New location in Kapolei, busy as always since it was a weekend didn't end up getting a table so I'm not sure how long the wait would have been. They have several games that they don't have at the other locations which made it enjoyable for the kids. Smaller party area then Pearl City or Kalihi. I think they should have arrange the front area a little better because when the line for food is long and it's busy in general that area is really crowded. But it's Chuck-E-Cheese so of course people go there no matter what. read more

Very surprised about this chuck e cheese. I havent been to one in years and probably the last one i went to was the one in pearl city which is fairly old. This is a newer chuck e cheese and I thought this place was pretty great, especially for the kids. All of the kids were having a blast and even the parents/adults looked like they were enjoying their time as well. There is a whole lot of games and rides for the kiddos. The eating area was a good size too. A whole lot of seats for every size of party. The staff was very friendly and looked like they actually cared about their jobs while working there (even when the mascots had to do their dances and celebrate birthdays). I liked that they had a nice looking salad bar but I did not get any. The pizza was pretty good too since thats what they are supposed to be known for. They definitely are going to give brick oven pizza some competition since its right across the street. Unfortunately I didnt give them 5 stars is because it was freezing in the restaurant. The reason I gave this rating is because my family and I recently moved back here from North Carolina and I had fond memories when they first opened back in 2018. What makes it so memorable is that my son who was 6 at the time I always brought him in to play games and of course eat the pizza but what was way more special was one worker (dark blue shirt) I believe her name was Cheri or Cherry (something close between). Everytime we came in I noticed that she had a special bond with every costumer not only with the parents but especially with the children. My son always looked forward to coming in and playing with her because she always smiled and made him feel happy. After coming home back to Hawaii we passed by Chuck E Cheese and he wanted to stop in to say "Hi" and maybe surprise her with a little gift, but sadly we were told that she no longer works with the company. It broke my son's heart a lot but I really want to say after hearing the reason why she doesn't work their I was also told by many workers that MANY MANY MANY PEOPLE LOOK UP TO THIS YOUNG LADY AS A LEADER AND THAT MANY PEOPLE KNEW SHE WAS JUST WHAT CHUCK E. CHEESE NEEDED. We came here for a hosted WWP event. I wasn't expecting much as I assumed it was like the one in Pearl City. But I felt as this one was a lot bigger, or at least spaced out better, than the PC location . This location felt a bit cleaner too, probably due to it's newness. I haven't had their pizza in som thing like 10+ years and let me tell you.... I was pleasantly surprised. I also haven't had cheese pizza since I was a child, but this was the best. They had some kind of garlic butter on the crust that made it so awesome. The greasy extra cheesy pizza is usually not my scene but for whatever reason I could not get enough. Bring your ear plugs because it's crazy here. I will definitely be coming back to check it out when it's not the middle of spring break. They are among the many businesses that have began to severely overcharge for their products one thing I absolutely was not going for was the salad bar. Not only do you not get to make your own salad but apparently now toppings aren't included in the price you have to pay a extra 50 cents per topping. We sat down for a little while then we decided to order a small salad and parmesan bread sticks and a reg drink the cashier her name was Leimomi nice and very friendly. Came here for my son's birthday party yesterday. Let's just say he had a BLAST. Of course every 3 year old enjoys them self at Chuck E. Cheese's, who doesn't ? This review is not from a child's point of view because then it would be 100 stars. This review is from a parents point of view. I spent over $800 here for just the party package alone and let's just say I had to run my own party. Corey was my party host and he was the sweetest guy. This review is not to bash him in any way, it's to provide great feedback so this company can learn to train their staff better. When I arrived there was the table set up with the plates, coins and cups that was included with the package. I asked Corey if I could have the Chuck E. Cheese collectible cups for the kids at least and he said it would be an additional charge. I told him I swear it came with the package and he assured me it didn't. He came back a few minutes later and apologized and told me he was wrong and asked how many cups I wanted, but I paid for (30) , so why ask how much I wanted when I should've already had what I paid for. I was annoyed so I just told him get me 15. Then what made me more annoyed was he then came back to me and told me there was no LIVE COSTUME OF CHUCK E. What is the point of going to Chuck E Cheese without Chuck E Cheese. His reason was because they were short staffed. The whole night my birthday child was asking where Chuck E Cheese was, it was so embarrassing. Towards the end of my party it was near closing time