First time in a while, I'm glad that One Pie Pizza Co. continues to cook up excellent Buffalo-style pizza! I'm a member of their rewards program and once in a while, they'll send me a coupon for $5 off, or a certain percentage off of my next order. So, when I get one of these rewards, I make sure to take advantage and order a pie! Shoutout to the staff as they're always friendly and courteous. I need to praise how open and honest they are, which was put on full display with a recent order. One Pie Pizza Co. bakes a truly authentic Buffalo-style pizza with an airy, doughy undercarriage, a balanced chewy, crispy crusty, plenty of mozzarella cheese and sweet red sauce with cup-n-char pepperoni, but I like my dough, the undercarriage, to be a bit more cooked, firm, crispy, so I've been requesting "extra crispy on the bottom/underneath" more recently. But the way One Pie Pizza Co. cooks their pizzas makes that request a little more difficult as they use a conveyor belt process, so when ordering online there are two "Special Instructions" options: LIGHT WELL DONE and WELL DONE (Dark, crispy crust with charred edges). I've been trying to figure out which of these options would offer the more firm, crispier dough I want, so I ended up talking to some of the staff working there and explained my conundrum. They were wonderful in hearing me out and suggesting how I should place my order to get what I am looking for. So, what's the way to get the dough more firm, crispy underneath? Order your pizza LIGHT WELL DONE and ask if they could put your pizza on top of the oven for 10 minutes before they put it into the oven to cook it! The dough might raise up a bit more, but it should help pre-heat, cook the dough a little bit more. Of course, nothing wrong with adding a note asking for extra crispy on the bottom, underneath. I've ordered a few times in 2026 and each time my order has been a QTR Sheet (six slice) cheese, pepperoni, sausage, banana peppers, and ricotta cheese pizza, LIGHT WELL DONE cook/extra crispy on the bottom, underneath. This is an excellent pizza, with tons of toppings on each slice and plenty of ricotta cheese ladled on top. Drizzle a little hot honey to add a little sweet kick. This pizza never fails to leave me happy and full. I will say, their pizza might be on the pricier end in Buffalo, but it's worth it. One Pie Pizza Co. certainly earned, and deserves its high marks and regards within the Buffalo pizza community! I'm glad to keep them in my list of go-to Buffalo pizza shops. read more

Walked in to a nice clean and well decorated counter area. Staff greeted me immediately and had my order ready to go. Today's option and other two slice lunch special, and I appreciate the consistency of their food. Every time it's cooked perfectly, and to me, that's a huge plus. First time trying One Pie Pizza. We ordered the ricotta, pepperoni & hot honey pizza and the chicken and waffles pizza. 1/2 sheet each. The crust is crunchy on the sides somewhat like a Detroit style with a chewy middle. The ingredients are fresh and compliment each other well. The garlic butter crust on the breakfast pizza stood out and definitely enhanced the flavor overall. The homemade blue cheese is excellent and I highly recommend picking up a few. The red sauce on the pepperoni pizza is sweet but also has a good amount of seasoning in it. The pepperoni is cup and char style. The hot honey wasn't very hot so I added red pepper flakes. They have vegan pizza!! Pizzas here a sheet, half sheet, quarter sheet...they don't do round pizzas. They also don't appear to have a fryer, so no wings, fries, or fried apps. A half sheet has a full pound of cheese, whether it's vegan or dairy. Not sure what kind of cheese this is - doesn't look like anything I've seen before - but a solid option in South Buffalo/West Seneca if you need a vegan pie. read more

