The pizza was good and the kids all loved it . The ambience is cute , very fun and bright . The kids all loved the games and jumping and running around. I've been coming here to this location for years!!! Actually, I grew up coming here. I don't know how long this Chuck E. Cheese has been here but I remember coming here as a kid for my birthdays, my siblings birthdays, my cousins birthdays, and wow now I come here for my families childrens birthdays. I must say, this place looks SOOO much better than it used to. Last time I was here, it must've been a while because it was before it was remodeled. Everything, including the games and the front desk, game station, the tables and the entertainment/stage looked brand new and updated. I was very impressed!! The staff that was there today was soooooo nice, accommodating, friendly, and respectful. Some of them were young adults, maybe older teens but they were extremely polite and helpful. I ordered pizza and wings, and it came out in a timely manner. You order at the front desk and they give you a number that you put on your table, and someone brings it out to you. The food was actually better than I remembered. I wanted to take my leftovers home and there wasn't much! The worst experience ever. Came here with my kids and we ordered a pizza. Over an hour and a half and we walked out without a pizza. And all for them to try and offer us 100 tickets knowing you can't get anything with that. No apologies, nothing. Customer service was TERRIBLE on top of it. The customer service has definitely been upgraded. I am regular here. I come with my grand children and my friends and their grand children. It's cool. It's Chuck E. Cheeses. I'm deducting points just because the Chuck stage show isn't real like it used to be when I was a young g. It's just some big animals on a screen and I think a robot rat that spins around on stage. So this was more so a black eye on the company and not this particular store. This was actually my second visit to this location. First time it was just me and my son he was like 1 and some change. He was limited due to his stature and whatnot. Now he's 3 and he was there with his homegirl Avah. This particular Sunday was CRAZY because it was the first time the sun had really been out and it was right after that crazy snow storm. Clearly everyone in Long island had the same idea, bring your snotty nose kids here! Line out the door but it moved rather nicely. Once in the two youngs were ready to run, it was cute. Anyway... due to the multitude of lives there getting a table was virtually impossible so we gave up on that immediately. This also meant no pizza, for adults that's cool we already knew it was weak. The kids don't care about taste tho, they want the pizza. They ain't get it tho. On the low side, hella games were out of order and the ones that were on had long ass lines or kids with forever tokens that wouldn't let our team be great. That's how small the play area is though, I didn't like it. *oh side note* the hand sanitizer stations are hit and miss so bring your own and maybe some wipes. Swear fo lawd 3 of them ugly lil kids had the zika virus. (you laughed or you got mad. Bet I don't care tho.) If you run across a game that's working but not spitting out tickets, check the screen. If it says "x amount of tickets owed" chill there keep playing. Then get a crew member to refill the ticket dispenser, now all those tickets you didn't earn become yours. (Shut up. My conscience is fine.) The ticket counter is prone to jamming so prepare to wait awhile for your turn. Oh yeah the restrooms could be cleaned more regularly and it'd be nice if the kid sink and urinal were more accommodating to kids 5 and under. At the prize counter we put the tickets together and split them between the kids, each getting 75 tickets. Maaaan listen... 75 tickets only gets you all the things your kids and you really don't want. Punk ass stickers, ugly ass candy, boring ass bracelets, loud ass whistles, and other ass prizes. I know I complained a lot, that's cuz I'm grown so I see things differently than kids. What I saw that was most important was that both these beautiful happy children absolutely LOVED it here! That was the best part. They played till they didn't put up much of a fight when it was time to leave, they were exhausted bro. A parents dream for real. So the 4 stars are for the way it makes kids feel which is why you bring them. All the negative stuff isn't reflected in my rating. I wrote a lot and don't feel like proof reading all this. What a fun time! Came here to celebrate our son's birthday and we had a great time! The place is pretty spacious and had a decent amount of things to do but I wish there were more options for younger children. We purchased 100 tokens for $20, a sale we saw online. None of the machines tells you how many tokens you need in order to play so we had to put a token and wait to see what happens. We later found out the machines take 1 to 2 tokens each which isn't bad at all. For food we ordered a medium pizza and buffalo wings and everything was pretty good. We brought a cake with us and they allowed us to put it in their refrigerator until we were ready. They even asked if we wanted Chuck E to come out to sing Happy birthday and we said sure. Our son was so happy