Took my cousins here today because they had no school and we were so disappointed that their rebranding (haven't been to a Chuck E. Cheese's in a while) included replacing all of their greatest hits! Change the animatronics, the nasty ball pit, and the outdated games...but why did you have to change the original recipe Italian Breadsticks?! I'm very disappointed in the recent changes Chuck e cheese made. They replaced the tokens with cards the problem with the cards is it's hard to see how much you're spending on each game plus they took out the jungle gym from the Chucky cheese so there's no longer a place that the kids can play. To make matters worse they got rid of most of the Chucky cheese staff and when it was time for my son to blow out the candles there was no staff to sing Chucky cheese instead it was the TV screen. The customer service was absolutely horrible. Our party host was decent but Chucky cheese was extremely understaffed it took forever to get things addressed. I will not be coming back here I'm very disappointed with the changes that they made. read more

This place in Foot Hill Ranch needs more people working there. The food orders take forever and the people that work there are overwhelmed with work. It's bad for the emoji and bad for the customers. I do not recommend this place. However, their food is good. It just takes so long. And the machines never work. Hire more people. Make it fun for the parents also. Came in to use my old tickets that I accumulated on Chuck-E-Cheese cards from my childhood. went into the store and the employee working said there was no tickets on any of my cards.............. that's funny where did my roughly 26,000 tickets that my brother, sister and I accumulated over the years ? Was given a number to contact in regards to getting my tickets back.... the person on the phone said that she'll give me 5,000 tickets! what a joke ! Went to this chuck E cheese for the first time last Saturday. The service was poor. I was the only person in line and had to wait over 15 mins for someone to come help me so I can order food. I had to ask two different associates to get someone to help me. The two associates that I had ask for help stated that it wasn't there job to do the ordering so they will get some one for me. The facility was decent they had the basic games & rides but nothing special. I was disappointed that they didn't have a designated toddler area for smaller a kids like some of the other Chuck E Cheese I have been before. The first person we came in contact was very nice and accommodating. She was super sweet and nice to my pregnant wife and son. then the lady(manager maybe?) with short red hair snapped at her because she wouldn't serve us beer and she said she wasn't old enough too. A little later after we ordered pizza it took way to long and we asked the lady with short red hair if we could get it to go since it was taking too long. You would think we were asking for the world the way she treated us. She was extremely rude and unpleasant and didn't even say if they would be able to do it or not. Went in for pizza buffet for a quick meal after my work out I have not been in this location in three years since the private owners had sold to the corporate company. The staff was extremely rude instead of having a full salad buffet they had a bowl of lettuce and no pizza available. The manager On duty Roxy , could care less about resolving the issue. To top it off the soda machine had no syrup in the fountain machine. It is night and day different from private ownership compared to the corporate. I reached out to the corporate customer care it took me over an hour to get somebody to speak with and their response was what do you want me to do about it. I do like Chuck E. Cheeses for its cheap family entertainment. Great coupons. The food at this location is better than expected, still nothing too fancy and worth raving over, but for Chuck E. Cheeses it's decent. As you can expect, it can get dirty and the games can feel dirty and sticky at times. Been here before when half the games were broken and that was a huge disappointment. Seems like they recently upgraded to some better games. There's always something even my husband and I want to play :) (We rock at Plinko btw- don't hate!) My real gripe here.. To be quite honest.. Is always the other parents. Some of the rudest adults I've ever been around. Let me remind everyone their slogan is "Where a kid can be a kid!" When I'm at CEC, it's all about my kids! We've easily spent $50+ just in tokens (granted, we have three kids) but we come to play! My children are children and as children do, they're there to win some grand mega prize jumbo piece of crap they really don't need.. But we all expect that when we walked through the doors. That being said.. There needs to be a better prize redemption process, perhaps take a ticket for your turn as you would at the grocery store.. I mean, it's just ridiculous! These grown ass adults cram in, nuts to butts, breathing down your neck and talking all kinds of crap under their breath about how my three.. Yes, I have