It's smaller, it has less attractions than mainland amusement parks and rides, but it's clean, the lines are short, and has just enough thing to do with your little ones! Kids love the lazy river, small kid areas, even the wave pool with huge tv works for us. Is it glitzy? Hell nah, would I pay full price, absolutely not... but with my union discount, it works for us. You're unable to bring in food, but you're able to come and go as you please. Pack some food and snacks in the car, and you're set for the day. With younger kids, your options are limited, but over 42 inches, opens your child to many more speed rides. Spent last Father's Day there and the kids had a blast. There are also lockers, snacks and cabanas for rent, but we are not in that tax bracket. read more

For more than two years I thought Wet n Wild was for older kids only, but I was completely wrong. I finally came with my toddler, and we had so much fun that we stayed the entire day. There are two toddler-friendly areas with small slides and splash zones. Alison they have a lazy river, and a wave pool that became my son's absolute favorite. There are plenty of lifeguards around. They look very young but I liked the amount of them. My kiddo was happily exhausted afterward and slept amazingly that night (and even the day after). Few tips. If you plan to visit more than once, the pass with parking is absolutely worth it because parking is more than $20. Do not underestimate the sun. I thought I am good but ended up with a sunburn. The food options are pretty average and overpriced ($18 for average hot dog and fries), and the park isn't spotless all the time. Overall, such a fun surprise. We will definitely be back. read more

I'm not sure this place can improve from a 1 star. While on vacation part of the City Pass program is the Wet N Wild water park. Well the fact that they still have this place on the program is a real let down. We looked online and with the information from City Pass we made our way to the Park. When we arrived there was a sign in the gate CLOSED Really??? We looked online again and it's clearly shows that they are open. So we call and get a rude person just telling us the park is closed. No apologies no regrets or regard for a customer or potential customer. Just The Park is Closed. Oh well we will make the most of our day finding something else So now the business gets back and is blaming the City App for the issue. When we called the facility all they said was they were closed no explanation was given. Don't blame a third party for your mistake. As well as I stated the website stated open nothing more was used beyond that. If there was a sign. Out front stating closed for special event we would better understand things but all we got was a closed gate and words on the said closed that's it. Not my idea of a of a professional company. I want to say right off the bat, MOVE THE SMOKING AREA. Seriously you guys. How can you put the "designed smoking area" right in the main hub next to the bar. The smoke was going right into the flow rider with children. Please make you cigarette smoking guests go into the parking lot! I live in Sonoma County and recovering from cancer. We have smoking bans in ALL public places. It is ultimately disrespectful to your other paying guests. PARKING LOT!!!! Wet and Wild was definitely the highlight of my son's vacation to the island, besides shark diving in the Northshore. There are so many attractions. Huge slides, wave pools. Areas for tots. Flow riders and more. There is a cute gift shop and cabanas to rent. You do have to pay to park, unless you get a season pass. I highly recommend just buying a season pass. Pays for itself. Safe locker area for your valuables. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. I would have easily given this place a 5 star rating but having my child and I inhale someone else's 2nd hand smoke against our will was an automatic 2 star deduction. Move it to the parking lot! I'm sure this could be a "decent" spot for those who enjoy water slides and all things a waterpark has to offer. But I wasn't a fan unfortunately. It was my first time coming here although being a local born and raised here on O'ahu. It made sense why I never came growing up and this will be my first and last visit. I really came to chaperone and babysit some kiddos and if it weren't for them , I wouldn't have went to begin with. This low review is really more about staff than anything else, I think they hire just anybody to be quite honest. When you first get there , they do bag checks, the two girls who were working the table were rude as hell. It was an older woman and a girl who looked to be in her early 20s. Acting like you were bothering them and inconveniencing them when it's their job to be there. And majority of the staff I seen my entire day there just looked very unhappy walking around the waterpark. As if someone stole their kitten or something. I get there are days we hate life and our job BUT if you look THAT miserable, you should probably consider applying elsewhere to work. It's really a killjoy being out and about and seeing sour faces just walking back and forth as if they were being held at gunpoint to be there. Staffing could definitely be improved 10000%. And as well as keeping the waters clean too. You all could also improve by incorporating some shade for those who don't like the sun while waiting for the kiddos who are having their fun playing in the water. read more

