Obviously a childhood favorite, even since I was young. It's improved a lot since I've been a child though. It's worth it to sign up for their birthday specials. The birthday child got 30 free minutes of play and an extra 500 tickets. They are renovating the space and we look forward to the trampoline section.

Chuck E. Cheese is always a great time for the kids. If you get the summer pass for like $49 to $80, you get a weekly card for 8 weeks and it pays for itself and then some. You also get 20% off of food and discounts off birthday parties. The service is great for what it's worth and the ambiance is the typical kids place. Can't wait for my daughter to visit again!

We took my 7 year old nephew here. He had a very good time trying to decide which activity he should do next. I like that it is fairly open so it is easy to seen where your little one is! You can not go in and out without your child-the black light has to match you both! He wanted pizza so we got him a personal pizza - it's about the size of a plate. You get your points added to your card automatically- they used to have tickets and coins- no more! Chuck E. Cheese himself comes out every so often to see the kids. You can win prizes with your earnings- we used to hold all of our winnings until we could get a big prize!! It's clean and feels pretty new.

Chuck got it going on! The pizza is surprisingly good for being a chain/franchise pizzeria! The crust is crunchy, but not super thin. The cheese is a good amount for being a kid's pizzeria, and their salad bar is pretty extensive. They have dipping dots and other ice cream bars. Most importantly, they serve beer and wine! Which (big) kid doesn't love beer and wine when you're dealing with 20-30 little savages running around! The service is not super fast or overly attentive, but what other pizzeria has fooseball to make up for it? The games to ticket ratio is a little whack. Like seriously, it's like 5,000 tickets for a slinky! That comes out to the price of a Hyundai!

This Chuck E Cheese use to be smaller and it was expanded. Although I haven't been here recently, I have many fond memories here, from the food, to the games, to the fun celebrations for kids. The pizza was decent as was their salad bar. I do suggest going during the week because the weekend chaos was just complete madness. I'm a big fan, it's a great place to connect during the funnest times in a kid's life. You'll also discover that you still have a little kid left in you.

I'm surprised I am leaving a 5 star review for this location, I have been here quite a few times for recreational, birthdays and have left pretty disappointed a few times, due to the condition of the place not being up to par and several games/ machines were broken and out of commission. But....... My toddler loves I mean LOVES this place and insisted on having his party here. After much back and forth with a toddler and checking out other locations I decided to have it here for him as this location is closer to our home and would be much more accommodating for our guest. I set myself up to be disappointed, but my experience was everything but... I was so surprised how clean it was that day, it was super cool, all the games were working and the kids had a blast! My assigned assistant was super helpful, attentive and overall very professional and nice! I really had a great experience from beginning to end, so often we go out of our way to complain it's so important for us to sing praises to a job well done. My son was so happy for his special day and for that I am grateful!!

I booked from 6-8 NOWHERE IN MY CONTRACT OR PARTY FAQS SAYS KIDS AREN'T ALLOWED IN BUILDING AT 8:00pm. I understand if it's their policy but i wasn't told on any emails when i booked for adults & KIDS. I had previously ask my bartender and server if my guests and I could cut the cake at 8:00 since food is served at 7:30 they said Yes ofc then manager comes around 8:05 to tell me "KIDS HAVE TO EXIT BUILDING AT 8:00" he gave me a "chance" to cut cake and stay until 8:30 and then we have to leave property, i felt so bad for my guests with kids who were rudely told they can't longer play games & had to leave, we cut cake rushed and they took them to go since they were not allowed to stay and eat on site. One girl there did apologize bc i showed her nowhere in contract nor email with planner party named sam told me about this policy and manager simply said "you have to talk to the person you planned your event with & that people usually play, eat and then leave" like really no one stays on site even if they have to move tables? I understand that but we were the only ones who had booked at that time & there were plenty of empty tables and chairs available. It was just very rude of them to say Kids have to exit the building as if these kids were not being supervised and playing with their own parents. SIMPLY RUDE & they could have communicated this policy with me before even booking it. They did charged me for everything 2 days before event though so they know what what they're doing. I emailed party planner and I've been ignored now. Only Bartender gets the star, very polite. TY.

They (conveniently) never got back to me before the party to answer basic questions about their packages, confirm details about the food, etc. This is all part of their plan - to be as shady and ambiguous as possible about the party packages. It's a true bait-and-switch scam. They position the arcade package as "unlimited." Buyer beware - there are only like 4 games that are unlimited, all of the other games require an upgrade, which was super frustrating for the kids (and for us). Because their game cards only lasted about 5 minutes, we had to add laser tag to our party package to avoid having the kids just running around aimlessly. Turns out, only about 1/2 of the kids were able to participate because of their shoes. The party planner didn't help us whatsoever with serving the pizza, cupcakes, or cleanup. And then had the nerve to charge a mandatory "service fee" (tip) of over $100. It was a MISERABLE party experience from start-to-finish....and it cost us over $700! Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs!