they sang for him and that made his day. The staff also gave him some tokens to play with which was sweet. We were able to share our cake with other children and families there which was nice. Besides pizza, wings and sandwiches they have a salad bar which was messy with crumbs spread all over the place when we got there. That didn't look too appetizing. However, staff was seen cleaning around the place very frequently. Overall, the staff here is very attentive and friendly. I took my nephew here today and the rest of his aunts and uncles decided to come along to spend some time with him. The whole family loves him and are always down for a good time. So we walked in and immediately noticed there has been some minor changes inside. Personally I haven't been here for probrably 10 yrs And I remember back then many of the machines were out of service and the atmosphere overall just wasnt tHat pleasant. I'm glad to say that's in the past because my experience today was wonderful. Now when we walked in we were immediately greeted by the desk personnel He was very helpful and kind to us and got us situated with a game pass for $27 that gave you unlimited access to every game on the premises for 90 minutes so we chose that deal and started playing. Now the games they have now were very entertaining, games like shooting hoops, a water shooter, the operation game, Racing games, shooters and many more. It was a joy to see parents playing with there kids and just having fun And to be honest the parents seemed to be having More fun than the kids. Grown men hogging machines so focused like it's a game 7 of the nba finals it was pretty hilarious to watch. Even my brothers and sisters went crazy in there like they were reliving there childhood all over again trying to beat high scores and rack up as much tickets as possible. This place is alot of fun nearly all the machines were responsive and everybody had a good time. The food was ok for just $30 we got a large and a personal pizza with 5 drinks and kids nuggets and fries. I enjoyed when chucky the mouse would come out and play with the kids. There would be a whole announcement that you could here anywhere in the building that "chuckys coming to play any minute now" and all the kids would get hype for the build up and then he would pop up at random and dance and play with the kids and they would go crazy. Even some of the parents would go nuts. All in all it's a fun place to spend some quality time with kids. My only gripe about this place is the prizes are horrible and you need way too many tickets to win alot of them. The prizes ranged from 50 to 1000 to 6000 tickets. You would literally have to win games all day to get top prizes but to be honest there not even worth it. Hopefully they will update the prizes and make them worth while, even just a little. Okay so I know what I'm getting into even before I walk through the door. The chaos the screaming the crying and all we get to experience. I think you also have to know when to go. If you go when it first opens and out by lunch it's fine. What upset me the most today is the rudeness and unkindness of some children. Given you are not allowed to say a word to another child but parents guardians and grandparents need to keep an eye on their children. We decided to take our 5yr old granddaughter today since we had off and winter recess is this week. We were having the best time till chuckie the mouse came out. The kids were dancing and having fun. At the end one of the workers throws tickets in the air. Well let me tell you kids were literally snatching tickets out of my granddaughters hand and pushing her. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE. Had my sister's 9th birthday party here and I absolutely love this location. Everyone on staff is super friendly and this location was very clean. Yantzy was our party planner and host- who was amazing from beginning to end. We spoke twice before the party- going over any last minute details or changes. During the party- she made sure everything ran on time and smooth. Plus, she was super friendly- which made everything that much better. She and the entire staff made my sister feel like a rock star. They really created an atmosphere of fun and excitement that I couldn't have done on my own if I tried. Our party was on a Saturday at 12:30 PM. When we first arrived, it was practically empty at 12:30! It was very nice to pretty much have the space to ourselves. We left around 3 PM and it was started to get busy then. The service is extremely slow and they never seem to have enough people taking orders so the wait time to order food can take about 10-15 minutes even when there's only one person in front of you. You can't give people a 2 hour time limit for a party, start the actual party about 1/2-45mins into the time scheduled, then every so often (rudely, I might add) wag your cell phone in your customers' faces and remind them exactly how much time they have left in their party. The staff is disgraceful. Aside from exactly two of the people I had an interaction with in that sorry excuse for a family restaurant everyone was rude, nasty, and impatient. On more than one occasion, our party waited over 40 minutes for extra food that was ordered on top of what was supplied for the party, literally all of