Almost seems counter intuitive, right? A water park in Hawai'i. But chance favors the bold and though I'm still not sure (business wise) if it was a success, as a three year running, season pass holder: it makes sense. The park is manned by a staff of mostly teen to young adults and that adds to the atmosphere. Though, I'd probably train them to engage the guests a bit more. Were I in charge of the guest experience, I'd impress upon them that their interactions with the guests will be the reason the guests enjoy themselves and stress how important that is. But nonetheless, the atmosphere never gets old. Bright vibrant colors. Open air. The smell of chlorine. All of it is part of the Waterpark experience, and even though food is expensive I will say that what I've tried has at least left me feeling like I got my moneys worth. Good portion and delicious! In these past few years they've really pushed season pass ownership, and they've created a good system that allows it to be wildly affordable! So if you take anything away from this post, consider this. If you plan to visit the park more than once, just get the annual pass and choose the payment plan. Everything is way too over priced: 1. The Cabanas are way more expensive than an actual hotel room. 2. The food and drink service is super slow and inconsistent. They charge about triple the amount of an item compared to regular retail prices. The quality of the food sucks! 3. The carelessness of being hospitable and their lack of service in just simple things like keeping the drinks cold while sitting in melted ice in a horses trough isn't common sense at all to the employees because they don't care. We purchased the Kahuna season pass for $59 when they had a new year special. The pass comes with a free refillable cup ($4 for soda refills, discounts on cabana rentals, free flo rider, free tickets in certain months, and free parking. For my family of four, we determined that we just need to go every month to make up the cost of the tickets to cover just the parking! Which is $20 if you purchase it in person when you get there! The water park has a handful of slides that in January are on rotating schedules. So the one you want to ride on may be closed during part of the day. They also have a ride that is shut down currently. There are two kids areas, one for littles and the other for bigger kids. The height your kid needs to be is at least 42 inches to ride a water slide outside of the Keiki area. There are only two slides and for some reason we always come when only one is open. The next height requirement is 48". So if you have little ones who like to play in the kids area or swim in the wave pool it's ok. January is cold (yes the water is COLD) so I recommend the summer time at least for warmer waters and open rides. The food is ok, but expensive. And they don't let you bring outside food, just water jugs like yeti or Stanley. But you can go out to your and have a picnic in the parking lot and come back in so that is a way to save money! If you are kamaaina and plan to visit more than 3 times in a year, the annual membership is a must! read more

My husband and I have been to Wet n Wild many times over the years we've been together. A couple of weeks ago, we finally came again, and brought the kids this time! Needless to say, we haven't been to Wet n Wild in a while, since the kids have been born. And now they're old enough to chill and have fun in the keiki areas. It was exciting watching the joy and excitement on their faces, getting to experience all the things they can do there! We were of course, having fun in the keiki area too. But we finally got the grandparents to leave the cabana to watch the kids so we could get in at least a couple of big people slides! We got to ride the Tornado and also the Volcanic Wedgie! We loved it! We'll be bringing the kids again soon, they've been asking everyday! LOL. So much fun for the whole family! read more

Yall need to bring back physical cards. Why would you only give a digital option when some people don't carry phones, that don't make any sense. You should give customers the choice to use a card still or go digital. Y'all don't even give employees options to look someone up if they don't have the digital information which is unacceptable. Management also needs to retrain employees who pick up the phone also and answer questions they neither rude or trying to have a conversation laughing while you trying to talk to them not even being focus on the call is ridiculous. Gosh, I really shouldnt be, but I need to leave this review in hopes that they already have plans to fix some of the obvious. This is gonna be a long one, so hopefully you stay to read :(. Lets start off by saying I tried to do everything online first but to no luck over the span of two days from March 14-16 (this is important to know). Online payment for Kama'aina or rental cabana's were not working and in these two days I tried several times a day with no luck. At the time, the 14th wasnt an important date, up until we got to the park and found out. Anyways, we had no choice but to do everything at the park wasting more time checking in. Keep in mind it stated ALL cabana's didnt have an availability (dont forget this) and we couldnt purchase tickets overall online. Lets fast forward to getting to the park. Its been years since we been here and they now charge $20, yups I said that correctly, $20 for parking. I think we paying for the covered stalls now. We get to the booth and the line isnt long but its taking FOREVER. we get to the window and before I can even say anything the guys immediately says its today is $65.99 for the day or $65.99 w/season pass. There was no Kama'ina discount nothing so of course we just go with the $65.99 w/season pass which was the basic pass. Hence WHY we weren't able to do anything online. Im thinking we just purchased 5 passes and it came with the discounted cup refill, food etc... and the extra assentive. We than go to rent a cabana first thing and find out that majority of the cabanas were STILL IN FACT available. I mention the issue I was having online and was told "well next time call" Ohh okay! We get settled my girls go to get their refillable cups at the food stand, than told they need to proceed all the way back to the entrance because that's where its given and than go back to the food stand. First and foremost, I wish this was told when we purchased. Than I find out when looking over the rewards of the basic that we could've upgraded to the biggest package which includes FREE PARKING for an additional $5. Ummm, WHY wasn't this explained to me. I now walk all the back to the ticket booth to see if I can upgrade, the gentleman tells me "NO" it's too late. I proceed to explain that the work DID NOT offer or even give up any options. I told him I literally just bought our passes 15 mins prior. He gives me this sob story about, "I'll do it this one time" um yes sir you will, train your front to do better and OFFER UP! Lets fast forward, the cabana service was great, the restrooms could use a bit of a cleaning as its nasty. With ALLL the lifeguards that is just walking around, they could take a net to the water areas and at least try to make it look clean. At the end of the day, our kids was happy and we made memories. With the price we are paying, cleanliness should be a priority especially in the restrooms. read more

