    Pizza and Claws
    Evan K.

This place is nothing short of a fever dream wrapped in mozzarella. The staff? Friendlier than Disney cast members after three espresso shots and a performance review. They greet you like you're on a red carpet, but instead of paparazzi flashes, it's just strobe lights from the Dance Dance Revolution machine. The pizza at 9:36AM? Transcendent. Before 10AM, I've usually only eaten regret and dry cereal dust. But this slice? It slapped so hard I considered writing it into my will. I'd put it up against Neapolitan masters in Italy. In fact, I think Naples called and asked for the recipe. The White Claws at 9:15AM on Sunday? Revolutionary. This isn't brunch -- it's communion. Forget mimosas. Picture me sipping a black cherry Claw while my kid wins 14,000 tickets at skee ball like she's the Jordan Belfort of arcade currency. But the absurd amenities are where this location achieves immortality: * Michelin-star tasting menu (kids edition): Six courses of dino nuggets plated with tweezers, a side of Kraft singles "foam," and a palate cleanser of Goldfish crackers served in a champagne flute. * Chuck E. Cheese Day Spa: Parents can slip into a backroom where animatronic dolphins spray mist, a teen rubs your temples with pizza grease, and they call it "aromatherapy." * Ball Pit Infinity Pool: Heated to exactly 98.6 degrees, with swim-up juice box service and a lifeguard named Kyle who looks like he failed Baywatch auditions. * Claw Machine Timeshare Sales Pitch: You think you're winning a stuffed animal, but suddenly you own 1/32nd of a condo in Kissimmee. * Rat Godfather Package: For $499, Chuck E. himself walks out in a tuxedo, kisses your baby on the forehead, and makes you an offer you can't refuse: unlimited tokens for life. * Casino Night for Parents: Blackjack with Monopoly money, but every time you lose, someone hands you another White Claw. The house always wins, but so do you. * Nap Pods for Toddlers: Little futuristic capsules that rock your child to sleep while projecting "Cocomelon" on the ceiling. Warning: some kids emerge with MBA-level negotiation skills. * Exit Through the Gift Shop (Literally): You legally cannot leave until your child has traded 15,000 tickets for a plastic spider ring that will break before you reach the car. To sum it up: this isn't just Chuck E. Cheese. This is if Las Vegas, Disney World, and a frat house basement had a baby, and that baby was raised by a roller rink in the '90s. It's chaotic, it's unholy, it's possibly illegal -- but it's perfect. . Would absolutely host another 9AM pizza-and-White-Claw-fueled bar mitzvah here!

Definitely the best CEC in Central Florida. Others have multiple broken games and this location rarely has a single one. We usually come mid to late afternoon and it's almost empty (no field trips, school is in, and many people are still working). Pizza is actually pretty decent (for fast-food quality.

First off--where's the Rat? No more Chuck show? Second--17 bucks for 30 minutes of play. Third--27 bucks for 10 boneless wings, fries, and a small drink. Plus--the games are pretty damn lame. Goodbye Chuckie

Chuck E. Cheese is where it's at! I feel like the up keep of this facility goes above what is expected and it shows. The tables were clean, the floors were spotless and everything seemed to be wiped down recently. I'm sure once a slew of kids get in there it could be a different story, however we missed any large crowds there, thankfully. I don't remember the pizza being this good as a kid, but it was cooked to perfection and the crust was nice and crispy. I mean I'm no pizza expert, but it was served nice and hot and I at more slices than I should have. There's a pretty wide range of games and a small section for some younger kids. We were able to play the games almost as often as we wanted and my son probably rode the car for a solid 20 minute because it was empty. Only thing that was somewhat frustrating was sometimes the card tab took a few tries which used up some of our time.

We typically hit Chuck E Cheese's over the summer. We haven't had any issues at this location, machines a usually in working order, tables cleaned quickly, & food comes out hot & fresh. My lil decided she wanted her party there this year. This location recently remodeled. If you haven't been in a while you missed your chance to see any animatronic show, it's all new technology. The new, hip Chuck E does make an appearance for about a 15 min shared party show (he does visit each party table & makes sure to give attention to everyone). Our attendant was fine although I did have to find her a few times, while I noticed the other parties had more attentive servers. Also, I requested pitchers with the adult food & was told they no longer sell drinks by pitcher so we had to purchase individual drinks for parents. My issue was that the server for party next to ours brought out pitchers of soda, lemonade, & water along with plain cups. I asked our server again and was told that their server didn't want to have to refill kids cups (our party refilled their own cups after initial cup) but the adults were helping themselves to the 6 pitchers that were brought out.

