We took the two kiddos to this place and they had a blast.  This location has been around forever as we once visited it some 30 years ago, so they must be doing something right.  I'll go with 4 stars for our outing with some caveats for you.  For one, try to come at a quiet time if possible, like we did at about 3pm on a Tuesday.  Even at this time, there's the constant and potentially headache inducing drone of game and kid's noise, but it's tolerable and nothing like the presumed weekend madness.  The facility is also pretty spacious when not filled.   Secondly, look for online coupons that can make it a more economical visit.  We looked and found a Mon - Thu coupon, good for 60 minutes of all you can play for $19.99, and that's 38% off of the regular $32 rate.  Also save the game card for any future visit as there is a $2 charge for that card if another is needed. We didn't want to try any food as we didn't come here for that, so I can't really comment, but I wouldn't think it's anything to write home about.   The place is kept clean though and this facility's upkeep looks good.  Everything is digital now too, so no more physical winning tickets.  Winning tickets get added onto your card digitally via the various games, and when ready, you can check your ticket totals at a card reader kiosk.  It's handy also though small kids can't visualize what they may have won like in the old days, but overall still a nice modern convenience. The reader will also tell you how much time is left on your clock.  They still have a counter for redeeming your tickets for various knick-knacks and prizes.  One of the kiddos' favorite stops was a photo booth for goofy photos that are printed out pretty quickly and they made several fun photos of themselves.  There's also a wide variety of games and the 60 minutes was just about right for the two kiddos and I would say it was a good value for the entertainment.  Overall, thumbs up with the caveats mentioned! read more

Obviously a childhood favorite, even since I was young. It's improved a lot since I've been a child though. It's worth it to sign up for their birthday specials. We've been going to this Chuck E Cheese for a while. My little one still enjoys going there but there is one thing that happened there once. Chuck E. came out and took pictures with children & my daughter got the courage and went up to Chuck E and he denied her a picture. My daughter still remembers this every time we go. She says chuck e is mean and I tell her the person inside the costume was mean lol. I get it we all have bad days at work I could only imagine working at Chuck E Cheese but when it comes to children doesn't matter if you are tired or annoyed or whatever, not cool! Smells like feet, sweat, and BO right when you walk in. We kept gagging but unfortunately you get used to it. Most of the workers were kind but the one who was in charge of opening the gate late night on 12/27/25 was extremely rude. She ignored our hellos and kept laughing every time she passed our Hispanic group. She also kept going on her phone and swearing. Did not smell good. The games give 1-3 tickets max or don't work at all. Contacted customer service but they were rude as well and offered no satisfactory resolution. They claimed the location will discuss this unprofessional behavior but this seems to be a common occurrence at this location. Mind you I was taking to a senior level guest relations specialist. Daniel was super rude and unprofessional. Embarrassing. Pizza was mid. Will never come back here to this zoo. read more

My son asked to host his birthday party here every year. The customer service is top notch and the games are kept up and very entertaining. Chuck got it going on! The pizza is surprisingly good for being a chain/franchise pizzeria! The crust is crunchy, but not super thin. The cheese is a good amount for being a kid's pizzeria, and their salad bar is pretty extensive. They have dipping dots and other ice cream bars. Most importantly, they serve beer and wine! Which (big) kid doesn't love beer and wine when you're dealing with 20-30 little savages running around! The service is not super fast or overly attentive, but what other pizzeria has fooseball to make up for it? The games to ticket ratio is a little whack. You can not go in and out without your child-the black light has to match you both! He wanted pizza so we got him a personal pizza - it's about the size of a plate. You get your points added to your card automatically- they used to have tickets and coins- no more! Chuck E. Cheese himself comes out every so often to see the kids. I went here with the kids I was babysitting and the dad paid for everything so I can't comment on the price, but the pizza was pretty decent and it came out fast. The staff was very friendly too despite many of them being teenagers, so management must train them well as they don't fall into the general stereotypes of teenager workers. Parking is easy. I didn't think the variety of games offered was that great. They were mainly for younger elementary and younger which is probably their target audience so I understand, but it would be nice to have some games targeted to older siblings/ adults who may accompany the younger kids. read more