three kids and they each want a turn for their pile of crap they don't need.. But people! Realize where you are at, expect this to happen and don't get all bent out of shape when my kids are just being kids. Seriously. It's the other parents that ruin this place for me. Man oh man oh man. Who trains the staff? Was " greeted" by the most unfriendly "greeter". She snapped at my one year old to give his left hand... He's one! She had such a nasty disposition and never once said Hi, welcome and even a smile to me or any of my 3 children. Multiple machines malfunctioning with no warning sign so they just suck up the tokens with no refund. To top it off my kids waited patiently in line to redeem their tickets only to be bypassed/ignored by the worker. When I mentioned my kids were next she didn't apologize, just glared at me. Terrible. This evening was by far the strangest experience I've ever had at a Chuck E. Cheese. I was walking back to my family from getting an iced tea and I noticed a strong smell of marijuana. I looked up to see a group of adults standing around, vaping marijuana, and coughing right at the entrance to the play area. As I got closer I watched one of them open his vaporizer and move his weed around. I was floored. Clearly I couldn't just walk by so I simply made eye contact with one of them and said, "can you please take that outside?" What happened next was even more insane. The guy actually followed me to our table, where my family was sitting (our kids are 12 and 2 years old), and started telling me I was making assumptions and I shouldn't be talking to other men and all this craziness. I told him I saw what I saw, I made a simple and reasonable request for them to not do that publicly, indoors with children present, and that's that...I don't need to hear anything more from him. So he started telling my husband that I'm making assumptions, it was "the esè" who was smoking pot and not him, I must smoke pot if I know what it smells like, and all this crazy nonsense! So my awesome husband remained calm and told the guy that we should all just continue to enjoy our time at Chuck E. Cheese. So what does the guy say back? "You need to put your lady in check." My husband continued to handle it well, we blew the guy off, and then the dude actually went to the manager to complain about me! Obviously the manager took one look at me versus this crazy dude with a real-life "grill" and just let the guy run his mouth. The manager did apologized to me as we were leaving. I have never actually thought that security would be necessary at a place like this, but I would have been so much happier if someone employed here stepped in instead of myself. There were actually many "unsavory" individuals at this location this evening. I guess it's a cheap way to entertain a family, so there's a bit of that at any location, but what happened here today was unacceptable and actually made me afraid which should NEVER happen at Chuck E. First time at this particular place.. first some of the staff is great friendly great customer service Melina was nice And the greeter as well. The manager now she has a horrible attitude especially with her employees right in front of customers. I especially enjoyed the fact that for some reason we had to wait for 50 min to get a pizza that was cold and hard and then our wings we waited an extra 45 for that as well. We are sitting watching everyone come in and in 10 min get there food . So we decided to go ask I just loved the answer on why our wait was long apparently we ordered our wings extra crunchy the only people that I guess ordered them like that so they had to be put into the oven twice!! Then 5 min later we received our none crunchy wings. So yeah I don't think I will be coming to this location again.!! I do hope the manager does change her attitude towards her staff. read more

Came here to kill some time with my family. Walked in and waited about 5 min till someone put stamps on our arms and let us in. Then when I ordered food and tokens the manager who never introduced him self and simply asked what I wanted rushed all my cups and tokens onto a stack of plates and threw the receipt on top of it then as he was walking away I asked him where I could redeem the free tokens my sister won and he made someone else help me ?? The thing that really got me mad is when my pizza was ready he ran up to me in the middle of me playing a game and rapidly taps me on te arm with my card number thing ad tells me my pizza is ready . The kids obviously had fun spending a crap load of money for lame toys from china. Everything else sucked about this place. Wilted salad, gross wings, nasty pizza, dirty restrooms, nobody working. I was very excited that Chucky Cheese replaced their menu with to-go options. The pricing is great. On two recent occasions, I picked up food since their transition, no employees in the store were wearing a mask or gloves. This was very concerning. So while the food was good (except the cheese sticks), I won't be returning until either they raise their standards or the threat of infection is over. read more

