Well...I think our party person today was amazing...she was so attentive and energetic and looked like she enjoyed what she was doing...our grandson's party was a LOT of fun and the entire experience was great. It wasn't crowded which helped immensely but the small details like the dipping dot ice cream and the mouse dance was really fun and gave the party an extra boost. The place was clean and the pizza was actually pretty good...I feel this was more than I expected and for that, I am grateful. My grandson and his friends and parents had a great time and that's more than enough for me. Thank you. read more

We were there for a birthday party they were NOT ready for us, we were booked from 5 to 7 I think and they had us come a half an hour early and than 20 minutes or so after the party was to begin we were still waiting to be checked in.... Everything moved along until we all had to move tables to a regular customer spot about 20 minutes before the party was to end !!! I don't think that there will be any more parties there! read more

Never ever EVER again. If you can avoid this location, please do. THEE WORST ChuckECheese I have ever been to. My family came here on the ride back to PA so he could get out some energy. Should've looked at the reviews before coming here. I was sitting at one of the booths with my daughter and saw a MOUSE. I'm not talking about Chuck-E-Cheese either. At first I wasn't sure if it was real or not until it moved back underneath the game and poked its head out the other side of the game. When we first came in we immediately knew it was gonna be bad because one girl was at the register with her hat on backwards and on her cell phone. No one was working, just lounging around. Most of the games were out of order, only 1 of the 4 ticket counters were working & when I asked for help a lady told me "I don't do that." So we ended up not being able to count all our tickets & have to wait until we go to another CEC to count them. The place was nasty & no one was cleaning up. So glad we did not get any food here as I would not want to eat from any establishment with MICE. This place needs a visit from corporate and/or to be shut down. And a trip from the health inspectors. Will NOT be back!!! read more

Decent visit I haven't been to Chuck E. Cheese in such a long time took my two year old this was also her first time to run around and play some games she loved it .. it was a nice break away from everything and just to have some alone with my kid she enjoyed it and so did I. But they definitely should add more toys and things to the prizes read more

I'm obviously not using this venue for its intended purpose since I was there only for the lunch buffet. I figured it's right next to the office so why not give it a try once? This is really more of a kids' arcade and the food seems like an after-thought. However, the lunch buffet is inexpensive at $5.99, so I was glad that the pizza and salad weren't horrible. The buffet is fairly limited. They have 3 kinds of pizza (cheese, pepperoni, and mac & cheese) plus an apple cinnamon dessert pizza. Their salads are a caesar salad and a garden salad. The pizza is thin-crust and rather crisp, having stayed under the heat lamp for perhaps a tad too long. Otherwise, it was fine. Salads are fairly ordinary and you have a choice of salad dressings from squeeze bottles and croutons. For the price though, it's an average experience. read more

I won't ever go here AGAIN.... This was my first & last time visiting. My family & I were very disappointed with the customer service from the employees to the manager(DeWayne). I would include names for the other staff but no one had on name tags. Granted its a Tuesday evening, we took my niece to this location for her 3rd Birthday and it was by far the worst one I have ever been to. The pizza as always was good but a few of staff was clearly there for a paycheck and didn't at all but any enthusiasm in marking kids happy. The little girl that works there, with a nasty attitude from the door, was cleaning and given the job to be Chuckee every 30mins, either unwanted the roll or wanted it to be over as soon as possible. She came out, did her little show, and abruptly walked off as I brought my niece up to her to say "Hi Chuckee". Bottom line is, it's a place for kids to have a good experience. You are making a mistake if you think going to Chuck E Cheese is a good idea. I'd been once when I was a kid. It was bad then, taken in perspective I should have known it was going to be much worse. Starting in the parking lot, the faded, cracked signboards and crumbling concrete should be enough to chase you away. If you're brave enough for the next test, steel yourself and embrace the stench of gym socks and greasy, cheese-like milk derivative as you cross the threshold. They stamp your hand at the door with a number that matches your children's hand stamps. Small comfort, considering many of the clientèle seem to be the kind who take children regardless of hand stamps. I mentioned this to my children, hoping they would try to stay close. Unfortunately, that wasn't possible due to the placement of many of the games in opposite facing clusters. This made it impossible to keep an eye on them from around the corner of each machine, and led to much aggravation when trying to herd ourselves between the clumps of patrons huddled around each game. Suspended above the game area was play tube I'm a basic square with a small entrance and slide on the back wall. Guard your children, if they dissappear into this contraption and become trapped you aren't going to be able to go in and get get them like many other play places if they get stuck. If you think there's any value here, abandon all hope. You get 90 coins for $20, which does not sound too bad. However when you consider the utter frivolity of most of them you might as well be wiping your rear with that Jackson. read more

