TriForce Build was referred to us by our plumber to handle the extensive renovation work due to water damages caused by a pipe leak in the foundation underneath the kitchen. Alex from TriForce came out and assessed the damages and determined that the water leak affected the entire laminate flooring and parts of the carpeting in the kitchen, dining room, family room, living room, storage closets, hallways and master bedroom. We also had to replace the kitchen cabinets and the master bathroom vanity which was on the other side of the wall of the kitchen. Oscar came in to lead the renovation work and we worked closely with him and his brother Peter in selecting the flooring, cabinets, countertops and paint. Oscar was very helpful in giving us useful suggestions and recommendations based on his experiences while Peter communicated directly with our homeowners insurance company and provided the necessary information to get the proper funding for our claim. We took the opportunity to alter the pantry cabinet layout in the kitchen to add a coffee bar which added a nice touch. We also had TriForce do some extra work in replacing the vanity, mirror and medicine cabinet in the guest bathroom and replaced the old flooring with porcelain tile as well. They also installed LED recessed ceiling lights to replace the old florescent bank light fixtures in the kitchen and eliminate the old wall mounted lighting fixtures in the bathrooms to create a more modern look. Other additional work included replacing our original kitchen window and sliding glass door in the family room with double pane vinyl ones to match the rest of the house. One final project was to build a buffet cabinet in the dining room using a leftover piece of the countertop stone material. We were very happy with the end results of the renovation work using TriForce Build and would highly recommend their services for any insurance claim renovation work or remodeling/upgrade projects. read more

Fast to call back, arrived on time, provided a written contract, provided a fair price, communicated about arrival time, cleaned my yard spotlessly, and followed up on the completed project. Peter and his crew are hard working and consistent (which in my experience, are rare qualities with many contractors). They helped me to tear down and reconstruct a balcony. This job worried me because I needed to sell my home and I had many difficulties in receiving bids. One company quoted me $16,200 for a four foot by twelve foot balcony. Peter provided me with a written contract which included the exact details of the job. The price didn't change (as many contractors do at the end of the job). His men worked long hours in a considerate fashion. They bagged the old wood in an almost Dexter fashion, very clean. The paint crew worked hard and provided a beautiful color with the spare paint. We came home from vacation and the bathroom flooded and affected the entire downstairs area. I called a local plumber who referred me to Triforze , Peter came out to my home at 7pm and instructed me what I needed to do to open a claim with my insurance . It was overall overwhelming as the process as there is a lot of steps and approvals needed from the insurance .
