Kiosk to check time on card or point balance or add time. Dining area and party reserve area.

Love the check in/out process. Can't enter until an employee stamps a unique number on the hands of all members of your party. Children cannot leave unless an adult with a matching number is with them. Well, well, well, Chuck E Cheese cards have certainly changed now. You are charged by time, not points per machine/game. No more tickets to gather. All points are collected on the card used to initiate the game. This was perfect as my little friend roamed from machine to machine, not spending more than 20 seconds at each one. He also didn't really like staying at one game for more than twice. As usual since the first time I went to a CEC over 30 years ago, the place triggers a lot of stimulation- lights, blinking, colors and noises. It's a lot!!! Also you have to be very careful because there are little ones running around everywhere. Usually adults are running after them but not all the time. There is an occasional hand sanitizer around as you know those grimey little hands aren't always the cleanest. NOTE: Make sure no one touches their eyes after touching any machines/games. Wash your hands with soap as soon as you can. Restrooms entrances are open to ensure little ones can go in and out. The stalls are still private, no problem. $35 for 60 minutes on the card and we left with 3 cheap little plastic toys that were probably made in China for 25 cents. Oh, but we had one very happy child!!! Ok, bye.

Went back here to a dirty locations. Employees and management is all new. I counted at least 5 machines down. It was almost impossible to get help from any of the employees. I hope they get there stuff together soon. Didn't get food because I wasn't able to order with a staff member. Only reason we even played games is because they have a self serve kiosk.

Classic and nostalgic. A great place to consider if you're short on time and need to plan children's birthday parties. There are various packages to consider but each one comes with not just the food, drinks and games, but also party favors / goodie bags for attendees. There are also several options of add ons, whether it is pizza, drinks, or other party foods they have. Truly a "one stop shop" so you don't have to bring extra things when you don't want to since they have everything you'll need to throw a party. Although I haven't been to Chuck E. Cheese in a long while, I truly appreciate the attentiveness of the staff and the cleanliness. There are numerous games for all ages that will definitely occupy anyone for hours. Plenty of parking since the Souplantation closed down next door... but the place can get pretty busy so be prepared!

Small Cheese Pizza

Our first time coming here and it was a complete disappointment. Many games were broken and took tokens despite not working. We had to get our card reloaded several times because of it. A small cheese pizza took 40 minutes and the buzzer never worked. Thankfully I went up the counter and a teenager working told me it was my order in the window. It looked disgusting. My son was starving and ate one piece. I just purchased the summer fun pass but we will not return.

When the entire family escorts my 2 year old niece for some Wednesday night shenanigans... you end up here. This place is nostalgic. I remember celebrating birthdays at Chuck E Cheese as a kid and it's crazy to see them still busy with families these days. Combo #3 ($47.99) came with a large one topping pizza, 2 fountain drinks, and a regular size boneless wings (upgraded to medium for 10 wings was an additional $5). Not sure what else was upcharged but we paid $60 for that combo. VERY EXPENSIVE for frozen stuff. Not much to say about the food. It was what we expected. Frozen pizza & frozen nuggets tossed in sauces. Just celery with the wings. You definitely don't come here for the food. Lol. They have an unlimited salad bar with your basic add ons for $11.99. The play card was $25 for 30 mins unlimited play & $31 for an hour but there was a special on Wednesday. $18 for an hour of play. No more tickets shooting out of the games but it all registers in the card. You can still claim prizes. Overall, clean and spacious establishment. Staff not the friendliest. Good place to entertain the kids. Just eat before coming here.

What a fun place to take your kids to. Sundays are generally busy so expect a big party with kids and parents and babies! They have a big trampoline and kids love it.

Their claw/crane games were so flipping hard--Winnable but definitely high payout. Plushies and figures in line with other locations. Likely due to the size, they don't have the latest/all of the coin pushers. Happy workers and mechanics kept to themselves. Redeemed 2 sets in which manager gave no trouble. Victory center was small with most electronics gone. Brownie points that they didn't/don't clean the machines and kept them loaded... didn't have any errors during my time there, yay!

Based on that experience, I placed an order for approximately $18,800 on January 27, 2026, for two Jet Hoops machines and one Fun Dart machine. I was told delivery would take a couple of months and would include white glove service, with their team personally ensuring everything was set up and working properly. After months of follow-up, I finally received a delivery, but it was not what I ordered. Only two machines showed up, and they were not the correct models. The dart machine was never delivered. Since that point, Brian has stopped responding to calls and emails altogether. I was also told the dart machine had shipped, which turned out to be untrue. On top of that, the hoops machines that were delivered do not even connect properly. I understand that some customers may have had a positive experience, but unfortunately, that was not the case for me. I have since ordered machines from other vendors and had no issues whatsoever. At this point, I am pursuing resolution through other means, but I felt it was important to share my experience. Brian is responsive and friendly during the sales process, but once issues arise, communication completely stops. I would strongly advise against purchasing from this vendor. If you have questions about my experience, feel free to reach out and I'm happy to share more.

