The young man at the register patiently and kindly split the points I bought into 12 cards. The kids had a lot of fun, some of them had their parents buy the trampoline pass, we did for our son too, only because he was the birthday boy, but honestly, I don't think we would pay 12.00 again only for my son to be jumping lol. My Grandson Armani is 4! So to Chuck E. Cheese we go. I spent a lot of time at Chuck E. Cheese when my kids were little. They loved it and their Friends loved it. It was close to our house so we went often because it was a fun place for them to go. it was ALWAYS packed. My Children are now 25 and 27. I remember as soon as you use to walk in, there was a huge ball pit with connecting tubes and tunnels that kids would climb up up to so they could clim through thr tubes. My Daughter would climb up to the top, get scared and I would send my Son to help her down. Shoes were everywhere because you could not wear your shoes in the ball pit. The sound level was loud but the kids had a good time in a safe place so we dealt with it. Listen. Chuck E. Cheese is different now. First thing I noticed now is there is no large ball pit with the tubes! It took up a lot of space and now it just looks "empty" to me. However, thinking back from a post Covid standpoint, the ball pit was not the most sanitary place as there was no way they could have clean all the balls that were in the pit. I am pretty sure that Covid gave them a new perspective on this. I also noticed there were no long tickets spitting out of the machine when the kids won the games. My kids would get so excited to collect all the tickets so they could turn them if for prizes. Everything is now modern so you swipe a card and it keeps your tickets total so you can cash out and pick your gifts. Again, this is better for the environment as we wasted a lot of paper with the tickets. There are a lot more games for the kids to play but somehow it seemed less packed and quieter then I remember. Chuck E. has changed too. He used to be this huge, imposing figure. He had an escort moving about with him because the kids would mob him. My kids were even scared of him for a time. They would cry and run away when they saw him. Chucky must be on Keto now. He is smaller and slimmer. He came out without an escort and walked around the venue without an escort. The Kids were glad to see him just the same. We ordered pizza and drinks for my Grandson. The pizza is not gourmet but it is as good as I remembered. It was fun for my Grandson and the kids at the restaurant because that is the only Chuck E. Cheese they know. But my Grown Children who were there with my Grandson and use to go to Chuck E. Cheese faithfully in thr past said it definitely is not the same Chuck E. Cheese that they were use to. Sometimes change is just different. I took my GrandGirls to this location about two weeks ago and it was a not a good experience. It was Wild Wild West! They need to have an employee walking around to ensure unruly kids are behaving. Kids were climbing on the machines! Older kids (teens) riding the carousel that for younger kids! Wow it was a lot for my 4 and 5yrs old to experience. Whenever I go to the location, they say they will fix it but have to manually add points to the card. if I choose to go to another location, I have to have the manager from this store. Let the other store know I'm coming in advance. very inconvenient. When confronted Mariah was indifferent about the mistake and just took a receipt paper note to the manager. Bought the summer pass with my number attached. Front desk lady said all I needed was the card for my son to use. Every time we have come back afterward it's a problem, then saying my number is not attached. How if my number is not attached can HALF of the managers find it and the other half probably don't bother to even look. A bunch of scam artists with a damn nasty attitude. The customer service was terrible. They restrict almost half of the seating to reserved birthday parties even though there was no one there for a party. When I asked the manager she was VERY rude about it. Another woman with her children came in and sat in the restricted area. There was a confrontation. Instead of de-escalating the situation, the manager continued to argue with the woman and it got out of hand. There was yelling and cussing and the customer lost control. The manager did nothing to apologize to those of us that were sitting near with young children. Poor management and extremely terrible handling of the situation. I was reluctant to take the kids here as most of the past reviews weren't good, however, they're all very old, so here's a new one! Upon entry, standard CEC business, hand stamps to keep your kids with who they belong to. Great. The two ladies that took our food purser were great, friendly and helpful. Great. Tables appeared clean. The first one we went to had one sticky cup ring... And it seemed like every other table had an empty napkin dispenser. Otherwise, they were clean, as you should expect them to be. Great. Food came out fast and we got exactly what we ordered. And it tasted great, but I'm partial, have always loved CEC pizza. All of the games worked as they should. The kids (5 and 3) loved it. My wife and I had a little fun too. Great. The guy at the junk toys counter was very nice. He let our toddler get way more than he had points for. Great! As you can guess, our overall experience was great and we will be back. read more