He even let me turn in all of my "vintage" coupons that I had stashed away in the car--there was about 2,500 worth and he added them to my card, no questions asked! The space is very open and more quiet than other arcades. We were there on a Saturday night from about 6p-9:45p. $25/per person went a pretty long way! We played air hockey, the Simpsons, discovered some cool import games, tried our luck at the egg game, etc. I believe most of our party of 4 has credits left over. They still have the gear game that I remembered, the game where you have to drop the red balls into the buckets, etc., but I was pleasantly surprised to see they had a cool, new Hot Wheels puck game, a huge Monopoly spinner, and the Rick and Morty drop game that entertained me for the majority of my time there. I have a hard time parting with my tickets (clearly, based on the stash in my car), but the "store" had a wide variety of items and fair prices. We ate dinner before heading over so I cannot speak on the cafe nor did I use the bathroom myself. There are not as many games as other arcades, but it is a very nice place to spend some time!

The place seems to have more emphasis on carnival-type games where you get tickets as a result of playing them, such as skee-ball, basketball, ball bucket drop, etc. They do still have the nickel arcades, but definitely it is the minority. They also reconfigured the layout, and it feels more spacious and less clutter. All, surprisingly, all games were working and there was not a single out-of-order sign when I went. Sadly, there is no more free arcade section, except for a Tetris arcade near the basketball machine. While the arcades do take the good ol' fashioned Jefferson, all other games require a game card. Load up the game card at two different kiosk, one near the counter selling overpriced prizes, or one in the back near the bathrooms. Overall experience, I like it! With just spending $11, my teenager was able to entertain himself for close to 2-hrs. That's a great price for me. This cheap parent will come back. BATHROOM REVIEW: Located near the back, the bathrooms are the only thing that appears to not be renovated. Everything was in working order, and got the job done. Don't forget to wash your hands, because we all know you'll be touching everything afterwards. Sit or squat? Squat.

Kid heaven! When my kids first walked into Games on Lincoln they were a little disappointed by how small it is, especially in comparison to places like Nickel City. That being said i like that it's small because it's a great way to kill a bit of time, but also easy to get out of there within the hour. I usually have to bribe my kids to get them out of Nickel City within a few hours. And because it's new Games on Lincoln is very clean and due to the size should be easy to keep clean! Fingers crossed. You put money on a card and like all arcades you go thru money pretty fast here. I loaded up my kids cards with $10 several times and they seemed to run out fast- a combo of the games being a little expensive and I think they may have swiped a few extra times (so teach your kids to just swipe once). The machine itself is a little glitchy, but the staff was helpful...and can also take cash up by the cash register. I do think some sort of unlimited game card would be great- whether it's for one specific time or even a monthly membership. The games itself are perfect for my 8 and 6 year olds, but my 3 year old is a little young for it (although they were nice to pull up a chair so he could play his favorite game, pac-man). They didn't get enough tickets to get any cool prizes so are keeping their cards for next time. And I'm sure there will be a next time since it's an easy way to kill some time after dinner in the area (Stacked and Folded, Little Rickys, etc) before or after ice cream. Speaking of ice cream seems like a no brainer to get rid of their crappy prizes and let people redeem tickets at the ice cream parlor and toy store...also a great way to drive business to those businesses as well. According to the staff they may be taking over the hair salon next door and making this way bigger, which would also give the ability to host birthday parties. My kids were excited about the possibility of even more games. And if that happens there goes my ability to get them in and out fast, but then again always looking for good places to kill time with the kids in the winter.

I get that there might be rules about being underage since I was 16 at the time, but the way she handled it kind of made me frustrated. I tried asking a few questions to understand but she really didn't care. No effort to help, no manager, nothing. Just straight up dismissive, like she didn't want to deal with us. We were about to leave, but then I recognized another employee I had seen the day before. She was older and actually kind. I asked her if she could help us, and she ended up getting us seated and we were able to order food. Don't get me wrong I'm glad we were able to get seated but If we weren't allowed to eat because we were under 21, then how did we end up getting seated anyway? It just makes it feel like the first worker either didn't want to help, was having a bad day, or just didn't care at all. I didn't get her name, but I remember she wore a lot of makeup, Hispanic long hair, looks kinda Asian, wore leggings that day funny looking. When we finally sat down, we had to pay before eating, which I guess I understand for younger people, but it still added to everything feeling weird but either way if they know that I'm underage why would they have me paying first and why would I order a drink with alcohol in the first place. We were there from around 3 PM to 10 PM, and during that time we saw more issues. A family sitting next to us was complaining because the waiter was taking way too long which maybe was 15-30 min, and eventually they just left (the waiter was Hispanic with short hair, glasses and looks special. Then another family came in and had problems with seating. They were told certain tables were "reserved," (by the same guy btw) but it didn't even seem true because since we were there all day, we got to see who was there and what was going on with the waiters not being able to satisfy some of the customers. Finally after they had to ask multiple times before they were finally allowed to move to a better spot to watch the big screen. During this time, the same guy (Hispanic guy, short hair, I'm assuming maybe assistant manager or actual manager which would be crazy because he was unprofessional, special looking) was making me and my girlfriend uncomfortable because every time I would look around, I would see him already side eyeing me not in a mean way but in a weird way like if he knew we weren't supposed to be there or he was just bothered that we were they're and maybe even being pissed about customers complaining about the crevice. Overall, the whole place just felt unorganized and inconsistent. One worker tells you one thing, another does something completely different which I'm thankful for because if it wasn't for that lady, we would've just wasted our time. Customer service really depends on who you get, and that shouldn't be the case. Remember, I didn't get her name but the young lady at the front had a lot of makeup, fat, long hair, looks Asian, had leggings on. The guy was wearing all black, had glasses, maybe the manager, special looking, and just bothered by us when we were just trying to have a good time since we were already frustrated.
