Today's visit was probably one of the worst. I attended a birthday party for a relative of mine. A party package was purchased, so we had a reserved table, and a designated party attendant. The party attendant was not present. They didn't bring the food to the tables, or clear the tables with the trash. I cleared the tables just to have space to keep the party moving. You constantly had to ask for things that you needed, and most of the time, they forgot. You would think that the amount of money that was spent to have a party here, the service would be better. The salad bar was atrocious. They didn't clean the counter space that had spilled food on it. My aunt took it upon herself to clean the counter with some paper towels. You had to ask for them to refill the empty food containers, and even when asking them, they had attitudes. There were several tables that were left unclean as guest left. No workers were around to clean them. The bathrooms reeked of urine, and were absolutely atrocious. There was used toilet paper on the floor, urine on the seats and feces on the back of the toilet. My mother asked the manager if someone could come and clean the bathrooms. They stated that they would try and get someone in there to clean. They never came. My grandmother went to find a manager again, to ask if someone could clean the bathroom, and they finally did. For it to not be so busy on a weekend, the cleanliness of this place was not up to par. One of the biggest things that made drop my rating was the fact there was no worker at the door to check the stamp on your hand upon leaving. That is a HUGE safety concern.Things have definitely changed with this establishment. read more

Very nice I went and took the kids plenty of space they have a trampoline jumper in the back that you need special grip socks for, but it's only $12 per kid and comes with the socks The food we ordered a hamburger pizza which was so nostalgic for me broghht back all the feels came with parmesean and red pepper We had service issues in the beginning with figuring out the pass and could we order a food and game bundle and put the pizza in later we got ahold of a manager and she was such a pleasure helped with everything we needed the kids played all games and the space was big and open and plenty of play wpace to play the other parents were awesome as well here I mean really dope place and dope ppl keep it up st.louis Chuckie I believe only came out for birthday parties this was a Saturday but he still waved and touched all other kids on his way up there and leaving so it was very nice read more

Unfortunately, I once again, have to give another bad review. The deals at Chuck E. Cheese are not deals, just a way for them to get your money, none of the soda machines had soda pop syrup just seltzer water, half of the games don't work, the workers attitudes aren't that great and they act like they don't want to be there. The ambiance is ok but all in all, this place gets a total of 2 stars which really stinks because I loved this place as a child. Very disappointing. read more

Chuck E. Cheese has changed so much since I was last there, as a child.No climbing, ball pit, scary talking animals on stage, or slides. They completely remodeled this location and it looks great. The young lady at the front door didn't smile or welcome us in or tell us goodbye. She looked like the joy was zapped out of her being. Great way to enter into a place of fun for children. Celebrated my nephew's 2nd birthday here! The establishment was clean and environment was safe for the kids to run around freely. Pizza was good and fresh but pretty pricey. Kids really enjoyed themselves. I gave 3 stars because of the bounce house. I do not think the price for a pair of socks should be $12 per child and they not have the option to wear their own socks. So parents are forced to pay $12 and if not kids were walking away crying and upset. For this reason I don't think I would return with my grandchildren or family. read more

Today March 22,2025, me and my family went into Chuckee Cheese on 2669 Veterans Memorial Pkwy, St Charles, MO around 1:00 pm. When I up to the counter I and tried to order a pizza. We were told we could not order them because the ticket system is down and would be about 22 minutes. However, the guests that came in behind us were able to order pizza and other food. So, we bought game tickets and approached the counter later around 2:25p with another younger later and a Caucasian male manager. The younger lady stated it would be 2:30p before we could order pizza. I said ok I would wait on the side. At 2:35p I went back up to the counter to order the pizza and was told by the manager the cooks are still backed up by the other orders. However, two more group of guests came in and ordered pizza and put their order in. Also why we're playing games out of the 5 games I played at least 3 of them were broke and took my points off my card. Its very possible that this would be the last time I patronize this location. I would rather spend extra gas money and go out to location on S. Lindbergh. read more

Really wish the chuck e animatronic remained, even if you shut him down and put him in a glass case off to the side so kids of the past now parents and adults can still get to see him. I had my Daughters 2nd Birthday here, and we had a blast! We purchased the reserved table, party package bundle 'Mega Birthday Star' it cost $24.99 per kid. We paid for 6. It was the best value, and included; 2 Pizzas, 6 collectible cups, 6 playcards with 2hrs each on them. 6 Goodie bags, 6 dipping dots, 1,000 tickets , go in the birthday blaster. We had her party on a Thursday and if it's during the week they don't make you leave the party section so you can stay in your table even if it's past the two hour time limit. So I thought that was really cool our house this was Mariah she was amazing she took care of everything. We also added the vanilla cake, it was so moist and creamy, and tasted pretty good. The pizza is always good, i really like the stuffed crust. This location has a ton of games, it always spits out tickets. Cant wait to come back, and be a kid! read more

