Nice and clean place! The staff were very friendly and helpful, which made our visit enjoyable. We came here through the kids' fundraiser and were pleasantly surprised at how nice this location is. The games are updated, fun, and easy for kids to enjoy, plus there's an indoor play maze that's perfect for toddlers. Overall, it's a great spot for families and kids' events. We''ll definitely be coming back! Update on review: I put 4 stars because the restroom is a hot mess...men and women side.

Went to Chuck E. Cheese last week for a team soccer party. I was pleasantly surprised that the seating area was not as loud as other locations I have visited. It may have been because the games and most of the kids were further away, but it made it much easier for the adults to actually talk. Everything appeared clean and well maintained. The pizza was okay, about what you would expect. We added the salad bar, which was also decent, though I do wish there were a few more options. It worked fine for something other than pizza. We had a two hour game card, and that was definitely the highlight of the visit. The kids were able to play a lot of games without constantly running out of credits, which kept everyone happy and entertained. Overall, it was a solid spot for a team celebration.

My family and I aren't fans of the new location. Our friends aren't either. Every time we visit the new location, there is trash or food all over the tables. That's not an exaggeration. I have to use my wet wipes to clean the table and seats we want to sit on because they're so sticky with melted Dippin' Dots. The trash either doesn't get cleaned up by the time we leave or it takes a very long time for someone to come clean it. I had to go searching for napkins. Our area didn't have any. The booths are very uncomfortable and it's the most common complaint among our friend group. I used to love hanging out at the old location. We'd sit there for hours chatting with our friends while the kids play. Now we dread going. I miss the two different lanes for coming and going. That divider made it feel safer. We can't see our kids anymore. It can take minutes to find our kids vs the seconds it took at the old location. The machines are too close together. There's too many blind spots. It takes an eternity to get food here. We have to put our orders in right away to get food an hour later. This is on days when it's not busy. It's ludicrous. The repetitive content on the tvs drives us up a wall. We don't stay for very long like we used to. I don't know how or if the employees stay sane in this environment. We were all so hopeful for this new location. Now we all take our kids to Sky Zone because the seats don't hurt and we can easily see the entrance/exit.

Clean new location! Very close to our home so we joined the monthly pass. We selected Silver because we have two kids and 50 points each is plenty for an hour of fun. Three visits already and we got our money's worth. Staff is friendly and most of the games are working. I think about 3 machines weren't working correctly. It's definitely a place where a kid can be a kid.

Came here with the Fam and most games were out of order and the oven in the kitchen was broken.

Updated *new 2025* location on Goldenwest. Games are on the side with windows - much better lighting.

Seems this location just opened up mid September 2025. The games/tables/prizes were new and the place even smelled nice. Boneless wings portion was generous, still good pizza, and the salad bar was fresh. Staff were friendly and helpful when deciding between purchasing a timed vs. point card. Check on their website for deals! No more animatronics - replaced with a bigger wall TV screen and kidzbop music playing.

Good view & plenty of things to do. Wish some of the machines are fixed right away. Service was nice by employees. Hours of operation are on point.

Bri was amazing throughout our birthday party! 100% recommend having a kids birthday here.

100% recommend for birthday parties. Bri was so helpful during all the kid fun! Good pizza and the kids are entertained.

Chuck E. Cheese is AMAZING! It's worth the money for unlimited play!! This is the FOURTH Chuck E. Cheese I've been to in the past couple of weeks since I've gotten my Gold pass $170 for 2 months of 250 points of daily play. Pizza, salad and dipping dots have been great. No complaints. With my unlimited pass, food is 50% off making a XL one topping pizza $15 (enough to feed 4 small very hungry children) My observations: -Games /prizes/trampoline size vary by location -Free parking - Security stamp for entry/exit -Clean -Lots of seating -Use referral code Vanesar2631 on the app when registering -Multiple opportunities for be promotions to redeem for games/pizza with the Chuck E. Cheese app ***probably aimed for children 1yr through 10yrs for OPTIMAL fun For the adults: -2 alcoholic drinks per person of drinking age (beer on tap and wine in a prepackaged cup) -can have a PARTY without buying birthday packages as you are allowed to bring cupcakes/cake, table covers, ice cream inside -no outside food -buy a combo pizza and pay $2.50 extra for a cup that is reusable/refillable for the life of the cup. This location was in a stand alone building. Parking will not be an issue. Strong smell of urine in the parking lot though. This location has a lot of seating and the old school animatronic Chuck E. Cheese and friends.

