This place only has 2 stars and that is two too many. Took our grandkids there Saturday late afternoon early evening. We've done many years of chuck with kids and now grandkids and this was the worst one we've ever been to. Absolutely no management and any worker you talk to will agree. You can get zero help. It is a smaller facility and with 6 broken games that cuts down on a kids fun. Only 1 machine was labeled as out of order. In addition you get these adults who use their kids hourly passes and never leave a game. One man was on the game for 1 1/2 straight hours. I asked him to leave so kids could use the game. He said no very rudely. I asked "the manager" for help. She rudely refused. There are many Chuck E. Cheese's around. This is one that should be avoided. read more

Come here pretty much every other week with my kids. For the first time i paid attention to the pizza which seemed kinda weird how some pieces were smaller than others and the cut wasn't straight. I don't know if they get slice per slice and put it together or get pieces from other pizzas that they have served before and put them on other people's orders. Also i would play the operation game and everytime i would come, the stick would be more to the side making it harder to win tickets and also it was really long than usual making it swing back and forth a lot. Told the manager (old guy walking around super fast) and he just got red and walked away. I get it they need to rig games but they made it super hard and its impossible to win. Also theres other games that dont give you the tickets you supposedly win. I don't know if in coming back here again. Super disappointed. read more

I come in all the time with the kiddos and the Chuck E. Cheese crew is always doing their best! I understand that some nights are crazy packed! Today I arrived and was helped immediately. Our experience today was great! I was happy to see Chuck E. Cheese was open after this last shut down so we went to check it out last week. When we got there they let us know we had to make a reservation. My 4 year old was sad but I called and made a reservation. So you basically rent out the entire place to yourself for $50 for an hour! It's up to 6 people (so get a friend and split the cost) in your group and for each child it's $25 for an unlimited hour of games! Honestly it was great! We had the entire place to ourselves to run around and have a blast! Totally worth it! In between reservations they have a half hour window where they clean and disinfect everything! The older gentleman that was working today was very pleasant and helpful! There is no ticket redemption but you do earn tickets that you can use when that finally opens up! Also no food while you are there but you can get a Togo order! They have a great deal 4 items for $20. We got a full cheese pizza, cheesy bread, boneless Buffalo chicken and pretzel bites! Overall would definitely go back. Very safe and followed all safety protocols! read more

Birthday party here was great! Our host Jesse was so helpful both with guiding the party and helping with us odds and ends (like extra candles, spatula, coupons, etc.) The play area was pretty empty which was great and the machines seemed to all be in working order. Food was great- we got cheese, pepperoni, and a supreme- no complaints and everything was eaten. Only slight issue are those new play cards- a few kids lost them right away and they were never recovered. Would highly recommend having a birthday party here! read more

Overall a pretty clean Chuck E. Cheese. I've been to many others that make this place look like the Taj Mahal. My major gripe with this place is the staff is inattentive. I've been to 2 birthday parties here in the last month and both times they ran out of something (first time ice, second paper towels in the restroom). Normal stuff, I let one of the staff members know, but it never gets taken care of. Each time I had to tell 3 people which took over 1 hour to take care of. Two stars is probably generous. I have been here a dozen times or so with my daughter. Let me give you a rundown of how a day or evening will go here: First, you will wait in long line for quite some time to get a hand stamp, while your three-year-old is adamant that she wants her right hand stamped, the person checking you in will insist it has to be the left-hand and he or she will not relent. This will lead to quite an argument between a three-year-old and a grown-up. Over which hand. Yep. You will be let in, and the token machine may or may not be working. This will lead to yet another three-year-old meltdown. You will place a food order when someone finally comes up to the counter when you have been waiting 10 to 15 minutes. The food will come out half an hour later very cold and you will be quite certain that they just ran over to Costco, borrowed the samples, and put them on your plate and serve them. You might taste some of the water while you're waiting, and noticed it has an intense salt flavor. I'm still not quite sure why. You will play for a while with rides that are about 25% down or broken. To their credit they do have a couple of new games and rides for the kids. But most of it is pretty torn up. You might go into the overhanging pretty cool maze but you will find poop stains from other children in there. Lovely. Usually one of the four ticket machines that you need to convert your tickets into coupons for prizes will be down. This will lead to quite a wait. Keep in mind you are already exhausted. You will then walk up to the price counter and wait even longer. There is one particular person behind the counter named Ben who has an attitude with the children. I have not quite figured out why... other than the fact that he works here. If I worked here, I might shoot myself. But nevertheless, this is his job and he should not blame children for not being specific enough about which color fake snake they want. If your child decides he or she wants a lollipop, you can prepare to wait five or 10 more minutes while someone comes back to the food counter to ring that up. On your way out, one of two things will happen. Either there will be no one there to verify the hand stamp and you will walk away and attempt to use the hand sanitizer that will be empty, or someone will be there and you will walk away to use the hand sanitizer and it will be empty. Regardless, keep some sanitizer in your car. Particularly if you went through the aforementioned maze. The one with the poop. Enuf said ;) read more

