Today we had a terrible experience, we ordered a personal pizza for my daughter which they gave us a coaster pager, 40 minutes went by and our pager never went off, I asked a staff member about my pizza and they told me it was ready 20 minutes ago and they were trying to reach us which was not even true. They tried giving us a cold pizza which I refused and just wanted my refund. When I asks for a refund the staff member said they had to wait for a manager which couldn't help at the time because she was on her break. I'm sorry, that's unacceptable, management should always be available. We will never be back to this location. read more

I'm really disappointed with my experience at this Chuck E. Cheese. I had my son's birthday party here in December, and during the process, an employee advised me to purchase extra passes upfront "just in case" I needed them. I specifically asked her to confirm that if I didn't use them that day, I could use them on a different visit. She told me yes. Fast forward to another day when I tried to use those extra passes, they didn't work. I later found out that the information I was given was completely incorrect. When I brought this up to the manager, I was told there was nothing they could do. So now I'm out money for four passes that I never even used, all because I trusted the information given by their staff. That's extremely frustrating and feels very misleading. I understand policies exist, but employees should not be giving customers incorrect information that leads to them spending more money. Overall, this left a really bad impression, especially for what was supposed to be a special birthday experience. I would recommend being very cautious and getting everything in writing before purchasing anything extra. read more

I spent close to $120 at the Chuck E. Cheese in Moreno Valley today and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. I waited over 15 minutes for the salad bar to be refilled, the floors were sticky, and the fountain soda stations were dirty with no straws available. When my food finally came after waiting over 45 minutes and asking multiple times, there was no apology at all. I even had to speak to the manager because of how long I had been waiting, and she seemed like she didn't care much either. Staff admitted the kitchen was not being helpful, which left me and other customers completely in the dark. The games were another big letdown. At least 15 machines I tried were not working. When I asked for help, the staff member on the floor was rude and dismissive, telling me "we don't give refunds or add points back if machines aren't working. Plus, I just clocked in, so all I can do is go make the machines work and that's it." Out of everyone I spoke to, there was only one staff member who actually tried to help. I also spoke with at least 3 other customers who were having the same issues with slow food, broken games, and poor service. On top of that, they promote games as only costing 1 point, but the ticket payout is terrible. I bought 120 points, left with only 25 remaining, and only got 250 tickets. For the money spent, it feels like a scam. Overall, this location felt unorganized, unclean, and unprofessional. From the sticky floors and dirty soda stations to the lack of working games, dismissive staff, and an uncaring manager, it was a frustrating and disappointing experience. Food is still good to eat. I noticed they have new menu items such as flavored wings. Salad bar is still a hit. Service was good. Young lady at front understood the different packages if you join their club. I went with 2 nieces , 2 nephew's and my son where as many perks helped as possible. I liked that there was a consistent show for the kids hourly with live characters. Created a welcoming vibe. I would return. Still a place where a kid can be a kid! read more

This location is pretty big. Wide open space which is good when your trying to find your munchkins. Food was fresh and good. I like pizza, it's hard to mess up. Service was great! Patient and friendly, they have beer and dipin dots!! The toy selections where you can pick goodies for tokens or tickets is sad, nothing good available. This location is severely short staffed. The pizza is greasy but good! Salad bar is basic. The ambiance is kid friendly, kids running around having a great time, however the play area with tunnels slide and bounce area are guarded and you have to pay an extra 20$. Was invited to a birthday bash. Disappointed when waiting in line to purchase an adult drink the kid was unable to serve me. I had to wait for the one and only adult behind the counter to finish her very long order. I had already stood in line for 10 minutes or more. Ridiculous! I was aware there was a 2 limit adult beverage. Went the second time to purchase my last drink to stand in line for another 10 minutes or more to be told they stop serving alcohol an hour before closure! Ridiculous!! Get it together Chuck E. My child was jumping when i paid for it they just didn't give him a wrist band the worker took it upon them selves to go and grab my child out 2. His birthday party started at 3 when we arrived the tables where dirty and nothing was set up they said its because they other party didn't wanna leave yet 3. The lady went and lit my son candles when i wasn't ready to sing yet because they started the party later. 4. omg i havent been here in like 25 years or so!!! and omg everything is sooo upgraded!! wow!!! we went here for a birthday party and it was actually pretty awesome!! we got the 2 hr unlimited playtime too and omg our kids loved it!!! they give us this card that u can swipe and so many games only needed 1 credit we got 120 credits total thats so cool!! loved how they sang happy birthday all together for all the bday celebrants! and chuck e actually came out and took pictures and everything!!! soo fun!!! the kids got pizza, and this cool kid drink souvenir with a cool straw! and dipping dots too?! the kids just was in heaven!!! i would totally recommend coming here not sure how the planning was though but as for a guest it was really cool! parking was super easy and also getting to the place was right off the exit!! once u enter u get stamped right away on ur left hand then they let you in! it was surprisingly clean too!! we were shocked hahahaha read more