We visited this Chuck E. Cheese twice in the last 3 days. The first visit was on July 4th. They were closing early so we didn't have much time to play. We didn't get to see Chuck E. at all. We were excited to see the animatronics. We explained we are not from the area, & that we didn't have anything like that back home. Employees seemed unimpressed and did little to make our visit special. They turned the games off, but they had not even given us all our food because one of the employees forgot to make one of the pizzas (I heard him yell this from the kitchen). A different employee lied about it, and she told us our third pizza had gotten stuck to the pan and had to remake it. In any case, to their credit, they did turn most of the games back on so the kids could at least play until they completed our order. After the last pizza came out, we promptly left with to-go boxes. However, once we had gotten it back to our motor home to eat the food, we realized that the boneless wings (we had ordered Louisiana Honey Hot) had no sauce whatsoever. They were completely dry. **shrug** We decided to try this place again today to give it another chance. We get it. It was a holiday. Employees wanted to get out & see fireworks too. So, this time Chuck E. Did come out a little after 1:30pm. We are just leaving now, and it is 3:38pm. That was the only time Chuck E. Cheese came out for meet and greet with all guests. Apart from that there was one birthday party, but he did not allow guests that were not part of the party interact with him. This is quite the contrast to Northridge and the Palm Desert Chuck E. Cheese locations where Chuck is super engaged with the children, comes out with great frequency (at least once an hour), walks through the arcade, and even plays games with the kids. My eldest son asked this Huntington Beach Chuck E. if he wanted to play Paw Patrol w/him. He was just completely ignored. That made me sad. I went up to the front desk to purchase trampoline time/socks for my youngest son, and the man at the front (Asian with glasses) had a physical reaction to my approach ... It was so obvious I asked, "Are you okay? You look like you are in pain!" The employee replied, honestly, "I was just like, DARN! Now I'm going to have to open the trampoline area!" "I'm sorry!" I exclaimed. Then I thought about it, realized what was happening, and decided it was ridiculous I was having to apologize to him for paying for/utilizing a service offered. What the heck, right?!? We stood at the prize stand for quite a while when it came time to leave. Two young brunette, Hispanic gals just stood there behind the counter, but neither offered to assist us. They walked away. We then moved to the main line where people were ordering food just to ensure we would get some help. Bradly assisted us. He was kind and knowledgeable. Would not come back to this Chuck E. Cheese again, but it is cool it is still a C1, has many old games, and the artwork from the Avenger Chuck era.

The two examples they had to try out in the store had poor responses to their controllers; Antonio informed us that they're broken. When I mentioned that that is not a great way to sell their products, he said he isn't going to change them out until they're completely useless because kids just keep messing them up. I responded that this isn't a good testament to their quality. He continued the conversation with a slight bitterness about how children play so I stopped; kids are the main reason for your source of income- you should probably be nicer (I did not say this to him though I wanted to). The quality overall was quite low (everything is plastic!) so we opted to build models instead. The girl who showed us that was enthusiastic and helpful. We spent over 150$ on our custom vehicles; I got cool skull accessories on my truck. This store is better if you want to throw a party than to leave with a toy that will last. There's cheaper RTR and kits with far better quality than this place carries. Pros: - great location/around other activities - free parking for the first hour - clean and bright shop Cons: - pricey for low, low quality - no monster truck builds available - not truly kid-friendly

My son had been punched in the head multiple times and hit in the head multiple times. No children were written up or stopped. The employees see it and do nothing. I've had at least 10 talks with management and they make zero changes. This location makes their own rules that don't follow that of any other Skyzone's. They have discriminatory conduct. Their employees just stand and gossip rather than clean. Their bathrooms are filthy pig sty's. Their counters don't get cleaned. I've come back the next day and same crumbs and stains. Their food court is overpriced and mostly the food tastes and looks awful. The employees are reckless and gossip rather than watching kids. All of the Skyzone's employ high schoolers. This one tries to use that as an excuse. Other locations it's like a family when we go there and they treat you like gold. This one doesn't care to train their employees or use their whistles to keep kids safe and educated. They will scream or go off of hear say instead, if they do anything. But mainly the employees are zombies that look everywhere but at the kids and gossip with their friends. Other locations of Skyzone are family oriented. This location makes me feel anxious every time I go in there. We've been here well over a hundred times at this point and I've seen this location at every level. The direction they are headed is for this location to be run down just like Westminster. The employees don't care about the kids or the park..mainly just collecting a paycheck. If I was the owner of this location, I would be appalled with my investment on every level. Truly an awful place. Unprofessional on every level. Beautiful exhibits which are getting destroyed by lack of care and responsibility. It's sad to watch really. No one respects the facility. Today when we went there wasn't a single employee visible on the floor watching kids or guiding them. They also have stairs which are hazardous and I was told by one of their managers they "are not required to help kids up there any more on their zip line or swing " they changed their policy and if I was worried about the kids that are not mine, I can go help them myself. Mind you at the time I'm watching 4 to 5 years lean out with an adult size swing pic to grab a swing and almost fall from ledges. They have zero accountability here and will blame a kid versus themselves so keep that in mind should you visit. They really don't care. But when I have tried to play with my son at this Skyzone I have gotten yelled at. Just lots of very contradictory info every time you talk to any employee or manager. I have way more stories but too much to fit into one Yelp review it would be a novel. Sufficeth it say, cool exhibits, bad vibes.

We also celebrated our child's 2nd birthday here, and our friends and family had the best time. I'm so grateful that my kids and I get to enjoy My Gym and create such meaningful core memories together! THANK YOU My Gym!
