Adriana's is by far my favorite local place to go. I'm a south Texan and the Migas are delicious!!!!! I crave Adriana's food when I am here in Colorado! She is adorable and so friendly, the food is incredible (beyond the migas!), the place is absolutely adorable, and looks authentically Mexican. Service is always great, the food is great, and it feel like home going to eat there. Adriana remembers a lot of her customers (me included, and I don't even live here!), and she goes above and beyond for us! 10 out of 5 stars for Adriana's! read more

They were so busy for Mother's Day but were gracious and friendly. We got there early to avoid the crowds. Lunch was winding down but take out was ramping up. Wanted something light so I decided on the seared ahi salad. He got the pork burrito. The chips and salsa were really good. Fresh tortilla chips. Crisp and tasty. The ahi was so fresh. This food is wonderful. This is not something quick and flavorless... but the chef knows what he's doing. Service is very pleasant and quick. Had to update this. The salsa and chips are excellent. Just had the carnitas plate. My Gr son had carne asada tacos, wife had detinga tacos, and el niña had fries and quesadilla. That's after feeding her Chick-fil-A on the way here. Can't keep these kids fed. The food was amazing! We were the last table in for lunch so got a few pics without people. Oh my word!! I've eaten dinners here before and love them BUT have never tried their breakfasts...until today!! Y'all need to get here for breakfast because let me tell you it was amazing!! We went for a drive out Franktown way and stumbled on this treasure. We walked in to a bright friendly atmosphere punctuated by a sunny waitress behind the bar who instructed us where to sit & handed us menus. Place was busy, and for most of our visit she was the lone remarkably efficient wait staff. It was fun just watching her! Then the food. Wow! I ordered the shrimp taco plate. We're not talking those tiny shrimp-- there were huge shrimp in 3 tacos. Wonderful flavor. Husband had the #2 combo & lived it as well. We relocated to Castle Rock Colorado six months ago from California. We have been trying and trying to find a great Mexican food restaurant. The search is over and we are so happy. This place is amazing. My wife got chicken enchiladas I got the Carnitas plate, tacos and an order of fresh salsa. Everything was fresh the carnitas was juicy and extremely flavorful. Adriana's is our favorite Mexican restaurant in the Parker area. All of the dishes are delicious -- it's hard to decide whether to have red or green chilli sauce, because they are both the best. The people who work there are friendly and on top of things. Adriana's is our hands down FAVORITE Mexican food restaurant in Colorado! We are from Texas where Tex-Mex is king. The salads were great, though my shell was half baked today (I didn't need to be eating that anyway), so that was a little sad. The one thing that I REALLY don't like here and it is now a repeat issue (three visits), the place stinks! I would love to spell the delicious food, but twice is has smelled like sewer, today, we were right by the kitchen and it smelled like an a very strong outhouse deodorizer covering up sewer smell. It really was not pleasant smelling it while eating. Why does this restaurant always stink? I hope I am not the only one reporting this, because maybe they will do something about it if multiple people complain. It really takes away from the experience!!

Someone brought us chips and salsa once we were seated and before our waiter arrived to take our order. Our waiter was friendly and attentive. She was quick to bring us our drinks and was always ready with the refills without requesting it. The food was promptly served. We ordered the carnitas and enchiladas and both menu items were tasty and flavorful. The rice and beans were cooked just right. The only complaint was that both plates had a lot of onions so we ended up picking a lot of them out. We also ordered dessert. It came out quick and was delicious.

Every time I go to a New Mexican restaurant if they have it on the Menu I try their Menudo. The Menudo here is very good and a very generous serving. It is different than any I have ever had. Because of it I will be back to sample more of their menu. When you walk in the vibe is very South of the Border. The service is good they are very attentive but don't hang at your table. Looking to try a New Mexican restaurant, then Casa Mata should be on the top of your list.

Great customer service in fact, the staff was very welcoming. We arrived on a week day for lunch & it was busy. Customers order & pay at the counter, then are given a number for the table. When your food is ready it is brought out to you. Also, there is a self service fountain drink station. Once seated we were given a complimentary bowl of tortilla chips & salsa. I enjoyed the chips & salsa, they were tasty. I ordered from the Lunch Special Menu & had the #3 which was one Cheese Enchilada & one crispy Chile Relleno served with rice & beans, all for $7.99! I liked the sauce on the enchilada & relleno but the relleno tasted slightly burned, (I should have asked for another)...it was crispy. The enchilada needed more cheese & seasoning and the rice & beans lacked seasoning as well. I'm hoping this was a "one off" experience, however I will return to try their food again. After all there are not many places that offer such a great price with great service!

I am happy to pay a bit more for a great meal, but with small portions and a limited menu Dos Santos does not deliver against what they are charging. While the service was very good, the space is really compact so it made it feel like I was seated with the table next to mine. It also made it difficult to physically eat our food as the dishes barely fit on the small tables. The menu seems over-engineered lacking some basic options without one ingredient that tries to justify the outrageous price tag of their tacos. Overall if you like taking a second mortgage on your house to leave hungry and unsatisfied, while learning about the next tables life because they are nearly sitting on your lap, you may like Dos Santos.