I see a lot of horrible reviews for this location, but people have to remember, it's Chuck E. Cheese, not a five-star restaurant! I personally set myself for the expectation that it's always going to be a madhouse -- what else can you expect for 50 kids packed into a small area with loud music and flashing lights. That said, I've been at this location dozens of times with my son and daughter, and I've never experienced a rude staff member. Everyone has always been very nice, even at the most hectic of times. At non-peak times, the place is actually pretty clean, there are plenty of empty tables, and I can pull out my laptop and get some work done while the kids run around. The food is decent. The kids love the pizza. It's not the greatest in the world, but if you want to munch on something while the kids play, it's edible. Chuck E. Cheese isn't about you. It's about making your kids happy. So relax and steal a few tokens from your six-year-old and shoot some skeleton pirates. You'll feel a lot better. read more

We've been here about 3 times and the first 2 were okay, the last time we went was on Veteran's Day. Myself and my fiancé are both Veterans and we have a 5 year old daughter. We saw on several adds and websites that Chuck e Cheese's was giving 20 free tokens to each Vet with an ID. We get here and present the manager with our ID's and he gives us 20 tokens total. We explain to him that all adds said 20 per ID and he said his boss said they're only doing 10. To shorten the story, I call the corporate office to verify the policy, they say ALL are supposed to give 20. We let the manager know about the phone call, he STILL gives us a hard time. He eventually gave us major attitude and gave us the rest. We really didn't like that he was so disrespectful and hesitant to honor Veterans on one day out of the year. We had a wonderful experience here for my daughter's birthday. The online reservation was a breeze. The staff called to confirm and see if we had any questions. When we arrived, they made sure we had everything we needed and made changes when my daughter asked. The kids had a blast playing and everything was scheduled perfectly. Obviously it is what it is, so it can get loud, but I liked that the play area was fully visible from the seating and the security was thorough. We will be back! read more

I have a level of expectation of what I'm in for when stepping into a chuck e cheese. It's a fair trade for how happy it makes my kid. With that, it's not a bad location. They keep it fairly clean, given that there are kids crawling all over the place. The pizzas not terrible and they a nice salad bar. I also planned my sons 4th birthday there and it was easy and affordable. The website was simple and they were able to make changes and additions once we were here. read more

I walked in for some pizza with T-Mobile Tuesday and I was meeting some friends there and we're all 17. Upon my arriving there I was denied entry because I was not over 18, fair enough. But as my friends left he told them to tell us they were 18 that's why there were let in and he just didn't want to let us in despite him letting them in knowingly when they're underage. So after reentering and confronting them the manager said they were carded (they weren't). And then after we confirmed they didn't card them or even ask their age we were told it's "not a big deal". But if it wasn't a big deal what's the point of lying to our face and not just giving us our pizza. read more

