Recently I booked a birthday party for my son here at Chuck E Cheese Kam Hwy. While getting some information on the phone the staff was very polite and informative. They explained all their options and after taking some of my specifics into account suggested a package that was perfect for us. They called me to confirm my reservation and had our table ready 10 minutes prior to arrival. The hostess we had was great. I wish I got her name. She took care of everything. Set up, seating, serving, and cleaning up. My son was thrilled about the ticket blaster and he won 450 tickets. It was less expensive than some of the at home parties we have thrown. The 15.99 package comes with a forever cup, table decoration, plates, Mylar balloon for each child plus a large balloon for the birthday boy/girl, special place setting, birthday crown and medal, a whole bunch of tokens, and food. I recommend this party for school age kids. They loved it when we cut them loose to play in the arcade afterward. Easy as pie. Wish we did it last year. Our host tiffani could of provided more customer service always had to find her and ask for more stuff she didn't once ask if we needed anything screwed up on our bill and kinda felt rushed to move to our other booth and didn't even get a thank you she had hickies on her neck and then tried to cover up with a bandaid with all the money I spent on my daughters birthday party I would expect more customer service or at least a thank you.. read more

Spent way too much money for no reason, the games always needed to be repaired during work hours, opened up one hour late without warning, and the last thing is the prizes costed way too much tickets I got crapy plastic bracelet for 50 tickets if you wanna go to a better place I strongly suggest Dave and busters they'll make it worth your money read more

We went to a birthday party here yesterday and I have to say it was a ton of fun! There were games for all ages of kids and adults.I thought the Chuck E Cheese tv was too loud but the kids liked it. The wings were, as others said, terrible, but I liked the pizza it was good.It seemed clean and well lit which when I was a kid was not the case. Nice party and good fun! Tokens are expensive but it was worth it for my daughter, if I had more than one child it probably would have been expensive. read more

I visited Chuck E Cheese with my two grandchildren ages 22 months and 10 months on April 11 2015. this is my experience. as I was greeted at the door by the attendance I told them there was three my party they stamped our hands and since with a girl who was going to seat us I said to her I'm by myself I would like to order the pizza get the drinks and then sit down she seemed put off by this nevertheless I went in order the pizza while at that counter the girl who was waiting on me didn't understand how to put in the coupon my first encounter with management. Management showed her how to put the coupon in and they were on their way. the girl handed me three cups and three plates as well as the order number and the check thing I had to ask her for a tray as she could clearly see I had two children the attend then tells me to follow her to her to my to seat. Again I explain to her that I'm by myself I will stop and get the drinks then sit down this seem to put her off again as I go and get the drinks load up the tray keeping one hand on my granddaughter the other hand on the stroller I look to her for some assistance she looks away another customer comes over to assist me it was only then that the attendant said that I'll help you. She showed us to our seat put our tray down and left I stopped a passing bus boy to ask if he could bring a high chair any booster seats he did and wipe them off for me. Second encounter with management his name is Sean K. I explained the situation to him and what I have encountered he was apologetic. 20 minutes have now passed since the pizza was brought out and no one has checked on us several people walk by but no one stopped to ask manager Sean stops at the table again ask how everything was going better I said no not really and explained everything else going on to him he was apologetic. Breitling after getting the pizza and 35 minutes later a little girl comes out and says can I help you with anything I shook my head and smiled. Final encounter with the management Sean K again I explain to him what I was feeling how I felt how things could have been different and the results. You should me that he would take my information back and use it as I'm learning and training tool we'll see he even offered a discount on an upcoming birthday party for one of the grandchildren we'll see. read more

Friendly staff, CLEAN, games only take one token per play which is awesome! Pizza was really good and fresh, coffee was fresh and tasty. The combination of tokens and meals are a good deal. Great way to burn a couple of hours with kids on a rainy day! read more

Took my family (party of 20ppl) to celebrate my daughter's bday. Ordered $150+ worth of food(WHICH CAME TO THE TABLE COLD), and ordered a cake to be apart of the Chucky party celebration, set the time and gave my baby's name , everything they required in order to take advantage of the bday celebration. Scheduled time was set for 300pm I had the kids sitting there waiting at 245pm. 315 came along and nothing, 330 came nothing. Meanwhile the Chucky bday celebration has started, and all the other kids were announce. 4pm came along and STILL NOTHING... Went to the counter to ask what happened to my request and they said they forgot to add her name to the list and that they would add her to the next show that would be in 5min. 2nd show started and same thing happened, all the other kids got called up,BUT MINE... SITTING THERE WITH HER CAKE,no candles, no announcement NOTHING at 430pm. So impatiently and very upset, I approaches the manager who brushed me off to another manager who them told me that they don't know what happened, but that they would do a special announcement just for my daughter. 5pm still nothing, I then approached the management and asked for a refund , meanwhile a boy walks from the kitchen and asks the manager assisting me if I still wanted the cake, I denied the cake and the boy tells the manager sarcastically "she might as well take it, she needs it. " the managers offer the cake free of charge and all I got was a "im sorry" . I DENIED THE CAKE. NEVERMIND THE FACT THAT MY CHILD IS STILL WAITING TO SING HAPPY BDAY AND TO BLOW OUT HER CANDLES. I PACKED UP MY KIDS AND FAMILY AND began to exit, when I turned around to assure my family was all behind me, workers at this faculty were rolling eyes and pointing fingers. HOW RUDE TO NOT ONLY RUIN MY DAUGHTER'S BDAY CELEBRATION, BUT TO DISPLAY SUCH NEGATIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE IN A CHILDREN'S ENVIRONMENT. BY FAR THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. read more

Took my niece here today 3/25/14 @ 6:15pm and had great service. We didnt eat but we played games and sat at a table while watching my niece play in the jungle gym. A parent was having a hard time getting his son out and the manager went into the gym and down the slide with him. What awesome representative!!! Took my daughter and nephew here today and at around 3:45 pm a young couple with their child took my nephews coins right as he turned his head to look for my daughter. As I was talking to the game manager about what had happened, the couple looked at us and left the store quickly. The manager reported the incident to the general store manager at the time and minutes later they accommodated us. This is what I call OUTSTANDING customer service. The kids went from being said to happy even though they didn't know what the managers did for us. There are these kinds of people out there who would take from innocent little kids but there are also at wonderful people who make things right! Thank you... read more

We just love this place. Its awesome! The pizza is always hottt and just great! We also always buy the $7 salad. I think this is the best feature, however you are allowed to only go once. Trust me, I get my moneys worth out of that one trip. Lets just say the plate is almost folding in half when Im done. And its always fun for the kids! Every game is always just only 1 token! Here on Oahu we have Fun Factory, but everything is like 2-4 tokens, so it kind of sucks. I love how really in the Pearl City location CHUCK E. CHEESE really allows your kid to be a kid. Another awesome thing about all Chuck E. Cheese is the security factor of not allowing children to be released without a matching stamp of the adult this leaving the business. Thanks Chuck... LOL... I recommend this location because its the closes to the West side of Oahu. I really hope that they soon branch a location in Kapolei. At the end of the day you cannot beat the price for the entire family to hang out. read more