This Chuck E Cheese use to be smaller and it was expanded. Although I haven't been here recently, I have many fond memories here, from the food, to the games, to the fun celebrations for kids. The pizza was decent as was their salad bar. I do suggest going during the week because the weekend chaos was just complete madness. I'm surprised I am leaving a 5 star review for this location, I have been here quite a few times for recreational, birthdays and have left pretty disappointed a few times, due to the condition of the place not being up to par and several games/ machines were broken and out of commission. But....... My toddler loves I mean LOVES this place and insisted on having his party here. After much back and forth with a toddler and checking out other locations I decided to have it here for him as this location is closer to our home and would be much more accommodating for our guest. I set myself up to be disappointed, but my experience was everything but... I was so surprised how clean it was that day, it was super cool, all the games were working and the kids had a blast! My assigned assistant was super helpful, attentive and overall very professional and nice! I really had a great experience from beginning to end, so often we go out of our way to complain it's so important for us to sing praises to a job well done. Here's what you need to know: Ryan and Alex's service (at the kitchen/ kitchen counter) is the reason we had a true 5 star experience at Chuck E cheese. They are so customer focused and go above and beyond to make families have an enjoyable time. Hats off! we went to this location twice in March 2022 (now that the world was opening up more post Omicron) and really enjoyed ourselves a lot. WeekNights are definitely more manageable with no crowds and you have your run of the place but weekends weren't too bad either. The games all mostly were in working order and the food was surprisingly very enjoyable - stuffed crust cheese and pepperoni pizzas, cheesy bread, chocolate chip cookies, we're all quite flavorful and enjoyable. We ordered food at 2 different times and Ryan and Alex were kind enough to try and fill the orders close to each other so our family could enjoy the meal all at once. Overall, we were very happy with our experience there, and of course our 5 and 8 year olds loved it read more

So my son had saved up some tokens over the years and we cleaned out my car and found them. When we go we find out they have converted to cards. I asked if we could convert the coins into a card (it was literally $5 worth) and the guy says no, many of the games still take tokens. Of course, those were the WORST games in the place. I tell him this and he's like "no, we can't convert them". 1st: always look for coupons online. They almost always have some type of token deal going on. Upside: The pizza at this location is always good, especially if you add the stuffed crust for $2 more. I love that the games are only one token each, no matter what game it is. The game areas and bathrooms are all clean. My favorite part about this location is that I've been here a few times, and it's never been too packed where I have to wait for games. Downside: The lines to order your food and the line to trade in your tickets is always SOOOO LONG! They could definitely benefit from a couple of more staff behind the counters. There also isn't a huge prize selection for tickets. Finally, there is no play place. I don't know if Chuck E. I was there for 30 min and a lot of the machines won't give you tickets after you finish playing. They are out of tickets and nobody seems to be concerned about it. Another bad point is that when you are leaving the are supposed to check if the number that they had stamped in your kids hand matches the number in your hand and they basically just check if you have a number. My number was impossible to read and I was able to leave with my daughter. A lack of security here. read more

You kind of know what you signed up for when going to Chuck E Cheese. This place hasn't changed much since I was a kid - lots of arcade games, animatronic rodents and mediocre food. The space itself is pretty large and open. It is fairly easy to keep track of your kids. They have a black light stamp that links you and your child - kids can't get out without you. They keep it clean, but I have never been there when it is busy. Chuck E Cheese comes out every few hours and makes it rain tickets. Pretty baller! Games are 1 credit each - they just installed an electronic token system so you don't need to hang on to tons of coins. I have had the pizza and cheese bread here. Both were adequate for the kids, but nothing I would ever go out of my way to have. read more

