Well, If I could put a -5 stars on here I would. Here is what has happened to my mom this week. On…read moreMay 14th my mom and I went to Kenny Carpets to select new flooring for her home. Once she had selected what she wanted the customer service guy had a clip board with a form on it and wrote down the 2 selections( kitchen, bathroom) , her name, phone number address, etc.. We took a picture with our phones of the 2 we selected so we could show my sisters. On May 17th, the same customer service guy came out to my mothers home and measured the floor. They installed the floor yesterday and it is not what we ordered. I went into Kenny Carpets this morning and asked for original paperwork because my mom does not have it and my husband and I looked for the roll that I have a picture of. It wasn't there so we showed it to the guy who helped us look for it. He told me that the installer has the original paperwork so we call my mom who has the installer there working on the bathroom, he said his paper has same number but when I get there it is the same paperwork from the 17th and not the original paperwork from the 14th. I call Kenny Carpets back and this is what I am told by the same customer service guy. 1) he said he never fills out forms he uses scrap paper and he can't keep every piece of paper each customer has. (remember less than an hour ago he told me the installer has it) 2) He says they never had that tile there and he doesn't know where I got that picture. ( remember he was helping me and my husband look for it) 3) he said that sometimes the picture you take with your phone doesn't look like what is on the roll. ( we were at the store taking a picture of the roll) 4) he said sometimes what you see on the outside of the roll isn't what it looks like on the floor. There is a definite red tile in the picture we took but the entire floor that is down now is slate with not one drop of red, mind you this is a 14' x 20' floor. My mom and I decide she should call the owner. The owners name is William Kerr, he gets on the phone and tells mom they do fill out forms when she orders and that the paperwork she has is the form. It is not. We went on Saturday the 14th. I was with the customer service guy when he was filling it out. It is a form in portrait length. The form mom has is dated the 17th and is in landscape length. He went on to tell her the same thing about how pictures do not look the same from one camera to the next.
