Chuy's is a local Mexican chain restaurant, and to be honest probably my favorite Tex Mex Chain restaurant. My parents visit this location numerous times and we sometimes will visit here when my husband and I are in South Florida. They have a really fun vibe with lots of colors, pictures of doggies everywhere and hubcaps on the ceiling. They have booths and tables and seating at the bar as well, along with seating outside. If you go early you can be seated quickly. If it gets later into dinner you are going to wait. I don't mind waiting because they have a bar and what's better with Mexican food than a Margarita! They are so good and can be really large! I love the frozen Mango Margarita which I just learned they stopped doing, but the other flavors are also good. They start you off with chips and salsa. I also asked for creamy jalapeno sauce instead of the salsa. The creamy jalapeno is spicy but I love it and use it on everything! The salsa can be spicy depending on the day, since it is made in house it tends to be different each time. I usually order the same thing, cheese enchiladas with the Tex Mex sauce. This comes with two enchiladas with cheese and the sauce of your choice along with beans and rice. YUM OH! I don't like refried beans, so I always get double rice. Tip: add the creamy jalapeno sauce and ask for extra cheese and add both to the rice!! That combination for me is so delicious. I have also had the fajitas (steak and chicken), and the tortilla soup. Everything is really delicious. I have never had a bad meal here. Everything tastes so fresh and comes out hot and is really just delicious. My parents always get the fajitas (they have for 1 or for 2) and share them. They come with the standard fajita toppings along with beans and rice. Recently my mom usually orders the Elvis which is 3 enchiladas, a taco and like a large large chip with queso. Its a great deal actually. My husband always gets the salad which is loaded with chicken and vegetable toppings, as well as cheese and avocado. It is more on the healthier side, but it is really good. Their tortillas are made fresh, with an employee hand rolling and cooking them in the restaurant. I am a big fan of Mexican food, and yes this is a chain with locations around, but it is a really great chain. Everything is fresh, it tastes awesome and is just really good! You definitely need to try it. It does get busy in the evening so you might have to wait but it is worth it. I really like this location, the staff is always great and friendly, the food is delicious, the parking lot is pretty large but again it can get crowded.

Came here with a close friend to catch up on life, and we had a really good experience. My friend works for this company in Kentucky, so he wanted to see how the Florida location compares. It's definitely a little different from what he's used to, but the food was still solid and we enjoyed everything we ordered. Our server was great -- very attentive, checked on us often, and made sure we had everything we needed. The atmosphere had a nice vibe: not too loud, not too quiet... just comfortable enough for a real conversation. Overall, great spot for a relaxed meal and catching up. Would definitely come back!

I am wanting to say I love Chuys is delicious and it is always a great time! They have a very decorative indoor seating area that really adds to the vibes. I love their chips and salsa and ranch dip that comes to the table. The ranch dip is such a unique flavor, but it is addicting as well as their very thin chips. For food, I ordered the beef burrito with the tomatillo deluxe sauce on top. Their burritos are huge here and extremely filling, but delicious. The sides and rice that come with it really add to the dishes as well. Service is always top notch and it feels like you are treated very well. I say this, as I definitely don't go to Chuy's enough and I need to go here more because the food is just out of this world. Hopefully I will be back very soon!

Chuy's is a local Mexican restaurant, with different locations around the state now. This one in particular is the closest to our family's home, in the Ft Lauderdale area. We have been here numerous times with my in laws as well as my wife and Their vibe is very colorful, lots of things to look at; pictures, hubcap ceilings, and funny teeshirts which they actually sell. Booths and tables are available, as well as tables outside and bar seating. The wait can get pretty long if you are going later in the evening. The positive about having to wait, is the bar area. They make great margaritas and go perfect with the food. You can also order drinks at your table. My wife loves the Mango and Strawberry margaritas. Your meals start with their chips, which are thin, salty and always served hot. They also have a very chunky style salsa. We also really like the creamy jalapeno sauce; you have to ask for it sometimes. But it so delicious and we love it with the chips. This sauce does have a kick though, which I enjoy. I ordered the Mexi-Cobb Salad (Fresh salad mix with fajita chicken, green chiles, cheese, avocados & tomatoes with a cilantro vinaigrette) love this salad a lot. I usually get it when dining here. My wife ordered the cheese enchiladas with tex mex sauce and no beans, double rice. She also likes to add cheese to the rice and add the creamy jalapeno sauce to it. My mother and father in-laws decided to share the fajitas They almost always get this meal. My wife and I have had them as well. It's just simply delicious. It comes with the classic toppings and fresh flour tortillas. All of their tortillas are made fresh in house. Overall, we love this type of food and for a "chain" this one is pretty good. It is probably our favorite chain Mexican restaurant around us. Everything is fresh, the servers are usually always nice.

