Definitely not the Chuck E. Cheese of my youth but my 5 year old still loved it. It's a lot of video games now, but they do seem to always have a deal running for $20 for 1 hour of unlimited games. Came here on a Monday right when they opened, and we basically had the whole place to ourselves. I found a coupon online for 60 mins of games for $20 and that was perfect! There was lots of options for a 3 year old and he loved running around from game to game with no wait. The gaming section is on the smaller side but everything was working properly and clean. The only down fall was the food... for a personal pizza and the salad bar it was over $30! The personal pizza is as big as an average sized paper plate and it was burnt/super greasy. The salad bar was pretty decent though. All and all, I would come back for the 60 mins of games for $20 but that would be about it. read more

This has to be one of the worst Chuck E. Cheese's I've been to in years I went for a birthday party and there were like 6 other birthday parties going on seemed very over crowded for such a small venue half the games were out of order there were kids climbing the games no staff around to tell them anything we waited at the prize station well over 10 mins for someone to help staff just kind of looks at you instead of offering help and mr Chuck E. I have been to this location a couple times and it's usually a great time for my toddler. I brought my 3 year old yesterday with my husband and sister for her birthday. Overall I was super disappointed in the staff. They were quite literally NOWHERE to be found. We were trying to pack up and leave around 8 and let my daughter pick her prize and we waited for at least 20 mins at the prize stand. There was no one anywhere I could find to "cash" us out. There was one girl who was on her cellphone pacing around outside the bathroom just talking to a friend or something. She made eye contact with me SO MANY times. Just kept going about her business pretending to clean things with a rag in one hand and her cellphone in the other. At the very lease she could have asked someone else to help us. The only employee I saw doing anything and was the one who ended up helping us was the same guy doing everything, working the trampoline, dressing as chuck e, in my opinion he was pretty much manning the whole ship. Not to mention the fact that the whole thing about that place is that they stamp your hands and your kids hands to ensure safety so no one can leave without a parent. No one was there. I even walked in and out the front door to hopefully get someone's attention to get my daughter her prize. The door made a sound as I walked in and yet still no one was there, not to mention anyone could have come out and anyone could have come in and no one would had known the difference. Doesn't seem super safe. I get that employees wanted to be done for the night but it was still open for another hour, I don't know if everyone was in the back cleaning up trying to get out of there ASAP but either way I thought it was super unprofessional and I'm super bummed. This place SUCKS. I adivse to never eat here. I basically paid 40 dollars for the family meal for me my girlfriend and son. The man at the counter said it would feed a family of 4... Well my son had 2 fries and was over it. Mind you we didnt buy any drink with it. I ate the whole plate to myself. And the fries didnt even come with the family of 4 meal! 5 small wings a scarce amount of fries and over cooked parm sticks. Wall my girlfriend waited for her boneless wings that was a separate order from the family meal by the way. The food must have been sitting for some time bc when she got them they were cold and soggy. She was specific on blue cheese. She HATES ranch but they gave her ranch anyways. She had to get up 3 times for her food. And there sauce containers are unbelievably abnormally small... We waited probably an extra 10 mins for the food. And were highly disapointed with the outcome. This place is run down and a waste of money. My son couldnt play many games bc other kids would cut infront of him or not take turns. And some of the machines were out if service. Wish i could have wrote a complaint and left it on the table. But we didnt have a pen there for i downloaded this on my girlfriends phone hoping to help out another family. Yes I am giving 5 stars. First time here. The restaurant is very clean. Our pizza was delicious and piping hot. We recieved 100 point which lasted a few hours. The staff are very friendly and courteous. We enjoyed our visit, our meal and had fun. I will definitely come back. It wasnt to crazy busy but I am sure this place gets mobbed. Honestly I hate this place. No...wait, excuse me I meant to say that I hate the clientele. However, If you're a "people watcher" you will love it here! Ok, now that I got that out of my system. I will stop being a snob and give an actual review of the place. I've only been here twice. The first time I went was about 3 years ago and the place was filthy. The second time was recently for a birthday party and it was actually very clean. The party set up is nice for the kiddos - they seemed to really enjoy themselves. The mouse aka Chuck comes out and does his little dance/song and pictures. The pizza, in my opinion is actually pretty good. And cake is also provided (I didn't have any), but I saw others from different parties who brought their own. The games were fun for the kids and geared towards toddler age to about 6 or 8 years old max. Overall the place is fun for the kids but I had one serious issue with this place. So, when you arrive you receive a stamp that can only be seen with an ultraviolet light. Everyone in your family receives the same exact number so no kid snatching happens. Before we arrived at this location we went to the Henrietta location, thinking the party was there instead of Greece (oops...). We received a stamp at Henrietta and then again on top of that stamp, we received one at Greece. When we went to leave the guy checked all of our hands except you couldn't even read the numbers on mine or my husband's hands, just my sons hand...the kid just checked it real quick without actually reading the numbers. Obviously, he is my child but it makes me question the safety of them not making sure the children are with the correct parents...maybe I'm being neurotic? Eh, well my kid had fun so that's really all that matters! read more

We had a birthday party for our girls here on Sunday December 11, 2016. Everything went so well. The staff is great, the location is clean and everyone is very professional. Two of our party children couldn't make it and they were more than willing to adjust the bill accordingly.