Where exactly on your website does it say only 3 slides and the wave pool will be open? Shouldn't that be up front and center on the front page? Transparency does go a long way. Issue is staffing. I get the profit vs staffing vs numbers of customers equation that you're trying to solve for but If you're gonna have 3 slides open that all require tubes, have more tubes for the customers. There just are not enough so then there's a second bottleneck line of people waiting for tubes. The people that do have tubes do not give them up and ride over and over and over again so everyone is just waiting in this ridiculous line just to get a tube before even getting in the long slide lines . My friends and I were attending Pacific Skies, and we were having a lot of fun during Illenium's set until someone shoved me forward. This wasn't my first rave, so I just stood my ground and stayed in my spot. I got shoved again, and the security guy grabbed my shoulder and shouted that I shouldn't be stupid and push back. I was kinda confused because I was in the same spot I was before, but I realized it was probably because he had short man's syndrome (being that he was like 5'3"). If you have the kahuna or gold pass parking is free but if not you'll have to pay $20 Place: So we decided to go here I believe on a holiday & my dad rented out a cabana that was $320 & to be honest it was not worth it. Don't get me wrong it's a nice view we had of the wave pool & we were infront of the screen playing a movie. It was a pretty hot day. We had breeze here & there but my son that's 10 months was a bit sweating. Come to find out the fan doesn't work at all(the employee said it's not working) wow really? & the picture shown that it supposed to have the curtain screens but no none of that too. Food:We got a cooler that had I believe 4 waters & a small container of fruits.When we ordered food tell me why when it got to us it was cold. The foods pricey but don't offer to have us order from the cabana if the food is gonna come cold & the drinks the ice was almost gone. It had so much flys flying around that if they had that screen curtain that would have help a whole lot. This is an OK waterpark. Good place to go for people that live on Oahu. If you are from the mainland, there are most definitely better water parks near where you live. Price for a day isn't great but it's definitely good value if you upgrade to an annual pass. Slides: Nothing to write home about, but they're fun. Volcanic Wedgie was a good addition this year and it's a fast, fun ride. Weekends are very crowded and you will wait in lines whilst burning your feet on the hot concrete. Weekdays when school is in session are the best fit and you will breeze through very short lines whilst burning your feet on the hot concrete. Downside is they have less life guards available and 3-4 of the slides/lazy river will only be available for half the day. Food and drinks are expensive. Wave pool is decent size and suitable for all ages. read more

My kids really like coming here on a hot day. And being that this is Hawaii, every day is pretty much a hot day. The location is not terribly convenient for me because I live in town and the waterpark is located in Kapolei. However, there are a lot of things nearby like Ka Makana Alii and Costco. So there's a lot of other things we can do in Kapolei in addition to going to the waterpark. I got the Kamaaina season passes, which were a great deal. It was about $59.99 per person for unlimited visits, and came with free parking. Given that parking cost $20 a day, getting the season passes were totally worth it. However, if it wasn't for the season pass deal, I'm not sure this waterpark would be worth it. The main highlights, for my kids are the Ohana highway waterslide, the play areas, and the big wave pool. They can have hours of fun in these attractions. And since I have the season passes, we can come here for a few hours and leave before they are too tired. The food here is rather overpriced, but that's not the main problem for me. It's that the lines for the food can be really really long. I'm not looking to wait 20 minutes in line to order and another 20 minutes to get the food. I would recommend bringing your own food and leaving it in the car . You can go in and out of the waterpark and get a meal done in half the time. The park also has a bar for the adults. So that's a nice option if the day with the kids is stressing you out. Lol. The bathrooms are quite large, but not the cleanest. The showers only have cold water so the kids do not like rinsing off there. Usually we just change clothes and go home to shower. What's nice though is that they have a lower sink for disabled persons as well as small children. An issue I have with this park is that the Ohana Highway waterslide is often out of order. I get that it goes out of order because of the mechanism required to bring the large float up to the top. However, it is broken at least half the time that I go. Unfortunately, that is one of the only waterslides that my youngest son is able and willing to ride. In any event, I probably will be a season pass holder here for the foreseeable future and look forward to my next weekend there! read more