This place has gone down hill. I never truly had a "bad experience" at Chuck E Cheese until I recently started noticing how understaffed they are for sure and how much cleaner this place can be. I came on a Saturday, which was extremely busy. We tried to find a table but every single one of them was DIRTY! When I tried to look for an employee to help clean, there was not 1 single employee in sight! I ended up cleaning it up myself. I've always liked their salad bar and pizza. I waited about 15-20 minutes in line (which was quickly getting long) at the register just to simply get tokens. There was no one to help at the register until what looked like a 16 year old girl, who's friends came to visit her at her work, was just looking at the line build up and pretended she didn't see us until even one of her friends said "Aren't you going to help them?" the girl grunted and said "Ugh fine I was hoping someone else would." Management should put a little more effort onto hiring or have a supervisor working to watch over their teeny bopper employees. The car ride with the photo was also a huge mess and broken. The photo print paper was all over the floor BUT they should've put an Out-Of-Order sign because kids were still going on the ride using up a token when they weren't even getting their picture taken. I was there for 2.5 hours and in that time not one single employee was available to pick up that paper mess. read more

I am giving this place ONE star only because I got my wallet stolen there! I used to come here ALL the time but stopped going after I my wallet was jacked! The sad part about it is that I had a feeling I was being watched by a particular couple (yes it was a couple that did it). I went to use the restroom and like a dumb a$$ left my wallet underneath the sweater & baby items thinking that they were safe since I had done it so many times before. Lesson learned! The only reason I know it was the couple that did it is because I watched them come in (they were an odd young couple) and the folks sitting at the table next to me mentioned that they saw them standing around my table. She wasn't specific about the time at all. When I told her she said she told me and she actually didn't! Chuck E Cheese has changed quite a bit since the last time I went ...back in 1995. I brought my God-daughter here for an afternoon of fun. She LOVED it. It was slow, not very many children in the place, which is good when you have a little one to follow around. The staff was iffy at best. The tall skinny guy that took the food order and also worked the ticket counter was rude, which was uncalled for when no one was being rude to him. Horrible, horrible, horrible!! Had a reserved birthday party here and the new GM has no clue what she's doing. Truly a deer in headlights as I'm telling her to get my tables because my party already started!! My tables weren't even cleaned off until almost 10 minutes into my party and I was having to help clean and set up!! I had almost 40 people (kids and adults) coming for my son's party and all the requests I made when booking my party were thrown out the window. It was a horrifying experience that caused me to miss out on my own son's birthday because I was too busy running the party. Then to make it even worse, I WAS OVERCHARGED! I wrote a survey and got some cookie cutter response from the DM, but it's obvious they didn't really care that ruined such a special day and then all too willingly took more than $500 for the worst experience ever! Moral of the story, pay the extra $50-100 and go somewhere where they WANT your business. read more

We had my son's 3rd birthday party here yesterday and apparently my brain doesn't want to sleep until I've reviewed it publicly. I have to say that overall I was a bit dissapointed. The place was clean, fairly quiet when we arrived, and the staff was extremely friendly; so my hopes were up when we walked in! We made online reservations in advance and so received a free 120 tokens as a promotional thing (score!). Even the food tasted fine - not stellar, but about what you'd expect. Here's what could have been done to improve our experience: 1) NOISE CONTROL - First, turn down your PA system a bit, and maybe even the music. PLEASE. My party guests were getting frustrated that they couldn't hear each other talk. 2) Related to that note - there are 8 or 9 banquet tables for parties, and two other parties at the same time as ours... and you put all 3 of us together in the center of the room. Would it have been too much to ask for you to space them out a bit? Not only did we have people constantly tripping over and bumping in the aisles, at one point some random woman from another party just grabbed a seat at our table and just started hanging out. Turns out she was friendly, just overwhelmed at trying to maneuver and thought we were an extension of the party she was at! Unacceptable. 3) TIME MANAGEMENT - I talked to 3 people on the phone about our reservation in advance (they called me, not vice versa) and not one of them mentioned the massive construction going on outside. It would have been nice to be warned, so I could tell my guests to leave early since one of the two driveways was completely blockaded. Almost everyone arrived 30mins late because they missed the driveway and then had to U-turn. 4) When I reserved our party online, I placed orders for wings and veggie platters as appetizers. They didn't arrive at our table until I'd asked for each of them twice, and none of our food arrived until at least 11:50. I placed an order for pizzas and it took another 40 minutes past that to arrive. The party was supposed to start at 11! We didn't have so much as a pizza menu on our table, I had to ask for it. In the meantime, two of my guests went and paid extra for the salad bar. Unacceptable. In spite of me asking them to push it back a few minutes (we'd only had our pizza for 10mins er so), our party host brought out our cake a bit early for the birthday show. I then got to try and keep my son's hands off it rather than enjoy my food. For whatever unknown reason he didn't serve the cake and ice cream together - shouldn't that be a given? Instead he went around to each of us, with our plates of pizza and cake side by side offering ice cream on an entirely 3rd plate, as if we had space! So we wasted quite a bit of ice cream. Irritating. The birthday show was a bit overrated. It mostly consisted of turning the PA system up (ugh!) while the different parties tried to out-shout each other - thanks for that, btw -while the mouse greeted the birthday kids and tried to dance with them. My son was ultimately too young for this atmosphere and wouldn't wear his crown, so the mouse skipped over greeting him at all. To be fair, the Manager stopped by towards the end of our party (at about 12:50, politely reminding people to clear off the banquet tables so they could prep for the next parties at 1:30) but I was unable to address my concerns in such an atmosphere. Ultimately, I think I'll wait a few years before attempting this one again, and when I do, it will be at a different location. read more

