The lady at the counter was very friendly. They were slow so she was working the counter and the drive thru. I ordered 4 Krystals with cheese, add ketchup. My drink was a diet coke, it is not self serve so she made it. She came back with it immediately but it was Coke. Getting drinks with no sugar right is super important for some peoples health. She got the diet right away. While I waited, not long especially since I was ordering lunch during breakfast hours, I found a table. None of the tables were really clean. They weren't filthy, just needed to be wiped off. The lobby kind of got overlooked. When I got my food everything was fresh. They did not add ketchup. It was a simple ask and I heard her tell the person making the food. 2 requests, 2 mistakes by 2 people. This is clearly not a detail oriented team. When I left I got a drink refill. It was right this time. The lady was still very friendly so I asked her name for the review. She hesitated then said" Shaniqua- by way of Jamell".
