There are tables on both sides of the restaurant, and you can watch the staff handcraft each pizza fresh as it's ordered. We also noticed a steady stream of customers coming in to pick up takeout orders, which was a great sign that this place is a local favorite. Since it was our first visit, we weren't sure what to order. The young woman at the front was incredibly friendly and recommended the Detroit-style pizza, so we decided on the DTC Deluxe with mushrooms, pepperoni, olives, red onions, mozzarella, and bell peppers. When our pizza arrived, it was the perfect size for the two of us to share. The crust had perfectly crispy, cheesy edges, the sauce-to-cheese ratio was just right, and every bite was packed with flavor. It was one of those pizzas that leaves you wanting "just one more slice." What truly made our experience special was the outstanding customer service. When the owner found out it was our first time dining there, she surprised us with complimentary cinnamon roll knots for dessert. They were served warm, soft, and absolutely melted in our mouths. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made us feel genuinely welcomed. From the exceptional service to the delicious food and friendly staff, everything about our visit exceeded our expectations. I based it off the photo and what was delivered was not what was in the photo. Instead, I got these small, nickel sized diameter "dumplings" that are straight up mushy. Xiao long bao: maybe it was delivery issue, but all dumplings were broken, and the soup leaked. Aside from this, the wrapping is thick especially at the top where the twist is. The filling is also mushy but better than the shrimp Shumai. I still wouldn't get this again. Chili wontons: again, maybe a delivery issue but there wasn't a lot of chili oil since it leaked out of the bag. Aside from that, the wrapper was thick. Filling was meh. That was delicious, and the olive oil and vinegar mix was tasty. I ordered the Tagliatelle au Ragu. First of all, they gave me Tagliolini, *not* Tagliatelle. And the Ragu was a 1/2 liter. Really? That's not how the Romans do it. The other person in the party ordered Amatriciana. Kind of meh. We've had amazing Amatriciana in Rome, this fell short. The tiramisu dessert was amazing. The service was well paced. We sat in the side area. The main area (where you enter) is very noisy. So this is a bit of a generous 4 star review. The pizzas look great - we might come back here to try them. This place is good, not great, but it is better than most Italian restaurants in the Denver metro. The staff was quick though to check on us and make sure we had everything and to refill out waters. The spring rolls were delicious and wrapped nice and tight. I hate when you start to bite in to them and they fall apart. The phone was good. I would say maybe the meat to be sliced a little thinner but over good flavor. I would come back again especially if we are in the area and have a need for some yummy pho.

It was very loud for about an hour and then the place began to empty out and the noise level was more tolerable. Quick additional tip: We tried to go to dinner at 5pm tonight (granted it's a Saturday) and even though the restaurant looked almost empty we were told it would be an hour wait for our party of 6. The Hubs ordered the Smoked Pulled Pork Sandwich that comes with bourbon bbq sauce, creamy coleslaw and pickles, and is served with fries (although he swapped out the fries for more slaw). Everything was delicious! I had my burger cooked medium-well and it was perfect; it was still slightly pink inside and moist. While the burger was very tasty, one major plus was that it was also structurally sound (all the ingredients stayed inside the bun and the bun didn't fall apart)! The Hubs also enjoyed his pulled pork sandwich. I tasted the bbq sauce and the slaw that came with his lunch and both were amazing (I dipped more of my fries into the extra bbq sauce that came with his sandwich than I did into the comeback sauce). The fries that came with the burger were crispy, not greasy and not overly salted. While I only had an iced tea with lunch, I did peruse their specialty drinks menu. Wowza, is that a read! We'll be back sometime soon for dinner so we can check that out. BTW, their food menu is more than burgers and sandwiches and there are some nice sounding items that appeal to me more for dinner than lunch (two examples (1) Hoisin Ginger Tuna: Sashimi-grade tuna seared rare, parmesan risotto, arugula slaw, (2) Pesto Cream Salmon: Pan seared salmon crusted with parmesan breadcrumbs, penne pasta, pesto cream sauce, cherry tomatoes, roasted red pepper). Despite this restaurant's location next to a boarded up vacant restaurant and being right next to I25, the interior is surprisingly nice and welcoming. And our server was friendly and helpful. So no complaints here!