I waited at the front counter for 15 minutes to order a pizza, I came there hungry and since I didn't know how much longer I would have been waiting to order, I decided to leave and go get food somewhere else. We just had our daughters 4th Birthday here and it was great! Angel was very friendly and took care of our party. The pizza was also really good! I would have given 5 starts except for the fact that they are understaffed at the counter. They had one person handling the prize section and the food counter and cooking. They use to give a cup or bag to collect tickets but now you need to purchase one for a dollar. The machines and bathrooms always seem to be clean and wiped down, the teenagers working there are always nice, and good with my nieces. Yeah I've noticed that a lot of people in Orange County/CA leave personal objects at tables or in strollers places, not a good idea people! That sucks that it happened, but yeah that's what happens when you leave things laying around, especially at child driven places. read more

Cheese has sort of a bad reputation these days and I remember going to them as a kid where it was basically a dirty, loud, grungy arcade where the adults could drink pitchers of beer and eat lousy, overpriced pizza while their kids played skeeball. We had my daughter's 5th birthday party here yesterday and I have to say, Chuck E. Cheese has changed a lot. All of the games worked and cost only one token, prizes were reasonable, the staff was fantastic and the food was actually really tasty as well- they have pizza, salads, veggie trays, and really good sandwiches. The best part is that we did a party for 12 kids and 20 adults and including balloons, tokens, foods and goodie bags- as well as someone who really did a good job taking care of our party and with the kids- was only $310 inclusive of tip! Had a birthday party for my 4 year old son this weekend. Had bought their biggest birthday package. The day of the birthday, we were told that there would be no balloons because they had run out of helium! And we were also told that the price of the balloons would be deducted from the package (the money is not the issue here, it's the fact that a big company like this where they have birthday parties for kids on a regular basis is so unorganized that they "run out" of helium)......I will get back to this later. When it was time to sing for the birthday children (there was 3 different parties at the same time), they stood by one table without paying any attention to the other two. Nostalgia all the way! I came here for a kids 5th birthday; what fun. Now bare in mind that this is not a Dave and Busters kind of place. That doesn't mean there isn't fun to be had or food to be enjoyed. So the lightening is brighter, but that's good since it's a place for kids and you need to make sure you can find/see them while they play. (ski-ball all the way)!! Management is super nice, the salad bar is fresh The pizza is good, albeit a little greasy but nothing outrageous or a little blot of a napkin can't handle, but for me it was good. I throughly enjoyed the buffalo chicken nuggets and the ranch/blue cheese dip was on point; creamy and sticks to the food. I'm a stickler for good dipping sauce, a ranch sauce elitist if you will :). The games are 1-coin per play, which is very reasonable. Wine is $2 and a beer is $3, if I recall. Definitely a place for kids to run and accrue vast amounts of tickets. Do note that at the end you will need to manually feed your tickets to the "ticket muncher", which gets daunting but a good test in patience and did I mention nostalgia! This place gets 4-stars for value, simplicity and just plain good ole' fun. read more

When they know they only have five tokens left in their cup, they're a lot more careful about how they spend them. I'm heartbroken that this past time of mine has turned into a nightmare. We arrived at 4:30pm today - my kids hungry and excited to play games. We stood in line while there was only one cashier. The manager comes out to say he can't make anymore food for 30 minutes because he will be in "violation" if he doesn't take his meal break. So anyone behind us in line, knew we would not see food for at least an hour. I've paid for gaming cards that were on a time limit and my kids are starving. This establishment needs to remain closed if they can not staff up. We are beyond excuses for not training the employees counting stickers on how to cook pizzas. They should have offered free drinks, salad bar and potentially extended our game cards as a apology for this inconvenience. We took our kids to Mod Pizza and came back to allow them to play. This is unacceptable for a Sunday afternoon at Chuck E Cheese. read more
