I spent close to $120 at the Chuck E. Cheese in Moreno Valley today and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. I waited over 15 minutes for the salad bar to be refilled, the floors were sticky, and the fountain soda stations were dirty with no straws available. When my food finally came after waiting over 45 minutes and asking multiple times, there was no apology at all. I even had to speak to the manager because of how long I had been waiting, and she seemed like she didn't care much either. Staff admitted the kitchen was not being helpful, which left me and other customers completely in the dark. The games were another big letdown. At least 15 machines I tried were not working. When I asked for help, the staff member on the floor was rude and dismissive, telling me "we don't give refunds or add points back if machines aren't working. Plus, I just clocked in, so all I can do is go make the machines work and that's it." Out of everyone I spoke to, there was only one staff member who actually tried to help. I also spoke with at least 3 other customers who were having the same issues with slow food, broken games, and poor service. On top of that, they promote games as only costing 1 point, but the ticket payout is terrible. I bought 120 points, left with only 25 remaining, and only got 250 tickets. For the money spent, it feels like a scam. Overall, this location felt unorganized, unclean, and unprofessional. From the sticky floors and dirty soda stations to the lack of working games, dismissive staff, and an uncaring manager, it was a frustrating and disappointing experience. Definitely not worth the money and I do not plan on coming back. I ended up taking pictures of the games that I came across that weren't working....

Food is still good to eat. I noticed they have new menu items such as flavored wings. Salad bar is still a hit. Service was good. Young lady at front understood the different packages if you join their club. I went with 2 nieces , 2 nephew's and my son where as many perks helped as possible. I liked that there was a consistent show for the kids hourly with live characters. Created a welcoming vibe. I would return. Still a place where a kid can be a kid!

Really bad staff, the manager older guy ruins everything, doesn't know how to run a location, management should look into the bad leadership and disrespect to clients. The line is long, staff doesn't care much, everyone is rude and not friendly, overall how can they allow such managers to work there

This location is pretty big. Wide open space which is good when your trying to find your munchkins. Food was fresh and good. I like pizza, it's hard to mess up. Service was great! Patient and friendly, they have beer and dipin dots!! The toy selections where you can pick goodies for tokens or tickets is sad, nothing good available. For the amount you spend on Game credits there should be better gift choices.

I bought a gold summer pass which I have gotten a lot of use out of, so of course my 3 yr old grandson has the chuck e dance down and knows the routine. . We usually go first thing or early in the day and the person that was chuck e in June was really good with the kids. Did the dance , high fived them... The last couple of times and especially yesterday, when there were a couple of parties, you barely knew when Chuck e came out...He did a walk around the place, no interaction with the kids and went back in They need Chuck e cheese to live up to the name .. I did comment to the mng and just got a we know . I order meat balls on a regular and they are very good, but I was surprised yesterday when they came out on a flimsy paper plate instead of the sturdier basket they usually come in....On the other hand , their pizza is always really good...Sooo much better than the one in San Bernardino

This is how it looks in April 27, 2025.

Usually there are instructions showing how items should be positioned in the machines, but this time there were only reference photos inside the machine. I asked an employee if they could reposition an item (something I've never had an issue with before), and the interaction felt pretty rude. They told me, "You shouldn't look at the reference photos, those are for employees." They attempted to reposition the item, but honestly just placed it back in basically the same spot, so it didn't help at all. It was disappointing because I used to enjoy coming to this location. I don't think I'll be returning since I don't want to feel like I'm inconveniencing staff just by asking for help.

Hence, it's easy to drop $70 and only end up with ONE small Kaito plushie from the Round One x Vocaloid collaboration. I realize not all are ready to commit to splurging, but get ready. Especially if you have KIDS! There's a feast to the recreational senses when you enter. I immediately gravitated towards the claw games. Note, the claw games are tough, I had to look up YouTube strategies and I still only ended up with a small prize from a smaller crane. I'll be back soon for Kaito's friends! If you're big on crossovers, Round One is constantly partnering with big names like Holo Live and other anime brands/titles. Sanrio is another major contributor, some plushies and prizes are even exclusive to Round One! I spotted cups, keychains, and much more. Now, Round One also offers bowling, karaoke, 99 cent ice cream, and arcade games. Thankfully, I went on a Saturday afternoon and it wasn't bad at all. No one was hogging up the activities and people were civil. I thought the experience was quite calming and sobering. I spent 20-ish mins inside during a quick stop at the mall and I already want to go back... when I get paid! Fun ambiance!

All I can say is he can bowl and I'm kind of old. He beat me bad but I got even in the Arcade. Emily was our lane waitress and she was amazing. Checking on us and making sure everything was good. I hadn't so much fun, I don't even care that I'm gonna be super sore tomorrow. Side note after eight o'clock it's unlimited bowling on Friday night. I say 5 games is good for someone who is totally out of practice .

Well designed to allow places to sit behind the bowling alleys without feeling on top of each other. Floors are laminate and easy to clean, giving the place a modern feel; no dark carpeting and funny smells. The two lanes we've bowled in worked perfectly. The electronic systems were efficient. The lanes felt like they were not too slick so the ball did what we expected it to. Staff have always been friendly and helpful. Pricing is higher than Arlington Lanes ($7.99 per game on weekends, third game 1/2 off) but we are willing to pay a few more dollars for the experience and to have lanes that perform as expected. Arlington was so slick, or something, that our balls seemed very odd and we had to adjust a lot. We like paying per game as we don't feel rushed. It seems like many bowling alleys charge per hour for a lane; good for them but not as flexible for bowlers Tip: if you plan to bowl with any frequency, get your own shoes off Amazon. For $40-60, you will have a pair that fit well and no worries about what's in the shoe. Rentals here are $6.99 per visit. The balls we used from the alley were done, but also dinged up (normal wear and tear). We appreciated they are balls were stored on racks grouped by size. In many bowling alleys, hunting for a ball is like finding a needle in a haystack. Fun experience.