We visited Chuck E. Cheese today for my sons 4th birthday, and we were greeted by a woman named Samantha, who went above and beyond for us, and my son, and made his birthday so incredibly special. A real disappointment. I've been coming to Chuckie 's since 1980 and today was a total bust. A large and a personal pizza for $27.00, 3 beers for $24.00; adequate quality hardly worth the price. This place is fairly clean and it's very close to our house...that's about the kindest I can be. We made reservations for 11am. That was fine. The place however was extremely filthy. Looks like the floor hadn't been vacuumed, dirty tables, nothing wiped down, and it had a funky odor... I don't know what it was. The bathrooms also were not clean. Food was served, and the party was okay. Didn't see the mouse come out after the first hour. He seemed bored and not very enthusiastic. I inquired about applying/ auditioning for a character position. The manager told me they were only hiring for service positions... Guess she didn't read the memo POSTED outside. She seemed to have an attitude. It doesn't appear to be any checks and balances on this particular CC. It is in need of some type of overhaul... From management to getting that place cleaned up. There was an issue about two of our granddaughters being stamped differently, and one not allowed to go out with my daughter. They came in TOGETHER, and they are IDENTICAL. How do you mess that up? Place is clean and nice. I would say they have very limited games but for kids I imagine it's a lot. The games take a player card and the food is good (we didn't eat...just looks nice lol) Biggest complaint are the prizes. They are all very expensive wanting parents to pay for the difference of tickets. Every ticket is he value of one cent so they want you to basically buy the gifts. read more

We stop here to play the games only. Great for 30 to 45 minute stop. They change out the games regularly so there is usually something new. The food leaves a lot to desire, but you don't come here for the food. The place is clean and staff is friendly. read more

Had a birthday party here for a five year old. The staff did amazing job. Read reviews saying that the pizza was bad and had low expectations, but it was fantastic. We did an early party so perhaps it was fresher in the morning. The host was very attentive and the value was exceptional. Highly recommend it, especially if you have a smaller group. You pay per child and it's a four child minimum. read more

My granddaughters and their family friends had a wonderful time. I heard that the corporation is changing their Chuck E Cheese logo. It looks less like a lovable mouse, and more like a rat. The staff was fantastic. They were very nice and attentive. I didn't like the small size of this location and while it's for kids, I don't remember it being so bright at chuck e cheese. Super disappointed and embarrassed on the quality and service of the party I booked for my daughters birthday. I booked the Mega Super Star package for my daughters birthday for 16 kids, for the time slot 3pm-5pm. I showed up at 2:30, talked to the party host and she was aware we were there. We did the food order and set the times for when the adult pizzas and wings would come out and the kids pizzas. The place was a ghost town during this time frame. 3 o'clock rolls around and my guests start showing up, I've now asked about the unlimited play cards since kids were arriving. 10 minutes into my party the kids are still all standing around and their parents are now purchasing cards for them to play. I am now completely embarrassed by the fact I purchased unlimited two hour play and now guests I INVITED are paying more money for cards that were failed to be pre organized. I walk to the front and ask what the heck is going on, now almost 3:30pm into the party to be told "it's a computer error". So how is this my fault? And why should my party be hindered? Why were these cards done so late and not pre-organized? We were the ONLY party going on. Finally the cards come out, after parents had purchased their own, completely embarrassing situation. The time rolls around for the adult pizzas and wings to come out and big shocker, it's going to be delayed... same with the kids pizzas. After the kids ate pizza they sat around because I was told the show would begin but no surprise, it was going to be delayed around 15-20 minutes. Why? You knew my party was coming. You knew the time slot way ahead of time, why did it seem like this was thrown together as it went along that day? So what? You expect 16 5 year olds to now sit at a table and wait yet again, after their play card time has already been drastically delayed and they waited around for that? I go find the party host and ask her what about the cake and dip n dots, she wants me to wait another 5 minutes for the song to come on... keep in mind we gathered the kids AGAIN at the table. We start singing before the song or Chuck E comes out. The party host looks completely lost and unsure what to do. One of my guests grabbed the cake and started cutting the cake onto the plates because the host didn't even attempt to appear like she was clued in the cut the cake that's in front of her? Mean while another guest passed out the dip n dots. Where was the party server and why did I even pay for one? We should of just showed up and slammed the place without pre-booking because it happened regardless of me pre-booking anyway. Common curiosity to pre-book large parties, so where was the common curiosity to act like you have the guests party as a priority. There were no other parties going on and the place was a ghost town. I booked Chuck E Cheese because it's a fun, Stress free party and everything always 'seems' very organized. Not once was there any apology or any kind of offer for the fact my party guests purchased their own cards during my party time with unlimited two hour play cards. It was more like an 'opps' factor. How is this acceptable from a well known establishment? It's not like this is the first party this location has ever thrown, but I can guarantee all my guests will make sure it's the last one they attend/book. We did more work to help run the party at Chuck E Cheese party then we did with the party we had in my backyard last year.... How was the ball so greatly dropped on a party? I am still baffled by the entire situation, especially the cards being SO delayed and no compensation for my guests even offered, considering the host was well aware. I booked the top party package, ahead of time. The entire thing was an embarrassment. For the fact I paid $600 for a party and the service was subpar. read more