Top Canvas also has other locations (Alhambra, Downey, Torrance, and Milpitas in Northern California) that operate as collectible stores and this is the only Top Canvas location that runs as a claw machine arcade. [Parking]: Easy and free parking at The District at Tustin Legacy. [Selection & Price]: Apparently the shop redesigned their claw machines and prize system in recent months. Players can now trade plushies for points and use those points to redeem more desirable prizes. As for trade-in prizes, they have selected signed Funko Pop figures / giant Pokémon plushies / other generic plushies (25%), blind boxes (50%), and graded Pokémon cards / booster packs / other collectibles (25%). Personally it would be better if they had fewer blind boxes as trade-in prizes and focused more on curated Sanrio plushies or unique action figures. [Point system]: For play packs, $10 = 20 tokens, $20 = 42 tokens, $50 = 110 tokens, and $100 = 230 tokens. Claw machines with numbered stickers indicate how many points each plush is worth and most machines indicate 15 points per plush. Blind box trade-in values range from 45 points to 125 points. [Conclusion]: It is nice to have claw machines with a higher win rate than places like Round1 + the ability to trade plushies for better prizes, but I do think their prizes are not as good as places like Round1. Personally I still prefer other claw machine spots like Infinity Claws in Rowland Heights and I also like Top Canvas's collectible stores better than this claw machine-only concept store. P.S. - Players can ask the staff to rearrange plushies in some machines.

My favorites were the basketball games and Connect 4 basketball. We played a few rounds of laser tag, which was super fun, but a lot of the equipment seemed broken that day. They also couldn't split us into teams, so everyone was playing individually instead. The go-karts were really fun for a group we got a whole round to just our coworkers. Some of the karts definitely felt faster than others, which made things interesting. We also did mini golf, and the course was much bigger than I expected. It took quite a while to get through all the holes. One thing to note is that the rides don't always have staff standing by them. If you want to ride something, you may have to find an employee and ask them to operate it. Overall, there was honestly more to do than we could fit into the 3 hours. We didn't even get to everything we wanted to try. Despite a few operational issues, we had a really fun time and felt like the event package offered a lot of value.

Actually went with family for their grand opening and we had a great time bowling, munching on appetizers, and checking out the arcade games. Just went again this past Monday with some friends - we bowled a few games and someone grabbed food and a drink. Our waitress was really attentive and we had a blast. One cool thing I learned: they apparently run bowling leagues on Wednesday nights for adults with disabilities, which is pretty awesome. Also heard they have a DJ on Friday and Saturday nights if you're looking for more of a party vibe. Definitely recommend if you want a fun night out with friends or family. With the way our business is set up, suppliers typically foot the bill for most things. They said they can't reserve just lanes because every night in December is crowded and the events team said I needed to pre-order and pre-pay for food and drinks. My goal was to pre-order and pre-pay for as little as possible, there wouldn't be many people there and I wanted everyone to be able to order whatever they wanted, then place the entire bill on supplier credit cards. It was a bit of a fight but we came to the understanding that I would pre-order and pre-pay for some basic food and lanes and be refunding for the amount after the event concluded and the bill, in it's entirety including the pre-order, was charged to the vendor's cards. Doesn't seem too complicated. I'll keep the rest quick: it was an almost completely empty bowling the night of the event, not crowded in the slightest as reported. There was no one from the events team on site to keep things smooth and organized, they dumped it on the local staff. And the local staff was amazing! They're the reason this got two stars instead of one. Food was decent. Servers were so nice and on their A-game. Everyone had a great time. After the event was over, I grabbed the 5 supplier credit cards, they also required written email addresses and names with each, to ensure receipts went out to the appropriate parties. This poor girl has no idea about the arrangement and talked about how the events team never tells them anything. I explained about the full amount including the initial $1000 from my corporate card that needed to be included. After two transactions, I pointed out that the values looked low and was this right? She said "oh shoot, I forgot to add the initial money," so she went back, refunded, then recharged the two credit cards with the new, higher amount to accommodate the $1000 I had initially paid, then she did the other three cards. The entire process took almost an hour after the event was over. Still a good experience at that point. The next day, I emailed the events team about my refund, per our agreement and they said the full amount was never charged, showed me a completely different receipt than what they had shown me on site and basically held $1000 on my corporate card hostage. I told them exactly how the event had gone down and exactly what I typed here but it was like talking to a brick wall. I ended up going back to my suppliers, asked their permission for the bowling alley to charge more because their staff had gotten it wrong, which is not a good look for me or for Lucky Strike, it's unprofessional. They all reported they never got their receipts emailed anyway and gave me the go-ahead. In the end, we were squared up for whatever their after-the-fact receipt said and I got the refund. The events team has poor customer service, a clunky process and the brunt of the work gets dumped on the onsite team (who were extremely kind). I wonder why their events team even exists. Moral of the story: They've got some issues and attitudes to iron out and I won't be hosting bigger events there to be sure. Great spot for regular bowling though!!! Just no events via the events team.