This place is fun for the kids, smaller than I expected but they had a blast. I wish there were more shaded areas or mats on the floor so my feet wouldn't burn up. DON'T PAY FOR VIP TICKETS AT WET N WILD!!! Bought 2 VIP tickets to attend the Adult Swim: A Night in Vegas with Natural Vibrations. BIG MISTAKE! Right after buying the tickets they made changes to their page and removed the free lanyard from the VIP package. That was disappointing. All we got for spending $100 MORE on VIP tickets was a pink bracelet - that's it! The VIP line to buy drinks was a joke. Faster to get drinks from the regular lines. The VIP bathroom was a bust. We were told at the end of the night that the VIP bathrooms were behind the stage at the furthest and darkest part of the park...no thanks! And VIP were "guaranteed entrance to the wave pool"...found out it didn't even matter cuz EVERYBODY was allowed in the wave pool. They really make you think that you'll get your money's worth buying the VIP package - don't fall for their trap like i did!! Also, employees i interacted with who were working the windows at the snack bar had really bad customer service skills. That seemed odd to me at first but then as the night drew on i noticed it was a trend with majority of the staff. The best workers were the dealers on the casino tables! They were awesome! read more

I can understand the low ratings, but at the same time, having a water park on island that doesn't require a long drive for most people is pretty sweet, especially if you have kids and a pass - you'll make your money worth it. However, if you only get a single day admission, it's hella expensive ($40-50 pp?) plus $20 for parking too, eek. I love how they have 2 areas for keiki, one is the bigger water slide area, the other is the playground area. I also enjoyed the adult slides with friends. It's fun and we felt safe enough. I'm not sure how clean the water is, but so far knock on wood, everyone has been okay. Don't forget to get their dipping dots! It's always the highlight of the visit haha. My one big complaint is the upkeep of the bathroom, or the lackof... Some locks were broken, some doors didn't have hooks, some faucets didn't work, the floor was constantly dirty and wet with hair, yuck. If you compare this place with the waterparks in mainland then you'll definitely be disappointed. However, for a local with an annual pass, I'm just grateful this place exists to let us cool off from the summer heat with kids! read more

I took two boys on the most cloudy rainy day. They had never been there. I reserved a cabana to set our stuff & just make things a lil easier to have a set space that was ours for the day. Myjah (spelling) was at the info desk where they help with cabanas. She was an absolute pleasure to work with. She shared lots of helpful info that I didn't know & I had been there several times over the years. Myjah called for Shawna to walk us to our designated cabana. Shawna too was AWESOME!!!!! She was helpful with offering food drinks info anything we needed she was super helpful & kind & patient while we got settled. My next reviews are for 3 of the lifeguards at the different locations for 42" & up. Unfortunately I don't have any of their names but they ALL were so great with the boys. The older boy 8 was afraid to go down an enclosed slide. He let his little younger brother go 1st to make sure he'd make it out alive. LOL What's awesome was the lifeguard was patient & didn't pressure him or get mad when he decided not to go. 8 y/o worked up his bravery but on 3rd time he finally decided to go. The female lifeguard direct other side on big round float don't know names of slides either sorry was just making sure kids stayed safe. She was super nice to the boys & set the tone for the day that they knew it was going to be okay. (I appreciate that) The 3rd male lifeguard different slide, there was no line & I thought he was cool because he made the boys read the sign before getting on. Like really read it. I read it to the boys out loud. Then the live guard asked them, "Do you weigh over 300lbs?" The boys weigh like 45 & 50 pounds but they looked at me & asked me if they weigh more than 300. The teens and I like it, but the lazy river is rarely open. That's a disappointment almost every time we go.