I booked a birthday party for my daughter who turned 5 and it was absolutely great! I literally booked it within a week and they had plenty of availability. The party host was so nice and professional. The food was delicious! For the price and for how much fun all the kids had I would do it over again for sure! Definitely recommend. I've been bringing my now 7 year old here since he was a couple years old. We don't come very often but just once in a while. We would never step foot in this place on a busy weekend or even in the evening but we like to go during the day when we pretty much have the whole place to ourselves. It had probably been about six months since we have been last and we were pleased to see they had quite a few new games. There were a couple that we really liked that had been replaced and my son was a little sad about that but it was nice to see some new games there as well. They've also completely redone the token playing system. You have a little swipe card now. You can use tokens to play certain games but overall most games require the swipe card. They have a little kiosk where you can purchase it and you can split it all up on any number of cards that you need. Everything inside was pretty clean. We came pretty much at the beginning of the day so I don't know what it looks like during the busy times. We ordered a pizza and went to sit in a booth and I would say a few of the booths needed to be wiped off on the seat part. There was just crumbs on the benches so we used napkins to wipe it off. I feel like the pizza is a bit pricey but tastes pretty good. We will continue coming here once or twice a year. It is a fun place for the kids to burn off some energy. read more

We're grateful for the location as it's very convenient for us. The food is good. The games are great for my child. We're completely appreciative of the level of security provided upon entry and the professionalism of the employees. The moment you walk in you're made to feel that your child will be safe in this free/open environment. However, the reason I am giving you all 2 stars, not one or more, is because every time we visit, my child ends up sick. We just visited yesterday and just like in the past our child ends up with a fever (signs of the immune system fighting something). We were up at 3a trying to break the fever, which eventually did. Thank God! Pre-pandemic & post have been the same experiences. We've since stopped visiting you and have gone elsewhere and nothing (Pre-pandemic). No fever, no hand-foot-mouth, or no cold. I do not know what cleaning/sanitizing regimen you use, but it needs to be better. Yes, we carry around our own sanitizer and hand wipes, but to no avail our child continues to come home sick. I am not sure if we'll visit again. So I want to let someone know that there's an adverse effect on our child and your establishment. We do not know what it is. Yes, all children will be subjected to germs, etc. anywhere. But the only place we are reluctant to visit because we have felt sickness is coming after the visit is your place. Chuck E. Cheese is underrated nowadays..... it blows Dave and busters out of the water in my opinion. 1. It is never crowded. 2. I've loved the pizza since I was a child myself. 3. It's super cheap for kids to do all you can play for a selected amount of time. When our kids go to D&B, we end up spending over $120 for gaming points, which last about an hour. An hour at Chuck E. Cheese is about $30 for gaming. The games are classics too. I'm in there playing like I was a kid again. Go on a week night, you'll have the whole place practically to yourselves lol. read more

