What do you do when its hot af while you are shopping nearby Mexico? You search for a cool Mexican treat. I came here on a Friday and there were a few people in line at this food stand. Once it was my turn, I asked if he had anything similar to a mangonada. For about $6.50 he made me something similar, called their Pinata something (I didn't see it on the menu). It contained lots of mango sherbet, mango chunks, mexican candy straw, and lots of chamoy, chilli, and tapatio. It was more than enough in size and I could only have half of it. I was good as a snack and was very sweet and spicy. I was hoping it was a little thirst quenching but far from it. It was a little pricey, however I was fine with it. Other items on the menu include their shaved ice, fruit bowls, and Popsicle. They also have a healthy menu with acai bowls and fresh fruit juice. The guy working there was really nice and friendly. He was very quick with my order and made it perfectly although there was a few people after me. This place is worth checking out if you want something sweet that isn't too unhealthy.

Ordered the mangoneada and was pleased with the chamoy and mango flavor, but was disappointed that the actual mango chunks were frozen. Most places serve fresh mango and I could taste the mango chunks defrosting in my mouth. However, I would come back and try other products.

After walking around the outlet on a hot day, needed a quick refresher. Tried one of their Piñata Cups & I fell in LOVE! They have different kind of items including an Acai bowl, but their Piñata Cups grabbed my attention. The selection I got, you had an option to choose two "garrafa ice-creams". I choose mango and strawberry and everything mixed well altogether. You will love this place!

Chamango was the real deal. Decent prices. Wish the cup would've been a little bigger for the price tho.

I'm really glad we did because the food was so good that we actually came back two days in a row -- which should tell you a lot about how delicious it was. We tried a few different items, including several types of tostadas and their shrimp cocktail. Every single item we ordered was full of flavor and tasted fresh. If there's one thing I highly recommend, it's the Chula Vista Tostada -- that was easily one of my favorites. The service was good and the wait for the food wasn't long at all. We went once on Saturday and again on Sunday. The lines were pretty small when we arrived, but it definitely picked up afterward. To anyone reading this review, don't let the negative reviews stop you from trying this place. Sometimes the best way to know is to try it for yourself. Trust me when I say the seafood here is worth it -- you won't be disappointed.

The day was just beginning, so I opted for an 8oz lager from Insurgente to start the day. Service from the bar was friendly - the bartender provided multiple tasters and recommendations. This crisp and refreshing definitely hit the spot for under $2. My friend had a trio of tacos and sangria. The food was fairly priced, came out quickly, and tasty (I tried a bite). Definitely an option to keep in mind for group dining. Looking forward to returning to try out more!

I was looking for a place that…read morespecializes in chilaquiles, a vast variety of them, but found the Yelp page to be unaware of that location's closing. So, short on time, we opted to eat from one of the other food stalls, and found one with, you guessed it, a few varieties of chilaquiles. They did look wonderful on the plate, and were seemingly perfectly executed, complete with sunny egg and nicely coated chips. The one with shredded beef had very tasty beef, but suffered, as did the house special variety, from a lack of flavor overall. Both dishes were just quite bland in the same way, and lacked any excitement of flavors. We didn't finish them, and opted not to take the leftovers. Beverages: I ordered a mezcalita, having had an excellent one at Telefonico a couple of weeks prior, and hoping to have something similar. Instead of a smaller cocktail with a kick, this was extremely watery and had a commercial taste to it. I didn't finish this either. I only had food from one of the places, so can't judge the rest, but I don't see myself going back. Bland food from one and a miserable drink from another don't suggest good odds.