This is a fav with my kids, but for parents its a nightmare. My kids are always getting pushed, hit, and stolen from. This im sure is not the staffs fault, but i wish there was some kind of authority from them. Also it takes forever got get our food. They do make sure that chuck. e. comes out regularly and he is always stopping for all the children, he also throws tickets, my oldest son loves this. We have stopped going as much as we did because of the lack in authority, we would rather spend more money somewhere else then have our kids picked on here. ABSOLUTLEY HORRIBLE!!!! I went there with my fiancée and son and had the most horrible exp. ever! Everything was broke or was breaking! Had to wait in line for 20 minutes to get tokes another 30 for food and another 15 for tickets! I was only there for about 2 hours! I got kicked by three kids had kids tryna steal tickets! Had my son pushed off of rides. There was a birthday party there and everyone's kids though it was acceptable to run up to chucked and join in on the poor girls birthday!!!!! Not my son he knew better! The bathroom was rancid! The smell was horrible! There was throw up in the sink and someone clogged a toilet so bad that there was dry toilet paper at the top of the toilet bc they piled it in there! My son refused to even use the bathroom. Would have rather wet himself instead! They were out of prizes and the staff seemed to hate there job and to b honest I wouldn't blame them!!!! U couldn't pay me enough money to work there! And u couldn't pay me enough to go back! What has this placed turned out to be!!! Parents pay no mind to there kids, sit on there phones free wifi everybody lets take all are hellians to chuck e cheese and let them tear the place up! Y'all should b ashamed of yourselves! (SECOND TIME POSTING THIS BECAUSE THEY REMOVED IT THE FIRST TIME) Four friends and I went to this Chuck E. Cheeses just an hour ago. What brought us there was a free pizza that we could get from using our T-Mobile rewards, and to meet up with our other friends who were already inside eating pizza. We walked in and the bouncer asked our ages, and a friend and I replied 15 and 17, respectively, while the other three friends did not answer. The bouncer then told us we had to be with an 18-year-old to get inside. Understanding the rules, we walked out. Our friends inside were both under 18, and made us wonder how they could've gotten in without an adult. While the friends from inside left, the bouncer told my friends to "tell the boys outside that you were both 18" and that he just "didn't want them to come in." As my friends came out they informed us of what the bouncer had said. We went back in to address the bouncer and he claimed that "they said they were 18." My friends told me they didn't say their age. As the bouncer was running out of lies, he called his manager over to tell us why they were allowed in but we weren't. The manager then stated "we ID'ed them." This was also a lie as neither of the friends inside provided ID when entering. The bouncer then said "if you just said you were 18 in the first place I would've let you in." After hearing that, my one friend who didn't answer the question when we originally walked in said he was 19, and the bouncer did nothing but told us to leave. read more

Worst place I've ever been in. You first walk in and it's messy. Hard to get a table because each one is full of old food and hasn't been cleaned after guest leaving. When they did clean our table, it still looked nasty so I cleaned myself. 90% of the games and rides don't work. That was the biggest disappointment. The ones that did work were crowded. The kids meals were cold, and it took forever to receive our food. My wife also had her credit card info stolen while purchasing the food. My visit with this location was absolutely horrible! I had a birthday party for my son and we had the worse possible time ever. First I was told to arrive to the party 30 minutes early so that me and the host could set everything up (my party was 3-5pm). I was not approached by the host until 3pm. I was then brought to my table and waited until 3:15pm, for the host to come over and take the food order. My guest and I then waited until 3:30pm to get the unlimited game cards that came with the party package. We were then told to go back to the table by 3:45 to receive our food. I asked if we could get extended time since the party did not start until 3:30pm. The manager/host, Shawna told us no. Shawna then proceeded to tell us that a worker called off and she was doing 3 parties by herself. That has nothing to do with me and my party. I then proceeded to grab all of my party guest at 3:45pm and we all went to the table. I had to search around the place to find Shawna, to see where the food was. We finally found her and we were missing drinks and plates. After we all ate, it was then time for the live show. While the party guest and I were upfront, my son's bike and helmet were stolen from our table. We ended the party then, and we didn't even break open the pinata. We ended up finding my son's bike by an exit and his helmet in a corner. The host/manager, Shawna, was not watching our table. This could have all been prevented if there was a personal host per party. We also spoke with the other manager, Dwayne, and we received nothing but attitude. When it came to check out Shawna took money off, but she stated I was supposed to get an email that would be a survey. She then proceeded to tell me to lie about our experience, because that really affected the store. I never received an email since the party, and I have a feeling they didn't send it because they knew what I was going to say. One week later I received a call from the general manager, that happened to be off that day, and she stated that she would send me a family pass to their store with a free large pizza in the mail. She said it would be delivered in two days. I have never received anything, and it has been 5-6 days. This store is horrible and requires new management.