so I wanted to cash out my sons tickets so I asked Corey for my sons 1,000 bonus tickets that comes with the package and he told me my package doesn't include it, I told him yes it does and didn't bother to check for me. I had to literally ask the other party host that was hosting the other party if I could get the tickets and he also told me the same thing. I had to literally grab their party brochure and point to my package I had and show them it comes with it. That's when they were both like " Oh so sorry it used to not come with it so I didn't know". Ohh boy was I irritated!!!!!! They have NICEST people working at their establishment, just wished they knew everything they SHOULD KNOW to do their jobs correctly. On top of all of this, NO ONE was wiping down the games, not even ONCE. Like we are literally in a pandemic, I'm sure safety should be their number 1 concern. I also didn't even get my sons birthday hat, I even asked Corey for his hat and he kept talking on the radio asking if someone seen it in the front, just go get it or make a new one! He never came back or gave me one. Also there was another party the same time as mine , and their party area was not even SET UP. The look on the other party mom was priceless, poor thing. Please Chuck E Cheese staff, for the parents sake, please do better. Kids never notice the details because they just care about having fun, but the parents care because we are the ones spending so much money to at least get everything we pay for. I felt like I had to keep reminding my host of what my party package came with and had to show proof with their own brochure. I am very dissatisfied. I wasn't even offered anything for my troubles, it would've been nice for a manager to at least come out and apologize, Instead I just keep getting "I'm sorry mam" . PLUS, they don't even check vaccination cards correctly, the guy in the front literally looked at my vaccination card for a second and said I was good. I usually love coming to this location. Until my visit on may 5. What really bothered me about this location that day was the greeter at the door. I totally forgot her name but, she was this young girl with maybe a hint of blonde/black hair and of course I noticed that big bar necklaces people wear alot now days. But, anyways I've noticed a few times with her and another employee that was working the register they literally were hanging out by the door outside on the clock puffing on those puff bars or e cigarettes. So, unprofessional, they even kept looking behind the glass door to see if someone was coming and they even seen me stare them down because I was at the table next to the entrance! They didn't even budge from the spot they were in. Then, at the register I was the only one in line ordering and the girl that was with the greeter girl she literally had no answers for any of the questions I had for her. Well I really did love the location as it is really close to my houses and it is very combine to just go for about a maybe 20 minute drive compared to an Hour and a half drive. This is not a parents favorite place. But we have to do it. This location is new and large. So far it is still clean. The staff is mostly high school students I assume but thats normal. They do the best they can and never argue if you tell them a machine ate your coin. They just give you a new coin. The largest problem here is parking. It actually has a good amount of spaces in the lot and surrounding street parking. I think because its new and services the whole west side, it is always full and busy. The patrons can be the other big problem too. The adults camp out on the machine that a big arm comes out and swipes large quantities of tickets for you. As a parent I get it, you want to get your kids the most tickets, but they do not let kids on the machine. read more

Been here once for my nephews (actually second cousin, but the age difference...) birthday party. Cuz literally called me that morning, so I just grabbed my kids and rushed over there after work by around 1830 on a weekday. Even for the day and time we arrived, it was pretty packed! Since my cousin had set up the party deal, we had more than enough chicken wings, pizza, drinks and cake. All we had to grab was a salad, just to make like we're "balanced" and all. All the littles were also given a good amount of tokens to play with. Although it was quite busy, I didn't feel like it was too cramped which was nice. I thought because of the location, the crowd might not be the greatest... I mean, it is what it is right? For our first visit it was a nice one. As with any other Chuck E Cheese location, this one stamps the families arm to be able to identify the group. The registers are straight ahead after entering up front. The party are is in the back with a small dance area and the Chuck E Cheese gang/band. And the games are still a token to play. Since this is the newest location, of course the games are all the latest up to date arcade style machines. We all really had a blast and are very likely to return to this location in the future. Let's start with that they spelt my sons first name totally wrong ... he has a simple common first name Ethan ... his sign on the table said Eathen .I told the manager on duty at noon what was up with that. My kids love it, one token per ALL game is a plus, safe environment for the kids, every hour dancing and free tickets for kids are so much fun for