First and foremost, FREE STREET PARKING. Secondly, when you enter - no worries, you're in the right place. Yes, it's super "intimate" and has a maximum capacity of like 50. I came here on a Friday night, per the suggestion of a friend, to watch a Pimprov show. The opening act was a little awkward (mostly due to the audience), but when the pimps came out.. let me tell you, they are HILARIOUS. Please do not come here if you're the clutch your pearls type. Yes, they say some socially inappropriate things but if you drop your judgments and just enjoy the ride, you'll truly have a great time. At the end of the show, they also take donations for different domestic violence shelters and you can pick up a little Pimprov pin. I look forward to returning because no two shows are the same... it's improv! :)

5 star review for Frankenstein in Love!!! What a talented bunch of men and women, such passion. Every single actor was so committed to the role, they even reacted when they didn't have lines. I was in aw, one of the best performances I have seen, it's the kind that leaves you with goosebumps during and after. What a great way to kick off October. The theater itself is tiny, like two car garage tiny. For this performance they had chairs set up all over and some in the middle of the room. The actors performed all around you, sometimes even bumping into you. At first it feels awkward but then you realize you get drawn in. I watched the crowds reactions, it was almost the same as the actors. I can't say enough or put into words how impressed I was with this play. Go see it!!!

Great little theater that's BYOB!!! I purchased a Groupon for this place some time ago and have been to 2 shows (comedy showcase and pimp prov) both were a ton of fun and my party has been called out to participate in the show both times! Favorite things about this place are as follows: Cost: super affordable & you can even find discounted tickets online Location: all I have to say is free street parking! Drinks: BYOB people just be sure to bring your own cup, bottle opener, etc. PimpProv: if you make any size donation you get 1 free piece of swag and all 100% proceeds go to woman's shelters. also their sketches change week to week! My only negative thing to say about the place is unless you plan ahead of time and make reservations there is no real way to know if they are going to be full when you get here. I called the number noted on the site and no one answered. However we were still lucky enough to get in with out reservations but I highly recommend them since it is a tiny theater. I would love to give this place 5 stars and may do so in the future if they WOW me one more time.

The staff was super attentive and kind, checking on us frequently. My friend and I stopped by for happy hour, and this should absolutely make it onto the list of the best in town. They have delicious wine, cocktails, and bites for nearly half of the regular price. I opted for the happy hour prosecco to drink, which was light-bodied and not too sweet. We split the meatballs and dates for bites and both were outstanding. I was super impressed with how tender the meatballs were, and they did not skimp on the flavorful marinara and cheese! The dates, which were topped with a white wine cheese sauce, were mouth-wateringly delicious and a must order. There was also complimentary focaccia with olive oil, which was greatly appreciated. With sea salt on top and a crispy exterior, I could easily have eaten a whole loaf. The only note I have is that the portions are small, so if you don't come during happy hour the prices are a bit steep for what you get. Will 100% be back soon to try more of the menu and highly recommend making the trek over here!

The staff were super friendly too and gave us some awesome recommendations, which definitely helped because there were so many things I wanted to try. I ordered the Harissa Shakshuka, it came with roasted peppers, onions, tomatoes, garbanzo beans, goat cheese, and two poached eggs, served with sourdough toast. When it came out, the presentation immediately caught my attention. The two poached eggs were sitting right on top of this beautiful, rich sauce, with the goat cheese scattered throughout. Once I cut into the eggs and that runny yolk mixed into everything underneath... wow. The flavor was outstanding. The tomatoes and roasted peppers gave the dish a deep, slightly sweet and savory base, while the harissa added a warm, smoky heat that slowly built with each bite. The garbanzo beans were soft and tender, adding this really nice texture. And the sourdough toast was perfect for this. I could scoop up the sauce, egg yolk, beans, and peppers all in one bite. That's when the dish really came together. This was a seriously delicious breakfast. Every bite had something going on, and I'd definitely order it again.

The location is great and easy to get to, which is one of the reasons we decided to stop in. The atmosphere was fun, and the restaurant was very quiet that evening. Since it wasn't busy, we expected quick service and were looking forward to relaxing for a bit. Unfortunately, that's where our experience fell short. We were seated right away but then waited about 15 to 20 minutes without ever being greeted by a server. Multiple servers and bussers walked past our table several times, yet no one acknowledged us or even let us know someone would be with us shortly. It honestly felt like our table had been forgotten. Because we were never able to place an order, I can't comment on the food or drinks. We ended up leaving before anyone came to our table. The wait time itself wasn't the issue. We were seated immediately. The problem was waiting 15 to 20 minutes after being seated without receiving any service, especially at a nearly empty restaurant. As for value, it's hard to judge since we never had the opportunity to order anything. However, spending nearly 20 minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge us made the experience feel like a waste of time. It's unfortunate because the atmosphere and location were great, but the lack of service completely overshadowed the rest of the experience. I hope this was just an off night, but based on this visit, I can't recommend it.

He's been certified for 3 yrs* Upon walking up to the establishment with my fiancé and service dog, there was an officer there wearing a badge. He acknowledged how cute Rory (my service dog) was and stated he was a service dog. He then asked if he could pet Rory, I said yes that would be fine with me. Another gentleman, not sure what role he played at the establishment, approached us while the officer was still there. He began questioning me and Rory's legitimacy on being a service dog since he just saw the officer pet him. I informed him that the officer had asked and I said it was ok. He then said "we have a lot of people that pretend their dogs are service dogs to get them in"; I replied I have his badge and the dog trainer's(dog training elite) number to contact her. He allowed us in. Less than a minute latter when my finance, Rory, and I were walking to a table, the bouncer/manager re-approaches us and says we have to leave predicated on the notion I let an officer say hi and pet Rory after the officer had asked. The law allows establishments to only ask 2 questions when it comes to service animals; 1) Is it a legitimate service animal? 2) What service is the service animal providing? I was only asked #1, if Rory was a service animal, I am allowed to give my service animal a break on occasion and I decide who can and can't say hi to him.