I bought a gold summer pass which I have gotten a lot of use out of, so of course my 3 yr old grandson has the chuck e dance down and knows the routine. . We usually go first thing or early in the day and the person that was chuck e in June was really good with the kids. Did the dance , high fived them... The last couple of times and especially yesterday, when there were a couple of parties, you barely knew when Chuck e came out...He did a walk around the place, no interaction with the kids and went back in They need Chuck e cheese to live up to the name .. I did comment to the mng and just got a we know . We arrived around 10:20 am this morning. Google and the signage in the door says they open at 10 am. There were crowds of people stranding around, including employees. We sat another ten minutes and finally the woman with the blue shirt and the keys to get in arrived. First, she sat in her car for 3-5 more minutes. Finally the doors were opened and the line to get stamped took ages, then came the line to purchase tickets and food. Mind you only employees with black shirts were out and about but the one person at the register was manning purchases AND guest entry. The blue shirt sup was no where to be found once the doors opened. Not to help with the crowd and line, or really anything to help with the frustrated families and kids that had already been waiting ages. Around 11, mind you I was still in the purchase line, there was a woman in a red shirt, likely the manager, wearing heels interestingly who just watched the lines. Again, not helping or offering any support to the staff manning the huge lines, or incoming families. I've been to this location before and had similar experiences with lines. It seems this locations needs a huge management overhaul. These ones here today were not leaders, would be willing to roll up their sleeves to help their team. Only "managers"who only seemed to manage to sit and stand around without no contribution to the huge back log that was caused by their own delays in arriving. So disappointing. read more

Yeah I'm not coming back to this location. During the week, there is only 3-4 people (teenagers) working. The place was not clean and ready for customers. We had to track someone down to clean tables. There was chicken bones on the play card kiosk. The salad bar looked dirty and in disarray. The girl that was working at the front (Kira) was EXTREMELY rude to several customers. When you ask her questions, her response is always "I don't know" and she gets annoyed when you ask for clarification. She has a nasty demeanor and is extremely rude. There was a line of people waiting to be helped and she was clowning around a guy at the prize redemption counter. And appeared annoyed when we asked for service. Yesterday I went the smell was horrendous, worse than my local gym. The manager literally doesn't do anything, he makes everyone else do everything while he just chills in the back. There was a like nearly put the door and 1 person tending to the people while one stood guarding the ninja play pen like a cop and the other sweeping or pretending to sweep around the machines. My first time at this location. I brought my grandsons here hoping to have a good time. The only part of the visit that was nice was the customer service provided at the front counter. She was friendly and professional. We visited at about 3:30pm Sunday. The other staff seemed as though they hated to be there. The place was not too busy but finding a clean table was impossible. I fortunately carry wipes with me. The areas all around were dirty and for the price I paid to try to show the kids a good time not worth it due to the uncleanliness and the rest of the staff acting miserable. Also wanted to add that the restroom was filthy! A couple of the games were not working ( carousel and clown game) but used up money on our card. I would expect a more positive vibe being that it is supposed to be a fun place for children. Not the place I remember going to when my kids were little. read more

This location has recently went through a renovation. Its great that they are taking care of a location which has high traffic and business. We opted to throw our kids birthday party two years ago and we had a great experience with the service and our assigned party host. We decided to throw their party again this year, and the employees exceeded our expectations. They were kind, patient in explaining cost and schedule and were always available if we needed something. Honestly, pretty dang good when you eat the pizza and wings the day of lol. The cheesy, stuffed crust pizza is delish with pepperoni and sausage. Even the regular cheese ain't too bad for $5. The stuffed crust with 2 toppings starts at $7 but reaches around $13 with those toppings/stuffed crust. Still not a bad deal. These were all large sized pizzas, so it's a lot of tastiness! Now for the wings. We got the $5 sweet chili wings. OMG, they are sooo tasty!! With ranch sauce, they were very delicious. I was surprised at how good they tasted lol. I heard they've been trying to market themselves as Pasqually's Pizza & Wings so as not to associate themselves strictly as Chuck E.Cheese food. It's kind of sad they have to resort to that since COVID hasn't helped a lot of businesses. The pizza at Chuck E. Cheese is notorious for not being good, but they've definitely improved somehow. The manager, should be provided with training. His lack of accountability how he speaks to his employees is the reason why this place is always hiring. I hadn't been here since COVID shutdown decided to come here with family to provide the kids a safer close environment for them to enjoy. The manager continuously spoke with disrespect to staff when told of observations he stated how will the learn well not with that tone or mannerisms. Staff did great to try to hear his directives when a mistake was done instead of explaining looked bothered and took over register. From my perspective, this place would do better if they had a good manager. When doing the Halloween activity staff tried to allow parents to take pictures he was rude and said no time. Driving by this place, there really as no sign that it was there. There was a small "WE ARE OPEN" banner so we drove right pass it and had to turn around. This has got to be the CLEANIEST one I have ever been too. I think they had it remodeled but everything looked new and clean. The service was great. My friend had her kid's birthday party there.
