The other cooked medium rare was much juicier. So lean towards medium rare. The shape of the filet was wonky. I'm used to a firm tall filet. I think I saw these are cut in house? Maybe that's why it was wonky. It tasted good tons of grill/smoke flavor which I could have done at home. I don't usually order steak here and I probably won't again. But the sides are great- the green beans have brisket and bacon? Not sure but they were yummy. The baked potato only came with sour cream and cheese. Maybe butter too but it must have melted on the line. No bacon or chives... I was happy to share this restaurant with my family but note to self- try somewhere else next time in town.