Tonight was the greatest night ever. Dominique and Jada went above and beyond for my kids. They made our experience to be the best ever. The experience was so great the kids was hoping to stay another hour just to hang out with them. Dominique and Jada define what it means to have hospitality in a business setting. They were polite and very helpful with the kids. You can tell they cared about the work they does. All the service they provide this evening was exceptional. I think the only time me and family would come to this place is when they are working. My kids are already asking when are we going back because of those two who made our evening. read more

We frequently visit Chuck E. Cheese, I have receipts from our visits that are all well over $100. It's my kid's favorite place to go. It's usually a great time for us BUT this time we had terrible experience which caused us to get all our stuff and leave. When an employee admits to messing something up, there should be motion to fix it. We paid for what we thought was 60 minutes turned out to be 60 points. After 20 minutes my child's card stops working so I go check it and it says "low funds" and I think we'll that's strange we got 60 minutes, it hasn't even been 30 minutes yet. So I go ask if there was something wrong with the card and we find out they rung us up for 60 points. The employee says he's still in training, apologized and said he was gonna get it fixed. Someone goes tells the manager and she walks up. She tells me ma'am so your card says it's empty and since he took advantage of the points already I can't do anything to help you. I tried to explain the situation and how it got messed up at check out and we didn't know until our told us something was wrong with his card. She said again that we're taking advantage and that she will not fix it since they got used. I asked multiple times if there was anything that could be done to help us. Maybe add 15 minutes or we pay the difference or the 60 minute. The General manager then said she will not help me and again accused my 4 year old of "taking advantage" of the system because we should have caught it before using the card. He can't read, he's only 4 year old there was no way he could have known. She then decided to join in on the other customers laughing at me. In my last attempt to come to a resolution I asked if there was any way she could help me, she offered to give me corporates number. I believe she could have helped me but already decided she didn't want to when she seen me. Maybe if I looked different she would have be more inclined to help. Again, this mistake was made by an employee and not my fault. The other employees even apologized to me after the manager left me standing there embarrassed and ashamed. A child doesn't understand Situations like this. He was devastated he couldn't play anymore even though his timer wasn't up. He thought it was his fault because the manager blamed him. The remodel is nice, the rest of the employees seemed apologetic as they witnessed what happened. But unfortunately safe to say we won't be back. A message for the GM: Don't take a job in hospitality if you don't like being hospitable. You came off arrogant and presented yourself in a very unprofessional, unpleasant manner. Took my 17 month old here and he loved it. The food was a bit pricy but we did enjoy the Italian sub and French fries. I am new to the area and was glad to find a place for my son to play indoors close to our home. I wish the bathroom was cleaner, it smelled strongly of pee and the floor was sticky ( but what do you expect). I read the other reviews and had to laugh out loud. If you go in the morning like I did then you will not have any safety issues. While there we spoke to a lot of nice people, the staff were especially nice. read more

I have come here about a handful of times before and after the renovations and like it. I will admit that I came once and was a bit concerned when I saw a police officer standing around (street clothes but with his badge on) but was told it was for precautionary reasons...apparently parents can get a bit out of hand there... Lol...wow! Of course this was on a weekend and it was quite busy. The pizza is ok. The salad bar and drink area have much to be desired. It can get dirty real quick. And what's a little discouraging is the restroom is right next to it so when it smells its kind of unappetizing to be in that area. I did have my daughter's birthday here early this year (went for the all inclusive package...glitz and glam) and the hostess was nice but kind of hard to keep track of which I didn't understand considering they had one hostess per party. She did her part though. As soon as your time is up though...they let you know and don't really help you move away from the area. So be sure to have addl hands available if you have things to carry. I've been to several Chuck E Cheese's in 4 states and tho the pizza wasn't GREAT, it was the best I've had at any Chuck E Cheese. The salad bar was a disappointment. Small and crowded without a lot of choices. Just the basics for salad. No extras like fruit, jello, pickles etc... but the salad was good. The ingredients where fresh and crisp. And they did a good job keeping it filled. The drink area was a sticky mess however. We enjoyed ourselves and of course the children had fun. Tip.... Great place for a kids Birthday Party. Visited this location for the first time from the outside it looks like it is abandoned. I had booked an early Sat Birthday party for my son online and it was a hit. The staff were great, pizza is pizza greasy and bad for you like most pizza places. They have a lot of great games, the prizes are on the pricey side for dollar store type toys. I do suggest you bring your own cake the one they provide was not so great. I am told by others who visit there often that during the evenings there is a long line just to get into the establishment. read more

This place is awful as it smells like mold and bleach and the chuckie cheese is so unfriendly which is sad bc my kids love chucky. There is always a birthday party going on so she never gets to see him so I really think they need two chuckie bc I'm not paying to get my kid time w chuckie. And a happy chuckie would b nice. I do like the games but this place does not look clean so we r not going back and I would recommend anywhere but here. I personally like Kokomo joes and will be trying party time in wentzville next for different scene.
