    I wanted a MacBook Pro to create a photo essay, create videos, and write stories from our summer road trip. I was directed by my son in law to check out Chynco who was selling the MacBook I wanted. This place is awesome, the owner and staff are knowledgeable and very pleasant to deal with. I purchased my laptop and couldn't be more happy with the price and customer service. Check Chynco out for all your computer needs, sales and service.

I needed a very basic all in one computer and 3 in 1 printer. As soon as I arrived I was immediately greeted by the lovely Matthew who was wearing an HP badge and said "I'm The Printer Guy but I'm also a huge nerd so I can help you!". And he did. 30 min later I walked out with exactly what I needed. No upsell, no pushing extras, just a very affordable all in one to serve my at home needs. Issac, the cashier was also super helpful and friendly, he went to the back to locate the model I needed. So I'm not sure why all the hate. These reviews almost scared me away, I'm glad I went anyway. Don't be worried, my experience was 10/10.

I received a call…read moretoday from someone who clearly has no idea what customer service is and they told me they me delivery I was expecting in 2 days was being pushed out 2 weeks because the manufacturer just shipped the unit. So we are getting one refrigerator on Monday and the other one in 2 weeks.... They of course had no idea what went wrong or why they are telling me about this 48 hours before I am getting f my complete delivery. The worst part is they clearly don't care because they have no idea what customer service means and it's truly very unfortunate because they don't know how to take care and support their customers. Plus they will never respond to this review due to there lack off concern for the customer....

Once the hardware was finally ready, they came out with no questions asked and corrected the install. They worked hard, respected our home, cleaned everything up, and provided amazing customer service from start to finish. I highly recommend them.

I figure things happen and take time so I didn't call until 2:30 pm or so to check on where the technician was. I was told that my job had "not been added to the schedule" but they would see when a tech could be there. I was then told 3:45-4:00pm. No one arrived. I called at 4:15 pm and was told they were 25 minutes away. I called at 5:01 and the voicemail said the office was CLOSED and here it is 5:15 and no one EVER ARRIVED. I realize compared to other jobs this company has, my job was small and not worth a lot of money. However, the measure of a great business is to treat small customers as well as your big customers. If you don't show up when scheduled, fail to add a job to your schedule, and keep lying to your customer about the arrival time of your tech who NEVER shows up at all...why would I trust this company with my larger corporate work? How you treat people matters, whether the job is big or small. This was unacceptable today and I did not appreciate that I had to keep calling YOUR business to find out what was going on, what happened to the tech, etc. Why aren't YOUR people communicating with customers? Why didn't anyone apologize? Why didn't anyone call before close of business to say, "Hey, we're not coming!" I was extremely unhappy because no one cared that I had taken time off work to meet the tech and no one cared enough to even CALL me and let me know what was going on. You guys dropped the ball big time here and were incredibly thoughtless and rude. Update: They just arrived at 5:36 pm. The techs themselves were GREAT and were able to do the work and complete the job. However, I wanted someone to know about the lack of transparency and communication today as it was very upsetting to me. The quality of work and the people you hired to do the actual technical job were terrific, knowledgeable and qualified. I realized it was not THEIR fault today, but I think it's important for people to know about the communication problems. I updated my review from 1 star to 3 because of the actual techs and their skills.

I was…read morethankful that she was kind and informative enough to help me with how the IPad notes worked. I learned about how to make those pictures on the IPad notes like they show you on the official website. She told me that the IPad Pencil Pro is the best on this. I learned about how to do the stuff. I also love how Kayla gave me some Apple product trivia. An example would be that I mistakenly thought someone's phone number in the notes was about to be misused by a creepy stranger, but Kayla told me that it's a sample number created by Apple. She was also transparent on me on when the IPad Air M4 and the 17e release dates. She told me that they'll be arriving to the Apple store in-person next week on Wednesday.

I brought along my friend Cynthia--who, bless her heart, can be a bit much with her endless questions and objections. But Bailey didn't just handle it; he embraced it. He answered every one of her questions with a smile, defused every objection with patience, and managed to keep the whole interaction not just smooth but genuinely enjoyable. What really stood out was how Bailey made us feel like we were having a great conversation with a friend, all while providing top-notch service. He took something that could have felt like a chore and turned it into a memorable, above-and-beyond experience. Honestly, Bailey set a new bar for customer service. If you're heading to the Apple Store, do yourself a favor and hope you get someone like him.