I had my daughter's birthday twice here. 1 for her 3rd birthday and 1 for her 5th birthday. For my daughter's 3rd birthday I did not like how the host has to pass out the tickets to the guests outside. In my mind it felt like a hassle. At the end of the day, I understood why so it was okay. For my daughter's 5th birthday was horrible. It was frustrating. Enough to actually make me cry. I booked my daughters birthday 3 months in advance. Had no problem with that phone call. Gave my deposit. Months had passed, realizing it's almost her party days before and I had NO confirmation or contract signing of her party but I already paid for the deposit. I did not think anything of it because for her 3rd birthday they did it about 2 weeks before the party. I had mentioned that the party got bigger and wanted adjustments. There was no problem. Stated to me that I would have 8-10 tablets to accommodate my party. Especially since I specifically bought 60 admissions tickets and food to accommodate that amount for those admissions. Called again, someone else answers I get the same response. Thinking everything is okay. The day of the party. I only had 4 tables. I mentioned it to a worker. Party coordinator stated initially I reserved for only 40 and said I spoke to you over the phone. And I said yes. Yes you did. I told the coordinator that I needed it to be bumped up to accommodate 60 people PRIOR to her making and giving the "contract" to me of everything I had ordered. She went over the food with me on how to make sure there would be enough food for everyone. Basically 3 packages of 20 admissions. each package. Knowing that I had 60 people BUT stated that initially I reserved for 40? When I didn't even sign anything for that party? So that 40 should have been voided and not even be brought up into conversation. Prior to speaking, the workers told me that I could have had the other table next to our party because the party next to mines only had 10! They did not give me those tables. They gave us 2 others table in the sun & took a bit too long to clean when there was bird poop all over it. Luckily I had brought lots of table covers. They were short staffed and I tried to be understanding. The others workers were so nice & you can tell they were trying very hard. It was frustrating seeing the party next to ours NOT even use those extra 2 tables. While my party mostly had babies and kids. Majority of the parents and adults had to stand to eat. While everyone else around my party had so much space and tables. We were all crammed and it was blazing hot. No one wants to leave their kids in the hot sun let alone babies. So i felt like I failed them as a host for this party. The babies were not happy. so i was not happy one bit. Everything felt disorganized, lots of miscommunications especially when it involved at least 2 different people talking. Hawaii is already a hard place to live in. As a mom, you try your best to give the best you can for your child. So money isn't something to be played with. And I felt like I got played. I really did cry. I just wanted everyone to feel taken care of. At the end of the day, my daughter was happy. That is all that mattered. She was really surrounded with love. Took my grandson here on a busy Sunday and the place was packed. Noticed it was mostly empty on weekdays . Don't get why they charge tourists so much for parking and entry fees. Unimpressed with the slides and facilities for the amount the charge. Did appreciate they had lots of security and lifeguards around that were nice people. read more

Went to Wet 'n' Wild Adult Night. It happened to be their casino night. z you could ride all the rides and they have their concession stand open. We used their locker, got the small one for $13. The larger one is $18. The lockers were good since you can come and go as you please to get your things. Very worth it to not have to worry about carrying your things around all over the place. We purchased the VIP tickets for this adult night, which cost regular $70 but we got it at a 50% off special. We received towels with neon glow-in-the-dark glasses, a stick, ring, and bracelets. We got 2 complimentary drinks (either a 12oz Vizzy or 16oz beer cans or both tickets for one cocktail). For me personally it is more bang for the buck to get the beer. We watched the people on the lagoon. They had a foam bath area. Everyone was having a lot of fun. They had a DJ from FM102.7 playing music. Anyone who lives on Oahu should get the annual pass! I just renewed for the third time. I love being able to pop on over there. I have had nothing but nice workers and friendly and fun atmosphere each time. Keep up the good work! Four stars only because I feel like there should be more intertubes in the lazy river. read more