Waited 1 hour for our pizza but our fries didn't come out with it. It's now over 1 1/2 hours now and we still don't have the fries. Told the cashier and about 2 other people working but we are still just waiting. About the walk out! Today I visited the Chuck E Cheese location in Waldorf. I was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with my experience, upon arrival (10:30 am) tables and booths had not been cleaned. We came with our daycare children and had to clean the tables ourselves before having them sit. There were unsupervised cleaning supplies left out in the reach of children. The soda machines were not working properly I asked a member of the if they could fix it twice they failed to do so. I let the manager (Keith) know what was going on with the machine it was then that the staff member fixed it. The salad bar wasn't fully stocked . Keith was the ONLY person TRYING to give a satisfactory experience but without the help of his staff it was such a struggle! We spent about 3 hours in this location and never heard the Chuck E Cheese songs nor were there any tickets given out! Keith was doing EVERYTHING! Bringing out pizzas, fixing machines, assisting customers with questions, all without breaking a sweat. Also the points system used to play games is not the best idea for toddlers and children who cannot count yet, many of them don't understand that each game is a certain amount of points. Our daycare has frequented this location many times we often do field trips here, but as of recently or experience has been on the decline! I just cannot understand why we had to wait over an hour for a pizza and some wings and had the pizza arrive COLD! When I took it back, they are looking and SAYING to me "what do you want me to do". WiFi is good and sooooo convenient for parents. May I suggest bringing a playmate for your child?!? That will free up some time for you to surf the web while they run themselves raged, lol! Got to their website for great coupons for extra savings. AND they permit you to use more than 1 during a single visit! Games are always in working order when we go. Chucky E. Cheese sings, dances with the kiddos, provides photo opps, and throws tickets on a regular basis. I've only been once (out of at least 10x) when he was nowhere to be found while his song was playing... Cheese Break maybe?!? LOL! I will say, they are lacking in the maintenance of their restrooms. Lack of toilet paper & paper towels often; but there is an air dryer. Wet counter tops. Little to no water pressure. I am having my daughter's birthday party here. I called ahead to pay for the party in advanced as I did about 5 years ago when I had a party here. They refused to take a payment. I even spoke to the manager and asked if I could come in person to pay for the party in advanced. She said that I could not pay until after the party. In the past, I paid in advanced because during the birthday party, the waitress will ask, do you need another pizza? Do you need more drinks for the adults, and those costs add up. It's easier for me to keep track of costs by paying up front for the designated kids, then I can keep track of the cost if I order an extra pizza or wings. I took my child here on a weekday at lunch time. The place was busy and I really don't understand why there was only one pizza at the lunch buffet the whole time we were there. There were so many people there who also bought the lunch buffet and bringing out one pizza at a time is unacceptable. The bathrooms were out of soap and the teenagers working moved at a snails pace and seemed less than enthused to be there. They were also out of half the toys for prizes and some of the games took our credit and didn't let us play or give us tickets. Very disappointed this time. read more

I went to Chuck E Cheese on 8/5/18 and the manager and the cashier was very rude when I ask a question about the all you can play or the token option responded in a negative way as if I was irrating him and said my line is closed and all you can do is ask a question remind you the line was put the door and he decided to close and leave one register open. He was very rude and smart mouth. I took by nephew and was aware of the new process. Also, I had a coupon that allows 4 drinks and I was given 2 small cups and 2 regalia size cups. I ask if I could get the small cups regular sized. He stated with the coupons that's what you get. The coupon does not state that anywhere on it. Why make up your own rules when it's clearly not stated anywhere on the coupon or in the store. They definitely need customer service training. read more

About a week prior I went to another Chuck E. Cheese's in Hampton Virginia. We were the only ones there but when the performance time came they had a person dressed as Chuckie who danced with my child and even though he was the only kid in the whole place still did a mini "ticket drop". So you can imagine his excitement when an announcement came over the intercom the Chuckie would be performing followed by a ticket drop. Although it was a video only Chuckie we still had high hopes that there would be a tiny ticket drop even though again he was the only kid in the place. After dancing excitedly we watched a video ticket drop and also the employees just kind of ignoring us. When I asked if there would be a ticket drop I was told dismissively they wait for larger groups. A handful of tickets might've made this 2-year old boy's day a little bit brighter. Instead what should've been a fun day ended with him crying crying in disappointment and not understanding what he did wrong. I know it's a small thing, but it's somewhat misleading, and it turned something that should've been fun into something disappointing and sad. read more

When we were there tonight, a fight broke out with a group of adults right in the middle of where the kids were playing...like a physical altercation and screaming.
