My iMac (older version) shut down on me unexpectedly. I did some research on YouTube and based on the symptoms, it appeared to be power supply issue and just needed it replaced. I contact Antoine and he gave me a quick estimate and I decided to drop my computer off with him. Once I got to Chynco, I saw the exact same model I brought in BUT with newer versions of the programs (Adobe and Microsoft) I had. Antoine encouraged me to try it out and I was just amazed at how much faster it was than mine (before the shut down). The iMac he had was for sale at $75 more than what it was going to cost to replace my power supply (and it wasnt even a guarantee that was all that was wrong with my computer). I opted to buy the one he had for sale AND Antoine removed the hard drive from my iMac for free! He recommended what I needed to do to connect my hard drive as an external. I was looking for an older iMac to replace one that had become obsolete, and found one on Facebook Marketplace, not knowing this was a retail ad. Even so, the seller was very responsive and also understanding when I couldn't make it out there the same day. I was a little unsure of what to expect, since the drive to Santa Ana would be more than an hour. Well, not only was the computer better than expected, I got it for a lower price than advertised (and it was already at a great price to begin with!). I needed a laptop to start my career search. I started researching different brands, and a family member recommended Chynco. I have not heard of this place before, however, it is a hidden gem. We were originally looking at laptops at the $700 to $900 price range. I asked Antoine what the difference is between price ranges and he explained everything in detail that I was able to understand.