Food was really good! Their hot queso with meat guac and all the goodies was delicious! I had a chicken quesadilla which was original it comes in like 4 pieces more like crispy tacos. Loved it! My husband has the steak burrito and loved it! It was a busy Sunday our service was slow. But I'll be back because food was so good!

I've driven by Chuy's so many times and was always curious to try it out. On a Friday night, my family and I finally decided to check it out and I'm glad we did. We were seated within 5 minutes of arriving, which was a nice surprise for a busy night. The restaurant offers both patio and indoor seating; we went with indoors, and I loved the colorful, lively decor that truly captures the Tex-Mex vibe. From the moment you walk in, it feels festive and fun. They start you off with complimentary chips and salsa, which I like to think of as a little "welcome gift." The menu had plenty of options without being overwhelming. We ordered the steak fajitas, chicken flautas, and of course the famous "Big As Yo' Face" burrito. That burrito definitely lived up to its name it was huge, flavorful, and so filling! On top of the food and service, the atmosphere made this visit special. My daughter and my niece had such a great time looking around at all the colors, the pictures, and even the indoor palm trees. Chuy's felt more like an experience than just a dinner out. Overall, this was a fun, family friendly spot with great food and a lively atmosphere.

"Why has it taken me so long to try Chuy's" is the only way to describe my experience! After a long week, I was looking for some good comfort food and after searching through Yelp, I came across Chuy's and thought it would be worth a try. And I'm happy to report that Chuy's is indeed worth it! To start off, service was very friendly from the front podium all the way to the seat. It didn't look like it would be too packed from the outside but there were a good amount of people dining in which was a good sign. The server welcomed us with some chips and different dipping options! One was a salsa that had a little spice and the other was a white sauce that almost resembled a thinner ranch style sauce but I didn't ask further about it. Both sauces were great! For my meal, I ordered the Fajita chicken burrito and it did not disappoint. It was smothered is sauce and cheese and was the perfect dinner indulgence I needed to kick off the weekend. The decor was very nice inside and was surprisingly u expected based on how the outside looks. If you're looking for some good Tex Mex, great service, and a very thought out environment, get out to Chuy's!

Our waiter Alberto was phenomenal. He gave us water right away and brought us chips and sauces. He constantly made sure we had enough chips and sauces and refilled our sodas without being told. He was so attentive and friendly. He made our dinner that much better! Our food was so delicious! I don't know what's in the green dipping sauce but it is so good. I even overheard other customers talking about it. we also ordered the green chile chicken empanadas and I should have ordered a to go plate as well because it was that yummy. Not too spicy that makes it unbearable to eat, not too much flavor where you can't taste the chicken, enough sauce, and a nice portion. The place is decorated with vibrant paintings, great lighting, and bright walls. Very nice decorations, very spacious, and has a nice Tex mex feel to it. Highly recommend coming here for lunch, dinner, or happy hour and ask for Alberto! You won't be disappointed.

We've been wanting to try Chuy's for quite some time. Chuy's is a clean well lit place with very nice decor and an attentive staff. As soon as we sat down an order of chips and salsa was placed on the table. Along with the salsa was a very good jalapeño style ranch dressing to dip the chips in it was really good. We wanted to try an assortment of their dishes so we ordered a beef and chicken combo fajita and an order of Carbon tacos. Both came with a generous portion of lettuce, cheddar cheese, sour cream and chopped tomatoes. Everything was very good. My wife ordered a strawberry margarita and I ordered a frozen lime both were good but could have used more tequila, next time I'll add a floater, and there will be a next time as we want to try more of their food. This could be our regular Tex-Mex place.

