I always come for haircut and perm my hair, her skill is great I only need to come back once a year for perm and 2-3 times a year for hair trim. The vibe is really welcoming and friendly. Other hair dressers often to help with my hair (my hair is thick and long) when they are available and take the job as seriously as if I am their responsibility. I recommend this to my friend and will always recommend this to anyone I know.

I still paid for the service that she messed up on, because i felt rude not paying. I was hoping to get a new style and some highlights, possibly balayage done, and I didn't want to pay an arm and a leg for it. Thoa was so warm and kind on the phone - when I said I just wanted to walk in, she was willing to accommodate me quickly. When I got there I saw that it was simple, well kept, clean. Thoa was friendly and attentive to my inspo pictures. You never know how a new stylist will work, but from the moment I sat down she told me she could do my hair like some of the pictures and she effortlessly went to mix the colors and immediately went to work on my hair. I swear she is a total pro! No hesitation in her movements - she knew exactly what she was doing...she could do this in her sleep! She easily touched up my roots and put in my highlights with impeccable skill. Then after the washout and blow dry (sweet Kim helped too) she quickly trimmed and shaped my hair and gave me the cutest curtain bangs! When I got up from the chair I felt like a model!
