I made a reservation for October 25th under the name Jackson. The service was less than mediocre. Our server was very rude. I guess because our party was 17, instead of the 25 I reserved. May have contribute to her unfriendly, and unprofessional attitude. She started out with a demanding tone in her voice. "I will take your drink orders, and your food order, and I will not start until everyone is seated". One person was late. I had to get her attention several times just to get her drink, and food order. I'm used to servers being friendly or at least wishing the birthday person happy birthday. I attempted to ask her for water, I couldn't really get the words out, because she kept interrupting me " I will bring you more tea" this went on for about 30 second until I had to raise my voice, I'm asking for water. Her response " there water on the table" I informed the pitcher is empty. Even if the pitcher wasn't empty, why would I want to drink water out of the glass I was drinking tea in. Instead of putting the water pitcher back in the spot where pick it from, she put on the other end of the table. I ask for Pico with my plate; she brought my plate and stated your plate doesn't come with Pico, and it will cost more for Pico, I said I want Pico. They brought out a shot container of Pico. After she gotten everyone's payment, she walked off. I had to stop her and ask for the cakes I brought in. She brought the cakes and put them on the gift table. You think she would have ask do I need someone to clear the table or plates for the cake. No, she walked off and went to a table where three people had just arrived. I went to the manager, and asked if someone can clear the tables, and for folks. I guess because her gratuity was 20% per check, she didn't feel the need to be polite. And the food was not good. I went home and ate a bowl of creamy chicken noddle soup, my son cooked tasted better than the food I paid for. The food was really good, the waitress was very tentative, and there was 90s music playing in the background. There was four in party, including two kids. Today we placed a company order, the order got dropped during delivery so it had to get replaced, then when it finally got delivered, the meat was dry and the tortillas were hard and dry, the red salsa was spoiled and had bubbles at the top of it with white foam, I will NEVER order from here again..... read more

Went here for the first time as a date night. I was impressed! The decor and lights hung across the ceiling makes it feel like a jungle which is just so cool. I felt like I had so much to look at. We also were able to check in online which is a huge plus in my book. Our server Olivia was super sweet and took great care of us. We were also greeted and sat immediately when we came in. 5/5 on service. Keep it up Chuy's! The enchiladas were not the best I've ever had but it's more of a personal preference on the sauce than anything else. It tasted a little too similar to canned chili if you know what I what I mean. I'm not changing my score, because it's still a great place to come for dinner, but I'd be remiss for not calling out the post-COVID changes to the menu: my beloved veggie combo is gone, and the filling in the veggie enchiladas have changed. No more chile rellenos at all (NOOOO!). The giant, multi-page menu has been scaled back to one large front-and-back, so be aware that some old friends have left the kitchen for good. The boom-boom sauce, special nachos, and big-as-yo-face burritos are still here, and certainly worth a visit. The ambiance is still as delightfully funky as ever. The service is excellent, and the vibe is, as ever, still Chuy's. But the menu is quite different, and some of the best vegetarian options have been tragically rotated off. read more

Customer Service was Decent. We were seated fast. Our Server was very respectful and fast although, forgetful. He continued to get our drink orders wrong. Not to mention our drinks had to be replaced several times because they tasted bad or flat. Our food was good not great. Chips and salsa was really good. My Ribs were excellent tasting, my fries were nice and crisp and my cold slaw had amazing flavor. However my entire dish was room temperature...I would have loved to eat a hot meal. My hubs and I went to Chuy's happy hour a couple of nights ago. The service was a top contender for the worst waitperson of all time.

We grabbed our order to go on a Friday night. We ordered inside, and waited about 15 minutes for our food. The service was quick and friendly. The food came out perfectly and with plenty of chips to take with us. They also have margaritas to go! Let me start off by making it clear, I am NOT a Tex-Mex person at all. But, this is the exception that never disappoints. Why you ask? Where should I start? The chips are perfectly crispy, hot, fresh, and the salsa is good to. But if you've never tried the jalapeño ranch with the chips, it is life changing and be prepared to get hooked. The Margaritas are life here, all of them are good! I can never drink more than 2, due to safety and precautionary reasons (and to keep myself from getting wild or embarrassing myself). Fresh made flour tortillas, period. The QUESO!! The fresh sour cream, I mean I could go on and on. All the appetizers are great, the steak fajita quesadillas are my favorite, and the sampler platter. This is what i usually order as my meal because i don't want to waste any room in my tummy with rice or beans (besides I am eating chips non-stop so the room left is minimal). There is enough for me to eat now and for tomorrow. It's a win - win situation. I also love the soft tacos (all on fresh flour tortillas) plates. I get super excited when we are going to Chuy's. This is a really popular spot, so check in online or sit at the bar enjoy a margarita and chips while you wait for your table (or eat at the bar). The service here never disappoints. I've had take out here and at in the restaurant once. The first time, I got a steak burrito and it was pretty good! I asked for the hatch chile sauce on the side which was the move because even though I love spicy food, that sauce is HOT so it was nice to be able to control the portion of the sauce. Jenn our bartender was awesome, she was working so hard and never once stopped. Even being busy still made time to banter and make the experience so much fun! Me and our friend are from Houston and she made our whole weekend.
