here a few times more, the food is definitely not it for me. The quality doesn't justify the amount of calories you'd be consuming. I do love the games, though. We haven't been here for some years because frequent visits can get expensive. Now that our Little is big enough to enjoy herself here, we decided to take her last night and she had the best time. I was amazed by how many more games they've stuffed into the place. It was almost overwhelming. The place was packed and I thought we would not have an enjoyable experience but on the contrary, everyone and their children were surprisingly well behaved. The games we were interested in were never crowded and we were able to spend a little over an hour and have a great time. Say what you will about D&B's at Pelham manor, as I've seen the negative comments, but when you come on a Wednesday night during the school year as an adult, maaaaaaaaaannnnn is it all fun as hell! Now, I can't say much to the food, and as for drinks, there was only one bartender when I went so that made it super slow to get anything (not their fault, they did what they could). But people come mostly for the games, and maybe it's the optimist in me that was just seeing the bright side of it all, but I had a blast. Most of the games worked well (except for air hockey, omg y'all fix that machine) so I got a good solid play through at the variety of games they had available. And since Wednesday is half off, we went HAM on playing as much as $30 would let us do. Is it a 4 star spot? Welllll I'd give it a 3.5 but rounding up here. Are there things to improve on? I just got back from celebrating my little sister's 14th birthday and man the horror. I have never been to a place and had service quite like this one. My party contained 7 guests, we easily got accommodated so that's where half of the one star review came from. However everything else, absolutely terrible. Our waitress was this beautiful young girl with braids down her back, although she was beautiful externally her personality was complete trash. We have never met anyone as uninviting as she is/was. A few minutes after we sat down and she passed by our table I tried to ask her a question about the menu because we bought the eat & play combo and she answered it and immediately walked away, didn't ask if we had any more questions anything like that oh and no hello nothing in relation to what someone in the restaurant industry would/should do. After a few minutes of examining her behavior I noticed she was having an issue with a fellow colleague over god knows what, and everything was projected on to us. As time went on we ordered our food, she brings it with no utensils no napkins no nothing... just vibes. Every time she came to our table she hadthe stankest attitude that we have ever witnessed while dinning. I mean absolutely disgusting. I tried to ask her for a lighter to light up my little sister's birthday candle and she said " I guess I can find one" and proceeded not to. We ordered dessert and when the girl came back she basically threw the plates on the table and again said / did nothing. As time went on we tried to get her attention to get some to-go plates and nothing, finally got the attention of another waiter and he proceeded to also give us attitude ( this is the guy she had the issue with earlier) and that's when we finally said something to him like wth is going on in this place?! Horrible experience at this location. We crushed it on a game and the tickets didn't transfer to our card. Instead of honoring the tickets, they "checked the cameras" and claimed we scored 1/4 of what we actually scored but wouldn't say if they saw us on the footage or anything else. Terrible experience . We got here at 2 on a Saturday. We were seated and ordered immediately the food took 2 hours to come out then when it did they forgot my son food with. We had to wait another hour for . The food was cold and when I looked on my bill they added 3 extra drinks that never even ordered . So our little lunch date turned into dinner . I did expect however after waiting so long for Ice Hockey that when I needed the game serviced the help was not provided in a manner that with, a total of 50 pplin the whole place, in a timely manner. I'm not sure if this is the place during the pandemic for more than fun. First of all, the capacity is 500 people. And there weren't any visible extra steps taken to sanitize the arcade or tables. There were people walking around with a towel and spray. But it wasn't confirmed cleanliness. My son and I played games for fours straight. We never witnessed anyone wiping or stopping of playing to clean. However, the restaurant experience was even worse. My waitress didn't "hear" a Mac n cheese order for my son. Which I thought was very strange. She was very slow and un-enthusiastic about her job. On to the food, I ordered cantina nachos, beretta bruschetta, kid's Mac n cheese and a double pepperoni flatbread. The waitress had no clue what poblanos were neither did she attempt to find out. I had to google it and tell her they were spicy . So, please remove them! She said okay. The nachos came out and they were alright. The first time I'd ever seen nachos served without sour cream. But they were tasty because of a special yellow sauce and melted cheese sauce. However, the bruschetta looked disgusting and I couldn't eat it. The description in the menu didn't do it any justice. A bed of greens laid triangular pieces of tiny Ciabatta bread toasted with perfect grill marks, topped with huge slices of purple onions and chopped in half cherry tomatoes drizzled with balsamic vinaigrette. The plate had a huge glob of fresh mozzarella on it. I didn't get it. How was I supposed to eat something that all of the ingredients were huge. Nothing was bite worthy. #SentItBack The waitress left it on the table for 15 minutes. She kept walking past it until I called over the manager. Who was an absolute pleasure to meet and talk to. Had a blast just playing the games. Paid 60 dollars and spent the whole day there. The games were actually fun and there was such a wide variety. The prizes are great too and has ranges of all ticket prices. The only flaw was that a few of the games were rigged or ate my credits and didn't work. Be careful of swiping or tapping more than once. I tapped a game four times by accident when it didn't work the first time and I didn't get my money back. Just swipe once and wait and be patient. Not all games give tickets but the ones that don't are fun too. I recommend eating well before going. The food places are so crowded and the food doesn't look good too. There are people of all ages here. It was great to see older adults having so much fun not just kids. Arrived at 10pm on a Saturday night. Awful service. The experience starts with 5 employees standing at the front desk all chatting amongst themselves. When asked if there was a hostess you're informed "grab a seat anywhere, someone will be with you" returned back to how "lit" Friday night was. 20 minutes later- still not a single person in sight offering any kind of assistance. Shout out to server ANDY who was the only employee actively working the dining area and tending to guests. In 3 minutes after interacting with Andy, we were seated at a clean table. Not sure if management has figured out how to manage an establishment of this size or if the venue was understaffed. Nice location with parking, big space, cool place to come to for a drink at the bar, or get bar food burgers and beer. I didn't have any issues with the cleanliness, staff were friendly and accommodating, and the burger and fries I got was pretty good in a standard way, and I thought great price for an order of cheeseburger and fries at $13. Happy hour drinks however were extremely weak. The cocktails were half off, although there were no prices on the menu it was like $5-$6 each which was great. I ordered a few different kinds of LI ice teas. Although normally I start getting a little lit after half an LI T, I chugged like 3 of these over the course of an hour or so like i was back in college and no lie, I barely even felt a buzz, and really didn't taste alcohol. Beers are not part of happy hour, I guess because they can't control the amount of alcohol in them, it pretty much is what it is, a beer. I get that the happy hour prices are super cheap for a large glass, but I probably would have spent the same amount during non-happy hour times with half the drinks, with a normal amount of alcohol and felt a lot more like I was at happy hour. The good: it's D&B they got games. Lots of games. For young old and in between. Arcade games, simulations, sports games. My friend had an unlimited card so we could play all the blue games for free. You could also download the app and swipe your phone. The cheapest option I saw was $25 for 600 coins. I didn't start playing games until after 10 so I didn't buy a card of my own(freeloader). Had a lot of fun watching my friends win in some games. They even had my favorite addictive coin shooting game The bad: I was there for a party and there was about 14 of us. They squeezed us along the pool tables. The problem with that was only those on the booth side had a seat, others had to stand. Then when our food came noone was given utensils. I get people mostly order finger foods like wings and burgers but how can you bring a salad and mashed potatoes and not offer at least a fork. I had the chicken and waffles sliders.
