I ordered a 16 piece and only got 8 had to drive back to talk to a manager and they did right by me by replacing my order to no extra charge to myself so, food is great just wish the service was a bit faster. read more

Do not go here at all. If you want churches, chicken, go to the one and pooler, their customer service is a lot better. I place an order online just like I do at the one in Pooler. I always picked it up in the drive-thru so I did the same in Hinesville. When I got to the speaker they were already rude and told me I had to come in, there is no way to get out of line so you can come in side. I told the lady that normally they let me pick it up in the drive-thru and she got rude and told me to pull up. I waited in line and got to the window at 7pm when my order should of been ready at 6:38pm. When I got to the window she told me I had to come in after I already waited for my order. My son was already asleep in the car I said I wanted to wait for my order I was already in line for a long time and had to wait. Than I was told they were going to bring me my chicken I already read all the reviews while waiting in line saying they left people outside waiting for orders and never even brought them so I wasn't going to do that. Than I was told they only had white meat I was fine with that since I already was waiting forever. The other lady kept calling me crazy for wanting to wait and I was holding up the line when my order should of already been ready to begin with. I ended up calling corporate on them while I was waiting because I kept getting called crazy and was being told that my picture was going to be posted on social media, which isn't okay. The chicken could have been fresh and it was soggy, and if they messed up the first time and we went back the second time the least they could have done was make sure it was correct, then the Mac and cheese was cold and it didn't even taste right, the only thing that was good was the biscuits. read more

I stopped by this establishment for my husband around 4 P M. He enjoys a piece of "Church's" chicken from time to time. They gave me my change in quarters. My order was 9 and change. I gave a twenty dollar bill. I get that stuff happens, but really quarters? Please notify me before I place my order that you have no cash for change and give me a heads up to use a card or have exact amount due. read more

Great food and friendly service. We were treated like crap down the street at Bojangles at the drive through, so we didn't get anything, but came here to church's chicken instead. Church's definately made up for the rudeness at Bojangles. For now on, I know which place I will choose. read more

I don't go here much anymore because the quality has gone in the trash it seems. Also there is only one shift manager there who seems to give a crap about her job and she's a young white lady. The ethnic women there have bad attitudes and very poor customer service skills. They don't care about giving good service or product at all. This is what my wife received today. None of this chicken should have been given out. The hair hat told my wife "it's gonna be darker because it's spicy". This chicken should have been thrown out but Laquisha apparently didn't care. I was waiting 5 mins patiently at drive thru considering I saw people inside working only after those 5 minutes I got to to please wait I did another 5 minutes went by and I asked for a 10 for 10$ all spicy and then only to get told that they were all out after waiting at the window after I paid and if I want spicy I was gonna have to wait another 15mins so by then I was mad but hungry and just accepted that I was gonna wait . I have visited churches a couple of times since they reopened with new management and have been very pleased. It's been clean when it was open inside and the food was hot and tasty. For some reason today when I went and I got my chicken half of it was soggy the skin wasn't crisp and it was only warm and wasn't really hot. So I was a little disappointed today until I called and spoke with James and he assured me that he would take care of it the next time. As I said before I have been very pleased with it prior to this time so maybe this was just a slow day and the chicken sat for a while or something. Great MGMT skills Mr. James. read more

Drive-through is the worst when I pulled up scraped the bottom of my car because of pot holes took about 15 minutes to get my food and the food there was not the greatest. The biscuits looked like they were two days old, the soda tasted disgusting. And to make it better the drive through doesn't work so you have to pull up and remember what you want.