This is the absolute last time we will be taking our daughter or even encouraging any other parents to take their children to this place. We decided to make this a first day of school trip only to find one adult in an entire crew of teenagers running the show behind the counter. I decided to wait at our table for food whole my husband took our anxious daughter to play a few games. Upon getting our food & going to look for them he brought it to my attention that one of the youngsters who worked there left a bottle of cleaning supplies that clearly says DO NOT DRINK on the table right next to where he rested him & our child's drinks. We went to one of the teenagers who we saw cleaning the tables & advised him that there is a spray bottle of chemicals at the reach of the children & he advised that he was on his way to get it. After bringing the situation to his attention we decided to enjoy our lunch so that our daughter could continue on with her fun. About 45 minutes later we made our way back to the other end of Chuck e cheese ONLY TO SEE THAT THE BOTTLE WAS STILL THERE! This is the lack of care and attention that your employees provide in an environment that is supposed to be safe for children!

There is so much space, even at the height of the crowd, you can find a fun game to play. You can break down your day into categories of games. We had a pinball segment, a shooting one, sports, old school arcade, Mario Kart on the Switch 2 dart, it just went on forever. It could have kept going, but we had dinner reservations to keep. Ambiance is absolutely awesome. Brilliant, electric murals cover every single inch of space. There isn't any blankness on any wall, not even in the restroom. It's wild, and it's great. There's some food options, but it's like, dumb stuff for kids. Pizza, chicken tenders, etc. So if you want to spend a whole day here, get the pass that lets you leave and come back. Unless you're into frozen nuggets. The drink game is strong, though. They have a ton of mixers that are delicious on their own, and can be mixed with some booze, too, if you'd like. Some would say the price, but for what you're getting here, I would think the price very reasonable. Tips: Arrive early, because during peak hours, this place can get really packed and it can get hard to find a free game.

So Andrettis is an indoor karting, laser tag, and game room located right next to the Convention Center on International Drive. This place definitely was easily accessible from the main road and had plenty of parking in their private parking lot. So on the day of our event, upon arrival, we were greeted immediately and checked in quickly and efficiently. The staff were all very kind and helpful! The party room was located in the back of the building and was a pretty spacious room, with its own private bathroom. For our birthday package we opted for the laser tag, and arcade option for the kids and it kept them occupied for a few hours. Now for the food, I was very impressed by the quality and presentation of all the items we selected! Yes the food was just your average fried bar food... but I thought everything was super fresh and all came out very quick. The pizza, wings, and cheese curds were outstanding! Lastly, our party attendant was top notch! She was very attentive, had great communication, and made sure we had everything we needed. Overall, I will say that even though the birthday package at Andretti's is a bit on the pricier side... we thought it was definitely worth it... my nephew had a very memorable birthday!

However, I feel compelled to write a negative one in this case. On 3/6, I purchased two Gold Packages for myself and my 13 year old daughter. Each package includes two races. The representative who helped us explained that if we only completed one race that day, the remaining race would be stored as a credit on our membership cards. We therefore used only one race on 3/6. When we returned the next day, the representative at the counter, Desi, told us the next race would start in about six minutes. However, when I presented our membership cards, she said she could not see the remaining race credit. She then began asking questions such as whether we had purchased only one Gold Package and shared it, and whether we had receipts. It was clear she suspected we were trying to misuse the system. She continued questioning us for several minutes until I finally asked her to call the manager. While the manager was looking up the information, I logged into my credit card account to show proof of purchase. When I approached the counter with that information, the manager said rather casually, "Oh, we already found it." Unfortunately, by that time we had missed the race we could have joined and had already spent about 20 minutes standing at the counter. No one initially apologized for the inconvenience. When I told the manager that Desi should apologize, the manager responded, "It was not our fault. It was a system error. Sorry." Desi then said, "You did not even give me a chance," and tossed the race tickets onto the counter before trying to walk away. When I said that if I had not asked for the manager she likely would have continued questioning us suspiciously, she responded in a hostile tone, "If you want to take a picture of my badge, you can." The entire interaction was unnecessarily confrontational and disappointing. System errors can happen, but how staff handle them matters. A simple apology and professional attitude would have made a big difference.
