On our way out, we handed some cash to a random staff member to pay for the OJ, but she didn't even seem to care. Although I was excited to try their breakfast items, their service (or lack thereof) has turned me away from wanting to visit again. I understand you're busy and having your systems offline added to the chaos, but the staff could have easily just made an announcement to the whole restaurant (it's a small restaurant) about the issue, thanking people for their patience, and letting us know what to expect.