them. I give my son couple tokens at a time so he comes back to me for more. Finally got around to checking this place out! Came on a weekday around 430pm. Perfect, no crowds. I imagine it's chaotic during school breaks and weekends though. The place is VERY spacious! The part my area is very open, and the dance area has an actual dance floor for the kids to enjoy. Unlike the Pearl City location, this place only has ONE animatronic--Chuck E. Cheese. My toddler is thankful for the lack of animatronics; she's totally afraid of them. Game area is also great. A few more game choices in comparison to other locations. Overall, I love the new location. I hope it stays nice and clean! This place is definitely fun for kids (and parents), haha. I know I'm not the only parent who ends up stealing tokens to keep myself entertained. read more

My daughter (18 mos.) & I were one of the first customers this morning. We live in Ewa Beach, & haven't heard anything about this location finally being open until I saw other people's posts on IG. I've been to the Pearl City & Dillingham locations before, & both I would say are 3-4 stars, which is what i was expecting here. Anyway, we got to the parking lot at 10:45, & there was already a line of people waiting to get inside. GOOD SIGN! My mentality: If there's already a line before the store opens, then it must be worth it. They finally unlocked the doors & my goodness, it was beautiful inside! There were so many tables to choose from. Not to mention how spacious it is in there. Such a great idea, considering how "pushy & shovey" kids can be when filled with excitement from all the games. Speaking of the games: they seem to have sort of split the floor into two sections; one side of the gaming floor seems to be meant for older kids, & the other side meant for toddlers/babies/the youngsters. The table I had chosen for us to sit at was close to the front door, so we were in the "big kids" game section the entire stay, until I had to walk to the bathroom to change her diaper, & saw all the tiny kid games/rides on the other side! My daughter went nuts once we switched sides lol. The pizza came out fast & was cooked to perfection! The salad bar was very neat. I can't stress enough how much I love the cleanliness of this place. (Maybe it's just because they're a newly opened establishment.) the floors, tables, soda fountain, & especially the bathroom were clean. & I love how big their bathroom is! I would say parking although adequate is located in kind of a sketchy area on the backside and awkwardly at the "back" of the building. this Chuck E. cheese is so nice! it's very updated and the best part is the games! they're all one coin each. we came here on a saturday night and it was pretty packed. we had a birthday party in the events area and they had big tvs and tables everywhere! the pizza is always my favorite and the staff in that area are very welcoming and up beat. however, some games didn't give tickets out and another game stole our coin. also, the girl working behind the counter had some attitude and she really looked like she did not want to be there. Brought my daughter here to spend her second birthday. There were a total of 4 adults and three children. We didnt know what to expect with the seating since it was our first time. We arrived 10 minutes before they opened (on a Thursday) and there was a little line forming in the shade, mostly families with little ones. They opened right on time and stamped everyone in the party with invisible ink and even had a sticker for children that were too scared for the stamps like my daughter. Once you get through it was open seating. They had different sized booths but the junk part was that none of them could take down the middle section in the event you had a larger party. Which in our case we had to squish in a booth for 6. It wasnt bad because our kids were all small. That was the most unfortunate part of the trip since it was completely open and couldn't use the 4 seater booth on the opposite side to sit comfortably. It's ok. It didnt ruin the fun! Chuck E. Was out and greeting everyone. They even had their screen on with different songs and things playing while they werent out on the dance floor. The part that I did not know was that when he and the workers came out to dance, all the kids could go. Probably because there were no actual parties going on. The first time my daughter stayed back and danced but, the second time they came to the dance floor she got to participate. It was very fun for her. The food is quite expensive though we really enjoyed everything we got. I mean spend money on the food but the games were only one token. Your money on games can go a long way. The water shooting game was seriously fun. The ticket collector does not count correctly... just saying. I won 125 tickets and put it in the machine it only counted 108. Not that I care though. Their good prizes require a lot of tickets but if you dont have it and your kid (or you) really want it then you can redeem your tickets and pay cash for it. 1 ticket = 1 penny. Overall, I would much rather go here for games than expensive places like Johnny rockets or fun factory. You get more for your money. We will be back for sure. read more

Pizza is great, not just a side thing that takes 2nd place to the arcade. The quality rivals that of any of the established pizza joints (Papa Johns, Pizza Hut, Domino's, etc.).