Two weeks ago I was visiting family and friends in West Seneca and had a craving for good pizza. One-Pie Pizza was suggested. One word describes their pizza - WOW!!! Being Italian, I've consumed my fair share of tomato pies, but One-Pie was without a doubt, the best pizza I had in years. Tried this spot randomly and it was pretty good. A little pricey for 6 slices, but I guess that's everywhere these days. It was $25 for a quarter Pie. Ordered online and I was ready when I got there. We got the Allen Goat which is red sauce, chicken, goat cheese, bacon and onions I believe. Had a nice taste and blue cheese for dipping was decent. The bacon was good. I'd go back and try something different. What I thought was different from other pizza places was they dont have any wings. Not an issue, just an observation. Pizza is as good as advertised. Blue cheese is OK but nothing to write home about like some of the people right leaving reviews. There's still nothing like Rooties for blue cheese. They jar their stuff and ship them out to local stores, and they still have the chunks of blue cheese in it.. these modern day pizzas in Buffalo don't remember what chunks are in a blue cheese. I can't remember the last time I was at One Pie Pizza. It was definitely pre-pandemic. I was having a friend over and wanted to get this perfect pie. I called a couple hours ahead of time to place my order. I arrived at 5pm and realized that you do not go inside to get your pie, you drive up to the side window. The transaction was quick. They have raised their prices a little, but for a delicious pizza and one of my favorites, I'm willing to pay it. The 1/2 sheet pizza comes with one cup of homemade blue cheese, which is also delicious. My friend was drooling over how good the pizza was and commented that she had missed having a traditional Buffalo pie. This pizza has a nice sized crust, great pepperoni and sweet sauce. This is one of the best Buffalo style pizzas I have had. I can't believe I haven't tried this place sooner. Husband and I ordered a 1/4 size pepperoni, well done. The cook was perfect. Lots of pepperoni. I really liked their sauce. We each got 3 decent sized squares, and I was full. The crust is thicker but not overwhelmingly thick, like some Buffalo style pizzas. Top echelon Buffalo-style pizza. I would place them on a top-5 list for pizza in Buffalo, if you like the thicker-dough Buffalo style. I normally prefer a thinner crust, but One Pie does thick crust the right way. The dough is thick, but not dense or gummy. It's light and airy with a slight chew, and importantly it's baked thoroughly. Additionally, the crust is not hard and is almost as delicious as the cheesy part, especially with the blue cheese dipping sauce included. The sauce is a bit sweet, but not overly so. Ample cheese and quality pepperoni. I have not tried the other toppings. You won't find wings, subs, chicken fingers, tacos or anything else except pizza at One Pie, unless you count the blue cheese, cookies and pop. Odd that they have great blue cheese, but no wings. Major downside is limited hours and no Saturdays or Sundays so don't count on getting their pizza for football games unless you buy it on Friday and reheat it on Sunday. I'm surprised they can make money without being open weekends and for football games, but if they can make it work, good for them. If your timing is just right and you can get one of their pizzas, I highly recommend. read more

Half sheets only, and they sell till they run out. Fine by me. The crust is a perfect Buffalo medium thickness. The sauce is sweet, but does have spices in it (is that oregano?), and the toppings, pepperoni especially are fresh. Not to mention, they make a homemade blue cheese. When you go in, they have a rewards program. You just enter your phone number. After I did so, I got a text and already a $3 coupon on my next pizza! Also, their prices are super reasonable. THIS PLACE ROCKS MY SOCKS. This place is ONLY pizza ALL the time! So make sure you prefer it a night you don't want to share your appetite with wings or chicken fingers! Their menu holds half sheets or multiple half sheets of pizzas. That's right! It's great for 2-4 people and we have leftovers each time! The slices are perfect size, the dough is lip-smacking good and the sauce is sweeter (which I LOVE LOVE LOVE). They also have a rad points system that gets you cool perks like 2liters and extra blue cheeses man! A cool neighborhood place with modern decor inside and friendly staff. In a nondescript plaza is this new pizza joint. Small from the outside. They only make pizza. They know they are good at it so stick with that. And they do like the guy in Niagara Falls, "makes it until the dough is gone". So better to call ahead and have it waiting for you. They have one size. It's big. No single slices. No small. No wings. But it comes with your choice of a few toppings and is well made and cut. So easy eating from that view. They had some cookies that looked good too. They don't make them (best maid does). I always pass this pizza joint and never stop. I decided a few weeks ago I would grab the lunch deal. Two slices and a pop for $7 and some change with a side of blue cheese. I've been to One Pie twice. Once at their new location, and once at the old. Each visit, the employees have been so nice. I really appreciate that. The pizza is phenomenal. They say that the pizza is fresh, and I believe that - You can taste it! The crust is a thick and fluffy Buffalo style, the sauce is sweet, and the cheese is delicious. It's not over cooked, but not too gooey. I'm a traditional cheese pizza type, so I didn't get any toppings. One pleasant surprise is their homemade blue cheese.
