    List of local drinks

Stopped in while in port on a cruise. The owner/bartender/waitress was the nicest person you could meet. We just wanted a drink and a snack. She made a great suggestion for a local cider for me and beer for husband. I had the double hill sparkling rose. It was a perfect drink. We had the lunch size butter chicken and chips. We dipped the chips into the curry and it was amazing. Glad I only ordered lunch size because I wouldn't have been able to stop if there had been more. Next time I want to try the trio of curry's.

My son recommended this place for the fish and chips. We went for lunch and were seated quickly. It is a pub with tv screens showing the soccer game. The food was decent and portions were big. There was an abundance of fries on each plate. I had the veg sandwich minus the cheese on a gf bun. It was pretty good. My son had the curry chicken quesadilla and enjoyed it. Hubby had the fish and chips and said it was not greasy, and it was meaty. The service was fairly quick and washrooms were clean.

I had supper tonight at The Churchill Arms. It was jammed when I got there and jammed when I left (there was trivia going on when I left). There were a few different kinds of British curries and Nicole, my server, directed me to the Butter Chicken ... I ordered it with rice. It was good. Though the pub was busy, Nicole checked on me regularly to make sure I was okay.

Wow! What a nice treat. Great Chicken Korma and got a peak of the Fish and Chips. Both large servings. Tried a the Oatmeal Stout by Copper Bottom to go along with this English Meal.

Old English look. Dark with lots of wood panelled walls where you come to befriend the bartender and drown your sorrows.

After being fortunate enough to go the old pub in London, I was looking forward to reliving my time there in this little pub. The decor is similar to an old English pub. The beers not so much. Stopped here for a late lunch on our vacation in PEI. They have a good menu of English dishes. I chose to have the Steak and Kidney Pie as well as the Bubble & squeak to get my fill of England. Everyone in my party was quite pleased with the food and the portions. Other than myself because I have a bottomless stomach, no one could finish their meals. The server was helpful and polite. She even allowed me to sample a bit of local brew before I decided on my beer.

One of our favourite pubs in PEI. Great British dishes, very friendly and prompt service. Nice atmosphere. Great selection of local beer.

Decent traditional pub comfort food. Large potions. Average service and ambience. Getting on in years.

The curry sampler was incredible. I could not stop eating it. The lobster club was amazing, too!

The curry here is amazing! The portion size is good, especially on Wednesday when it's two for one.

Big portions and deep fried well but it's basically a long kids menu. Quality was below average.
