So being loyal to local business was a priority. How wrong we were. I explained that they may want mark my purchase as completed so the item could be taken out of inventory. I was a retail manager for years and I know what it's like having to try to explain shortages to district managers! Obviously they didn't because I was able to order and pay for the item again today, asking for in store pickup. It's something that I use frequently so it's not a purchase I made simply to prove a point. It is the only one (supposedly) in stock. Time will tell. Honestly, the current management is more interested in hanging out and chit chatting with their staff than actually helping customers.
