He had a very difficult task at hand with my old and stained carpet, and the results were great. Brad is a very nice gentleman and really seems to take pride in his work. You will never get a half-assed effort from him. He will NOT give up on those tough stains and say "well, I tried". He did not give up my tough stains and now they are gone! Another thing I appreciated was the attention to detail. I am sure it is standard for carpet cleaners, but he made sure that all furniture was put up on foam pads to avoid water damage. What can I say, we used Brad to clean a home in Escondido and it turned out amazing! This was a bank owned home and the carpets were AWFUL, as bad as they get and they turned out great! Many carpet cleaners seem to just clean the surface which gives the appearance of the carpets being clean but the stains come right back a week later. Brad did an excellent job and I have already referred him to several other friends. Brad communicated with me clearly and promptly when I called to get an estimate and make the appointment and showed up for the appointment on time. He was professionally dressed and presented himself in a professional manner. He cleaned the tile in our bathrooms and kitchen. Our once brown, grungy tile is now back to its original white! He also did a a wonderful job with the carpet in the bedroom. In addition, he wiped the flooring in the hallway when he was finished to make sure there wern't any footprints or water on the laminate floor. We have had Rex come clean our carpets twice this year, and each time, he does a phenomenal job. We have a dog, a cat, and a tween boy, so the carpets take a beating, but after Rex comes and cleans them, they look brand new.