Had my 5 year old's party here yesterday and chose the highest package. Showed up 10 mins early, they had no idea we were coming and the person behind the register had to check the list and the said "Oh crap" when she realized they had forgot about us. Took more than 20 minutes to get a table and get it set up, but it wasn't enough space for my party of 25 (IN THE RESERVATION). I booked the reservation 3 weeks beforehand and corporate sent me no less than 10 emails confirming it so this is absolutely absurd. Took until 40 minutes after the scheduled start time to get play cards for the guests. Almost nothing was done correctly. Didn't get the right amount of balloons, didn't get the right drinks, pizza came out at nowhere near the time that they asked me, etc. Took over 30 minutes and 5 requests to get a manager to talk to me and acknowledge the issues and then I was given excuses about how the 11am party ran over, and she was the only one who knew how to run the register and that's why it took too long. Guests left at the planned end time because they had other plans and lost 40 minutes of play time. Planned party was for 10 kids, I had an additional 3 kids that were under 2 and told the host I'd pay for them if required, but that they really couldn't play the games or could have the extra loot. He said it was no problem and they set up the party for 10. Got 10 play cards, 10 cups, 9 loot bags (had to ask for an additional one for the birthday girl) and checked my receipt today and see that despite them saying there was no need for the little kids and supposedly trying to adjust my charges to make up for the errors, they charged me for 13 kids. This place is terribly managed, absolutely terrible at planning and we will never be returning. The hosts really did try and I feel awful for them because they were set up to fail by the awful management of the establishment. read more

Well you know what it is. Any kids place you want to go to generally will have crap food, employees who aren't into their jobs and screaming kids that break whatever they can. So this experience. Tuesday 6pm. No one was right at the entrance when we first arrived and no employees in sight. We waited less than two minutes and were admitted. Young lady who took food order was nice. Ordered small pizza and two drinks for my two year old and myself. I ordered half with pineapple, but they added the bacon. Lucky he's not vegetarian (I am) and they didn't charge for the extra topping so whatever. It wasn't busy. I overheard one guy say the pizza was taking forever. Mine came promptly. Both soda machines were out of ice and I couldn't get anyone's attention so that sucks. A few games weren't working but expected except when we lost tickets we had no one to find to ask. Then an employee started and kind of manned the whole place. Bret handled everything. I specifically looked for his name tag to comment on that. My son had a lot of fun. read more