I usually go to Chuck E Cheese and order the pizza and drinks...however yesterday none of my kids wanted to eat. They only wanted a 2 hour play card. I bought it for them, but I was hungry so I ordered the personal pan supreme. It's 6 inches about the size of a personal pan at Pizza Hut, but it came to THIRTEEN dollars! Yes you heard right it did indeed have 6 slices as advertised each one a tiny triangle. The personal pan pizza at pizza is about 5 or 6 dollars but this was double in price! Not size or taste. It's been here since I was raising my children and now taking my grandkids to the same! It's cheesy, a bit corny, but a great place for kids and families to enjoy a birthday party or just plain ol' fun! I came here on a Saturday evening and easily managed to get a cleaned booth to have our pizza dinner for 4! Most of the games were working and they had plenty of staff to help with serving pizzas and servicing the game machines. There are fun little rides for the kiddos like the helicopter ride to the ceiling and back down by peddling hard and fast and it had a safety control so that if you didn't put your seatbelt on, you couldn't "fly" up in the air! After you play and I guess I didn't like having to wait but we stopped playing when most parents wanted to leave, there were lines to get prizes and lines to get ticket vouchers, but all in all a good time was had and for about 3-4 hours of entertainment for a little over $40, it was well worth the trip. read more

If you got small kids, bring plenty of wipes and airborne. Tons of snot nosed munchkins sneezing and wiping in the play areas. At times, (not all the time) it can get as rowdy as say.. Dave and Busters. These are kids! teach'em some respect for others. How do you police a situation when tiny tots are pushing/shoving? If its your first time. Once you enter get in line and order your food and drinks. You are given a number which you place on your table. Waitstaff will bring your food to the table. If you need a reload on drinks or salad, you get that yourself. On my most recent visit this past June 2007, an employee stopped me and handed me a set of folded bills. He thought I dropped it and inquired. Its good to know there are honest people working around a kid environment. ***Recently they've updated their games and made it easier to maneuver around. So when we were leaving she decided to give me a lecture about how I prob let her straggle behind and she prob ended up with another group. First-- in terms of a relatively stress-free kids birthday in terms of planning, decorating, and prepping, Chuck E. Cheese is time. Having someone help you serve food, cut cake, etc., is also extremely helpful. With that being said, I need to hand out a couple of warnings: 1. If you intend to have an adult beverage, especially if you're a woman, be prepared. My husband, family members, and close friends were all allowed to have a second beer. I was not. The difference? They were all men. When I asked why not, I was simply told by the manager, Mona, that I had "reached my limit." I had had one Miller Lite, and pointed out that everyone else was allowed to have a second beverage. For the record, I was not intoxicated or behaving in any way to suggest that I was. She showed me her screen where there was a button that said "allow," pointed to it, and said, "no." In all honesty, I was embarrassed by how rude she was about it. That was her final verdict. I felt Mona was being sexist. If you happen to be a woman, be prepared to have a one drink limit. 2. Make sure that if you have the coupons that are offered on Chuck E. Cheese's website to use them right away at the beginning. Our server/hostess never said a word about it, and I didn't realize their policy. When the check came, she told me I was unable to use my coupons because I didn't give them to her at the beginning. She told me I could speak with her manager about it. It was Mona. I didn't really feel like having her say "no" in the same rude way all over again. It would be very nice if they could ask you if you have any coupons at the beginning... or give you an option to present the coupon with payment, like every other eating establishment I've ever visited. The whole thing seemed misleading. 3. Make sure you double check that you've received everything you've ordered. Especially the extras. My hostess/server didn't give us the goodie bags I ordered, and I realized, after all the kids left, while we were packing up, that I never received them. I now have 7 goodie bags, and will have to distribute them over the next couple of weeks myself. What a pain. With all that said, there is a lot to be said for the convenience of having a birthday at Chuck E. Cheese. Just make sure you're prepared for rude/sexist service, especially if you deal with Mona, the very limited window of opportunity for presenting coupons, and possibly not getting everything you've paid for unless you're paying close attention. read more

We settled all the details ahead of time and everything was exactly how we requested it online. We had a host for our party, Cynthia, who was terrific, and the manager Rick stopped by our table to make sure everything was right. The pizzas were hot, fresh, and had the correct ingredients we had requested online. The package included all you can play gaming for the kids and dessert and goodie bags.
