Fast service, good environment, good food. If you see the parking lot packed, don't worry, they are usually fast on asigning tables.

I really wasn't overly impressed with the food here. Now I'm no expert on Mexican or Tex-mex but I have had some memorable meals that I would return to a Mexican restaurant for. Good spot for Mexican food! The Mexican martini is SO good. I always get the spicy one and it's delicious. They have amazing queso - my favorite in the area. Chips are yummy and all the entrees over tried have been great. The portions are large and I usually have enough to take leftovers for the next days' lunch/dinner. read more

3.5 stars for food and atmosphere. 5 stars for our server, Angelo, who admitted to submitting our order a bit delayed, but made up for it by attending to us in every possible way a top notch server could. The manager came over to apologize as well, which was nice, though really unnecessary, since we were stuffed from our appetizer and drinks at the bar area, and needed time to digest. I agree with other reviewers that the creamy sauce is OK, but still tasty. Rice is a bit dry and the charro beans weren't my thing, but the veggie combo was enough for 2 vegetarians, and tasted better the next day (beans included). We were there Sunday night, waited at the bar for about 30 minutes, and due to the order delay, stayed for about 1.5 hours more. I'd recommend arriving by 5 pm on a weeknight, and waiting in the bar area for appetizers and drinks. Food is about $15 per entree and sodas, but definitely save room for the tres leches cake. My only suggestion to management is to allow for "call ahead" or reservations, since the biggest turn off and gripe from most diners and reviewers is the wait time. It's never OK to expect your patrons to wait in excess of 30 minutes. The Michelin rated restaurants we've enjoyed would rather turn away customers with or without reservations, than expect them to wait that long to be served or seated. read more

Good chain Mexican food that leans toward Tex Mex. good dips and basics such as enchiladas, burros and chimis. Little less impressive with fajitas and specialties. Better and more authentic local places to get traditional. Good family atmosphere and really good patio. Margaritas hit the spot. It's consistent and affordable. read more

I love Chuy's! I usually go with friends a couple times a month to satisfy our cravings! I'll get take out occasionally too, I always get the veggie enchiladas and of course their queso is my favorite! Everything we had today was fantastic; the Hatch green Chile sauce, traditional NM enchiladas and Chile relleno were the best! I could enjoy the green Chile sauce on everything! Just moved to the area never heard Chuy's some friends took us for dinner and this place was amazing! The look was different nothing I would've expected of a Mexican Restaurant, really cool part was that along with the chips & salsa from 4-7pm they had a free nacho bar where you could try the cheese dip & other sides. If you enjoy freshly made flour tortillas and a good time I strongly recommend it. read more

First and foremost, the food tasted amazing. Fresh made tortillas, melt in your mouth steak, sauces and salsas galore, and the drinks had the right kick... Solid 4 rating, Yay! I'm a fan. 2 things to be aware of: It's Americanized Mexican food (which I'm totally okay with) so don't be expecting the authentic way-south-of-the-border stuff. Also, the wait is no joke. Our party of 6 put a name in at 5:30 ish pm on a Fri night, left, went to a t-ball game in Bentonville, came back a little over an hour later and still waited 15 minutes to be seated. Great food ... Great ambience. Good for a date, good for hanging out with your boys or girlfriends too.

The chips and salsa were excellent. We had the stacked enchiladas and they were terrible. We also ordered the guacamole which was good but there wasn't very much of it plus it was on a stack of shredded lettuce which made it hard to dip chips into it. The food was very good. And the service was the best I've had since a cruise ship; the waitress didn't let the chips or salsa go dry, nor my drink. In fact, she sent me on my way with a to-go cup. Ended up leaving my favorite hat after lunch. Discovered that I had the next day and called the restaurant. The best fresh salsa and chips around!! Also, the tortillas they make fresh all day and they're amazing! Fajitas is where it's at for us! They marinate the meat for 24 hours! The food is so bland that for a moment I thought we took a wrong turn and ended up at a nursing home. The service is slow, the menu is not very extensive, and it had zero taste. I only liked the chips and jalapeño dip. We have tried it on two separate occasions and we were less than impressed. If I could give it half a star, I would. Have never tried Chuys in our hometown, but tried this one while visiting family over the holiday weekend. The restaurant was new in their area and we were all excited about a nice Mexican meal. Overall, the experience was about a" 4.5-5.0". The decor,atmosphere,and ambience is' chain's ad expected, and we knew that going in. I immediately noticed,from the noise in the back and kitchen, that there was a lot of goofing around and playing going on. We overlooked it as we were excited for some good Mexican. Our server was nice enough, although a little pushy with the Jalapeno dip, but he was spread a little thin and the service suffered as a result. Our food was nice and" warm" (vs nice and hot). I would imagine from sitting in the window for a bit before making its way to our table. At any rate, on the ride home, the General consensus was "the food wasn't that good". The restaurant has potential, but it takes more than decor, hype and location. You have to have good food prepared fresh. read more

Definitely hard to pass this place up every time we are in Rogers Arkansas! We have been there three times now and tried different things each time, all of which are amazing!!! Great salsa, chips, homemade tortillas, enchiladas, so far the steak burrito is our favorite! Eventually would love to try everything on the menu. Wow. We are regulars here in Rogers. Looking forward to enjoying Sunday lunch on the patio...we were seated promptly as usual. After that things went south. After 7 minutes of no service we started getter by worried. A waitress came out and waited on a table near us. The thoughtful couple told the waitress that we had been waiting longer, but she just shrugged and said it didn't matter. We literally heard her say it. That was fine. The deal-breaker was when the middle aged blonde waitress took their order then walked back in the building. She never walked by out table, took a drink order or even pretended to care. As a typical 20% tipper, I was not happy. We promptly walked out. I'm acceptable. read more