Chuy's is a great example of a chain restaurant done right, this location is no exception; the food and service are always consistently great. They serve all the Tex-Mex staples from tacos and burritos to fajitas and deep fried flautas, you can't go wrong here, it's all good! What's also good are the drinks, with an extensive selection of margaritas, mojitos, and other "Texas sized" cocktails. Portions are large and with the endless chips and salsa included with your meal chances are you'll be going home with leftovers; Chuy's is a great value for the money especially during these crazy times. Go check it out for yourself!

Food was amazing! We ordered the appetizer plate and it was more than enough food for two people. The service could have been a little better. We were one of three parties in the restaurant and still had to wait 10 minutes before drink orders were taken or chips and dip were brought. But overall we enjoyed our meal!

We didn't realize this was a sit down place but none the less it is still a good. Their portions however are huge so go hungry. The food was all good and spicy as well. The decor was super cute. Reminded me of Texas a bit, specifically El Paso. Our waitress was great as well. I would come back as a casual get together but the tres leche cake was a bit dry towards the top. I am wondering if it's cause we got the absolute last piece

Parking was a bit challenging due to the limited number of spaces, but once we walked inside, the experience more than made up for it. We were warmly greeted by Carolina, who also became our server. She was incredibly patient and took her time walking us through the menu, explaining each dish and how everything is prepared. Her dedication to customer satisfaction truly stood out, and we hope management recognizes what an asset she is. Carolina proudly shared that every item on the menu is made in‑house, and it absolutely shows. My wife ordered the Quesadilla de Pollo with a side of Arroz Mexicano and couldn't stop talking about the exceptional flavors. I chose the Tostada al Pastor, a small Tortilla Soup, and a side salad. Everything was delicious, but the Tortilla Soup was the star of the meal--a perfect example of why in‑house preparation matters. Since we're not from the area, we weren't sure where to go for lunch, and we truly lucked out choosing Don Maguey--and having Carolina as our server. Thank you, Carolina. When I looked 20 minutes after at my credit card statement read I had been charged $77 and change pending a potential tip on top of that, even with tip included it is still over approximately $7 what I signed off for. We called to determine the prices of each individual meal and "the manager" was stumbling to tell us the prices for everything. Even with the fake numbers that were given to us it still didn't add up correctly. I remember the prices for the 3 meals my family and I ordered and I remember what the check said. I let it be because maybe they need more than I do. As for the food, I'm born and raised on the border of Mexico and although I must say it does scream authenticity especially on appearance the meat is bland, and that "Mexican rice" is by far the worst tasting rice I've had. For a casual person that likes Mexican food you may like it, but if you know what you're tasting you will not. Also, they didn't have 4 different things on the menu available ultimately leading me to have to go with my 5th option. It is very expensive for what it is, and even more expensive when your waitress manipulates the system.

Felt like there was more queso with the beef upgrade. Also, the thin chips let you focus more on the yummy cheese. Cheese Enchiladas w/ Red Sauce & Green Sauce: I love cheese! Like when choosing between meat or cheese as a protein, I usually pick cheese. So the enchiladas scratched that itch. Both sauces were nice, though not that memorable. The rice and beans helped fortify the meal, since the main enchilada portion felt a tad small. 3 Way Fajitas: This was an awesome fast casual dinner for two. Came out in an oversized mound of proteins, onions and peppers. While you could have created mixed fajitas, I did separate waves. The shrimp was tiny, springy and nicely flavored. The steak was the star, with that classic fajita chew. The chicken is nicely spiced, so more exciting that regular chicken. It came with guacamole, cheese, sour cream, rice and beans to feel like a real sizzling fajita plate experience. But it was the salsa bar that really livened things; I especially favored the green salsa.
