The cuts I did get were very flavorful except one and I can't remember what cut it was, it was quite bland. I spent a lot of my time at the salad bar. I tried everything there. Everything was delicious. My favorite was the chicken salad, packed with a lot of flavor. I also enjoyed the apple salad as well, very refreshing. They give you a card that has a RED side and GREEN side. Green mean, more meat! Red means "hold up for a while". We tried: Garlic Rib eye, sirloins,sausage,chicken wrapped in bacon, and many more. This restaurant is great for a special occasion or a family dinner or a date night I really like it because there's really great ambience. Just be ready to eat a lot because it is all you can eat. It's basically a Brazilian steakhouse so people come around with different cuts of meat and there's just a lot of different options. There's also a salad bar that has quite a good selection like potato salads and vegetables and things like that you do have the option of doing the full experience or just using the salad bar. The staff is very attentive and friendly, and they make sure to make you comfortable at all times. I didn't get the chance to show the meats because I was too busy eating but I did get some photos of the place. Been here four times and the meat offerings were phenomenal. There are no other Brazilian restaurants in the Tucson area. Servers will bring various meat items and cut you a slice based on your preference of temperature. I always go medium to get the real flavor of the meat. The best meats are the picanha, lamb, and lamb sirloin. We had the caipirinha and guarana soft drink. There is a large salad bar that comes with the price for the experience, but the meats are the main reasons you would come here. Can't forgot to try the feijoada (black beans with pork sausage) and pao de queijo (cheese bread). Pro tip is to pace yourself and not get thick slices so you can at least try all the meats. read more

I deducted a star solely for the fact that they do not offer chicken hearts. I was told it wasn't a popular choice here. Ummm...PEOPLE. You be MISSING. OUT. Chicken hearts are the best. Just think - there's only ONE of these precious little nuggets PER chicken. Anyway, I can't speak to the quality/taste of the meats, as I opted for the salad bar only. Due to COVID, they have a server dish out the items you want from the salad bar onto a plate and hand it to you. The salad bar is not as prolific as it could be in terms of variety. Although the food is decent, I don't believe it's worth $25.95 unless you're a salad monster and can pound endless plates of salad bar fare. They will bring you meat to your liking, which was necessary for our table because . preferences ranged from rare to well done. Third time we've been here. We DO love this establishment. That being said, its popularity causes it's only detraction; service is very confused. The servers often dont know they have new tables and the "gauchos" don't have a systematic serving routine. However at the end of the day, it is so totally worth it. The meats are cooked well, the sides are all done well, and the cocktails are very enjoyable. They even have a well selected wine list (the owner is a sommelier we found out to our utter enjoyment).