What a perfect launch into summer vacation as a single dad with limited time with his daughters who are going to go to China to visit their grandparents for their summer break and I already missed them more than Oxygen, but I can watch the videos and steals that we made at the waterpark and what an amazing adventure taking the bus out there the city bus drops you off right across the bridge with a short walk to the park and it's so convenient and even the city bus ride was an adventure a perfect way to say Aloha to my daughters before they leave for China. We were annual pass members in 2019, and now again in 2023, we are pass members. We attended a birthday party there a few weeks ago and had a great time! My sister-in-law rented one of the outdoor cabanas near the wave pool. It was a nice place to have to ourselves for the day. The only drawback was the fan didn't work and our assigned staff didn't know how to fix it. But she was great checking on us and helping deliver our food and drinks when we ordered from our phones. Now that we're new parents, there's a lot more to love about the waterpark. It was our son's first time there and he absolutely LOVED the kiddie area! He played with all the spouting water and even went down the baby waterslides like a million times. He was laughing and giggling the entire time. It was so cute! Once he took a nap with grandma, my husband and I got to ride some our favorites: The Ohana raft ride, some of the body slides, the "toilet bowl" as I call it (my favorite) and others. The shaka ride was open on and off all day due to staffing, I suspect. I would've loved to ride it, but it seemed closed every time I walked by. One change I noticed is that the staff is extremely strict on making sure you read all the rules, are the correct weight, etc. The ohana raft ride line took FOREVER. The staff person weighs you individually AND as a group. How can one fool you by weighing as a group? I get being careful, but it holds things up wayyy too much. I'm wondering if there was some accident or liability thing playing out, because every staff member stopped us and gave us a speech/lecture about going down the ride. Took a lot of the joy/excitement out of going. In any case, my nephew's party was a big success and everyone had fun. As as added bonus, they were playing a movie at the wave pool. It was really neat. We will be back, especially to enjoy the kiddie area with our baby! read more

First off, we were called haole family over radio after checking in for our cabana we rented. Second, our cabana had no cushions on the lounge chairs or curtains to close out people or sun. Third, we were in the cabana that staff referred to as the worst and we learned why. There's huge speakers that blare sound for movies while in the wave pool( why a movie while swimming in middle of day). We couldn't even hear each other. Lastly, we waited in line for rides for 30 minutes. We didn't even go on a busy day. There's only about 8 rides. Also your cabana comes with 2 reserved floaties, 2 beach chairs and 4 child size indoor seating thin plastic chairs. The cabana is for 8 people. It's not worth renting one. Wet n Wild is a cute little activity for the family. It isn't huge but it's a nice area for the littles and bigs. There are several slides for individuals and multiples, a splash pad area with little slides, keiki cove with slides for the little keiki, a wave pool with a huge tv. Today they had March Madness on but sometimes they play movies which is fun for the family. Went n Wild also has food for lunch, snacks, a tiki bar for adults, lockers and bathrooms. There's always different events going around the park so check the website to keep up to date. read more

We rented the Keiki Kove Cabana, which was just steps away from the Keiki play area. The cabana included 2 lounge chairs, a small table, 4 chairs, 2 floaters, and a small cooler of iced water bottles, and a bowl of fruits. It also included a one time wait service to order and bring your food to you at the cabana. We didn't use the wait service, but a couple of times a host came check on us to see if we needed anything. We paid $250 since it was during peak time on the weekends, and had the cabana for the entire day. read more

We had a super fun day at this water park! Our family decided to come here on a Thursday (July 18, 2024) during our vacation in Oahu. We purchased the tickets in advance online, including the parking pass. $65 per person and $20 for parking. When we arrived, the park was just opening so there was plenty of parking and we headed to the locker rentals to get a locker and locate our cabana, which we had also rented when we purchased our tickets (an add'l $279). We had a party of 7 and wanted to have a reserved and shaded area to meet, regroup, rest, etc. Pros: Park wasn't that crowded at all! We were able to go down many slides multiple times without waiting too long. Longest wait time might've been 10 mins! You can order food and have it delivered to you in the cabana. Food wasn't too bad either. Typical theme park type of foods like chicken tenders, fries, nachos, hot dogs, etc. Prices weren't terrible either!! Cons: Lockers are old. We had an issue with ours and the attendant gave us their master code and even that didn't unlock it after multiple attempts. In hindsight, we should've just just asked for another locker altogether as this delayed us leaving at the of the day when we we couldn't get it to open again and had to wait around for a supervisor. A water park not having enough tubes/rafts is just crazy to me. Having to wait at the bottom of slides and queue in makeshift lines to get a tube, only to go and wait in line for the actual slides... I can't imagine how long the waiting must be on packed days! Staff are young kids, which isn't the problem, but they need better training. They are in positions of authority and need to exercise it! People cutting in line right in front of some employees and they say nothing! Overall, we had a great time as first time visitors and I would totally recommend this water park! Don't set your expectations too high and just come in knowing some of the cons listed above :) read more