which came out burnt to a crisp yet somehow ice cold. When we finally alerted management to our ongoing problem of cold food, an absentee party host, and rude staff ("yeah, I'll get it, I only have two f'n hands") - it was handled in the most unprofessional manner I have ever witnessed in my life - and that's not an exaggeration. They held a "meeting" right in front of the entire party. They literally stood in front of our table where our children were sitting and discussed (I use the term discussed generously, I really mean they were just standing there talking crap) the people in our party and how to handle them and the situation. It was the most unpleasant experience I have ever had at a Chuck E. Cheese in my life. They either need to clean house or shut down. Oh - a small edit - my 14 month old daughter slobbered her stamp off of her hand and we were let out with her anyway by someone at the door who was not there when we came in and did not see us enter with her. I scheduled my son's birthday, and surprisingly, it took about an hour to schedule, after being on the phone with a broken voicemail system. I did, and when I scheduled they put me to another number, that had an ever endless cycle of "huh?"s, "wut"s, and kids screaming in the back of the bathroom. I got there, and it was terribly crowded. I can't blame, but the place was rotted with filth from the floor, such as pizza grease, bottle caps, tickets, tokens, and candy. So, I first let my son dabble in the skeeball machine, and a kid knocked my son over. I ordered food, such as pizza, fries, and buffalo wings. It was good, but the food was cold. And our waitress, Martisha, (at the time) just said get a new one. Rude, and nasty, smacking gum under tables with a group of her friends (3 people). The games were broken, the food was nasty, expensive for a normally 5 buck pizza that you can get at a King Umberto's joint. Not worth it. Giving it a 2 would be too much, and they will probably loath themselves in achiever ettiquette, and making a fair 45 dollars in money for saying that the pizza was cold. This right here must be what hell feels like. I enjoyed Chuck E. Cheese a lot more as a kid, even as a teen however, my experience this past weekend was torture! My sister decided to keep my niece's 2nd birthday celebrations here, in the showroom area. Thank goodness she paid for that area. Even though it was a sunday(4pm-6pm), this place was PACKED!!! Max occupancy packed! The pizza was extremely oily but i couldn't stop eating it. WHY?! Because I was starving. Anyways, our server was great and the party package was well worth it. My child didn't want any of your toys while she is holding well over 5000 tickets and wanted a wristband. Manager decide to say no to it and I am like I pay for the toy if I am short on tickets so why can't I swap for a wristband instead. Makes no sense. Took my kids here last Saturday night. There were a BAZILLION people there, the crowds were rowdy and the place was DIRTY. We were planning to eat but couldn't even find a table, so I just bought some tokens and prayed that my kids would use them as soon as possible so we could escape from the madness. I was fortunate to score a table when I noticed one family packing up, but they left it a disaster. I asked to borrow a rag and some spray and the manager sent someone over to clean which was thoughtful, but the dude cleaned for a whole 5 seconds before he headed off to some other task. I get that the staff must have been super busy so I sat down and did my best to ignore the loads of napkins, dirty plates and half-eaten pizza that were shoved under the table. The games and rides are pretty old, and the one ride that my daughter was really into ate about 5 of her tokens before it started working. Of course there was no one to complain to because like I mentioned before the staff were too busy dealing with the thousands of other people in the place. However, all was redeemed when a game we played malfunctioned and spit approximately 600 tickets out after one play. In my defense I did flag down an employee to show him and he just said to me "It's okay" and sped away to undoubtedly take care of a more important matter. After our last token was used (and lost because of another machine malfunction) we split our tickets, got some prizes and zoomed out of there to eat at another restaurant where I don't have to worry about getting dirty pizza on my shoes. I walked into the place very impressed with the size. As opposed to all the other Chuck E. Cheese's in the city that were smaller and more congested, this place had space to breathe and the luxury of not trampling over any kids. However, as soon as Chuck E. came out, my impression was entirely flipped. These kids adore him and he was the unfriendliest mascot I had ever encountered. My niece was so excited to see him, she hugged his leg. Instead of acknowledging her and politely asking her to step back so that he can initiate the dance steps for the other children to follow, he just kind of pushed her away. My niece is only three years old so the hug was enough for her but I couldn't help but notice how rude the mascot was. Besides some of the rude employees who look and act like they want nothing to do with their job, the place was a pretty nice playground for the kids.
