In the middle, they have a huge spread of various salads, from traditional vegetable salads to seafood salads, ceviche, potatoes, cheeses, etc. On the side, they have some pasta, pizza and sliders. You'd think that they have this for the Americans, but don't overlook the sliders, they're not your usual dry burger sliders! They're al pastor sliders complete with pineapple! They also have cocktails and margaritas but I decided not to get alcoholic drinks this time around. The dessert section is huge. Each dessert is a bite-sized portion so you can try a little bit of everything! And of course the meats! I loved the beef, pork and the sausages that I got. This is an all-you-can-eat Brazilian steakhouse in Tijuana's Zona Rio enclave. I've come here several times, and every time I've left satisfied. Parking here is no problem, they have a sizable lot, as well as valet parking. The place is pretty big, clean, and nicely decorated. One we got our table, we went to the salad bar area and got a plate of whatever items were going to complement our choices of meat. At the table, we got a tab where green meant we wanted to be offered a cut of meat, and red meant stop. I mainly went for the lean beef and chicken cuts. The meat options were tasty, and the variety at the salad bar was pretty good. At the tail end of dinner, we were offered cinnamon flavored pineapple, which is one of my favorites. Wow. Where do I start? This place wouldn't make it any longer than three months in California. Everything about is pathetic, except for the service, ambience, and the drinks. But you're coming for the food, right? The food is absolutely one or two stars. My wife is Brazilian and I've been to Brazil many times, not to mention I've been to endless churrascarias in America. There were no corners left to cut with the food in this restaurant. Everything is awful. From the cheese bread to the meat to the salad bar, everything is designed to look wonderful, but the quality is two stars at best. Plus our nine-year-old daughter was exactly at the height line with shoes on, and they counted her as an adult and charged us accordingly. I told them it was because of the shoes and they did not listen. That's not the reason why they're getting two stars though. A must try if you're visiting Tijuana! We came to this restaurant because of a recommendation and were not disappointed we did. We've been curious to try other Brazilian steakhouses in the US but could never bring ourselves to spend $60+ per person considering I'm not a big fan of buffets or meat. But this place is only about $22 per person (dependent on the conversion rate) and so worth it! They have so many different beef, seafood, and chicken options. All the staff is super attentive constantly asking if you need more drink or if there's a specific cut of meat you're looking for. Chicken isn't a super popular cut at a steakhouse but they would put it on the grill if I asked and brought it straight out of the kitchen to the table. Ambiance is a mix of people. We've only gone during lunch and it's a mix of casual and some folks who are here for special occasions. I imagine dinner is a bit fancier and more celebrations but honestly no one cares. Seriously disappointed. First off, the waiters did not do a good job with serving. They didn't even come over to offer me a drink until about half and hour after I got there. All the other tables were served drinks except for me even though I was the first one there. The heavier set waiter didn't even stop by my table when he did stop by the others. The food was disappointing. It was overcooked to the point that the meat was dry for the beef, and the chorizo was undercooked to the point that it gave me food poisoning. I have been to these types of restaurants throughout Brazil. The meat in Brazil is excellent so I expected this place to not be at that level. They have a huge display of salads, which is typical with these kinds of restaurants in Brazil. The waiters walk around with freshly cooked meats. They have a passion fruit chicken, which I've never had in Brazil. The passion fruit chicken is very dry. The meats are over cooked but the sirloin steak is probably the best piece of meat they offer, but I wish they would serve it less cooked. The picanha cut needed salt and was a bit tough. The cheese bread, which is typical in Brazil is pretty good. The pear salad was really good. The service is excellent and that is what pushed my review to 5 stars. I am sorry for doing this but I need to remove my 5 star review. I got really bad food poisoning at this location. I immediately told the manager, she brought me the bill and said sorry but did not reduce the bill at all. read more

Have been dying to try this place and it didn't disappoint! My family and I have frequented TJ for years and have always gone to the same restaurants (Los Arcos, Tacos El Franc, Sanborn, etc.) but I have always wanted to come and try the food here. To start off, it was a Saturday night so this place was bustling! There was a ton of people outside waiting to be seated. I went and asked for a table and thought the wait would be at least 20-30 minutes but we were seated almost immediately! The only downside was we were seated right next to the salad bar so there was constantly an influx of people either trying to get food or simply walking past our table. This became a little annoying to deal with after some time. Other than this, the food itself was excellent! The cuts of meat, the variety of food available, the appetizers and the dessert; there wasn't anything I was dissatisfied with because it was all so good. The best part was it is an experience that is identical to Brazilian steakhouses in the United States but it's only 23$ a head (I know!) ! We tried so many meats, I don't remember all of them but the ones that stood out were the filet mignon, the baby beef, the picanha, and some of the arrachera. They were for sure the BEST! The only thing I will say is the environment is incredibly busy as there are waiters and servers running around the restaurant serving food and bottles of wine and whatnot. This can be difficult to deal with as you really need to be aware of your surroundings. The one thing that made me not give a five stars is the fact that I ordered a filet mignon as the last thing I wanted to try before we left and it took about forty five minutes to come out. Multiple waiters assured me over a timespan of like 30 minutes that it would be out in five minutes but this clearly was not true lol. Other than this, it was a great experience. This was our group's first time at a Brazilian steakhouse, below is our experience. Hospitality - slight confusion with the host in the beginning but we were quickly showed to our outside patio seats. Servers were friendly and prompt in bringing us napkins and drinks. Limit is 90 minutes. Drinks - we ordered tamarind and cucumber agua frescas. This was probably the worst tamarind drink I've ever tasted. It has a very overwhelming taste of lemon and does not have the sour hint of tamarind. Cucumber drink was good. Salad, sides, dessert - didn't bother. Sushi looked and tasted off, rest of the sides resembles Chinese buffet quality. No room for these fillers. Meat - what we came here for and they were average at best. Octopus overcooked, shrimp was seasoned well, chicken were dried, pork was adequate, and the beef was not memorable at all. I was most looking forward to the tomahawk and the server gave me the thinnest slice of meat known to man. I didn't even get to taste the pink/red meat, it was more like the brown outer char. The guy spent 10 secs trimming it as thin as possible and walked away thinking it was acceptable. We did not get to try all the meat despite being there for the whole 90 minutes. Not sure if our party was discriminated because some of us were in casual clothes but we always get the scrap of popular beef cuts and never got to try the beef with cheese nor the sizzling steak. Apparently they don't keep track of which tables get what, very disappointed. This was definitely not a memorable experience, and I will not be back any time soon. You're paying 3x less compared to San Diego, but you're not saving much taken into account the child portion cuts and lower quality meat. read more

Wholeheartedly concur with some other reviews here that this is the best Brazilian steakhouse I've ever been to, especially in terms of value! Have been a handful of times to this location in the Zona Rio section of Tijuana - fairly cheap Uber or taxi ride from the border (Uber definitely cheaper). Upscale atmosphere with great customer service. Salad and dessert bar look great and are included in the all-you-can-eat price but I only go for the meats. At something around $20/person (sometimes cheaper depending on when you go) the value can't be beat - an AYCE Brazilian steakhouse like this in the United States would be $45-$70/person. (For example, Fogo de Chao right across the border in San Diego is $62.95/person for basically the same quality of meat!) Beers were incredibly cheap too - believe I paid something like $2/beer. The meats come around pretty fast until you're full. No problem if you don't speak Spanish (most or all staff speak English) and no problem if you want to pay in dollars instead of pesos. They accept credit cards as well! Also, while the spot is a bit upscale, no problem if you come dressed casually (as I always have). Can expect a wait if you are going on the weekends or during peak hours. Can't recommend enough! read more
