Met a friend for breakfast in Lowell & had seen this place talked up on FB. In a Strip Mall, it took me a few minutes to find it. Plenty of parking. Small inside, some tables & chairs, nothing particularly fancy or even homey though. PRO - Owner was very nice. He ran the whole show, took our orders & made the food. Good Egg Sandwich for me on a nicely toasted English Muffin. Martha had the omelet which she said was very good. she liked her home fries alot as well. CON- While food comes on "real plates" we got our coffee in a cardboard "to go" cup. Why? Can I have a real mug please since I'm eating IN? Also my home fries (but not Martha's) were really salty. I walked into this place with a friend on a door dash order and the energy was uplifting. The two people that greeted us , a man and a woman were extremely welcoming! It was breakfast time so we ordered breakfast food. It was delicious and made with care. We will definitely be back. read more

It can be a hard task to find bacon and sausage in Boston that are not overly pungent or excessively greasy . However, I can attest that the French toast was absolutely delightful! I didn't detect any residual flavor from other items on the grill . Moreover, the eggs were cooked perfectly, and this was my second visit. Consistency is key, and I have been nothing but satisfied thus far!. I must mention that the staff at the restaurant was incredibly friendly and efficient. Not only were they quick to attend to my needs, but they did so with a warm and welcoming demeanor. The food not only was delicious, consistent and satisfying but the service was excellent too. I had a veggie omlette. I was lightly seasoned, well prepared, and the home fries were generous. Mark, the owner, was personable, attentive and I felt like he cared. He runs the place with his wife and typically no other staff. It's a simple place, not fine dining, but for a good bite to eat - just right. Pricing is very reasonable. If you're looking for a date spot or a large menu, this is not for you. If you need breakfast or lunch and a place to sit for 30 minutes it's perfect. I go to PT across the street a few times a week. Maybe turn the "open" sign around when you're actually closed, guys. Drove an hour to visit a friend, got up here early and decided to try this place for a quick bite. I had a really good experience there! The Server was friendly & went above & beyond to offer suggestions. I would certainly be a return customer here- Don't let its locale scare you we all go through the rough and tumble parts of town, You never know what gems you might find if you never look. I was confused coming into the shop because their was no sign. I understand if this is a new business they need time for housekeeping. Totally acceptable. The only thing was it felt too much like a chain subway. The man behind the counter mixed my teriyaki chicken in a plastic bag with what looked like teriyaki sauce. Marinating your meats beforehand is always good. I came home to find the sauce soggying up my bread. The chicken tasted like an average refrigerated Perdue chicken. I rated two stars because I see potential. A key here is to break apart from the subway mold of "making your own sandwiches. Maybe just order your sandwich and get it as is. More options is also a plus but not needed. I like the idea of a sandwich shop in that area though. At the end I would rate this place a strong 5 out of 10, and a 2 our of 5. Plenty potential and potentially good atmosphere. read more
